Dear Vitthal Baravkar Saheb, Greetings! If you have completed proper transfer procedure, then please write a letter to bank to provide original Share Certificate for the endorsement of your name on the Share Certificate if necessary Society will request to the bank to handover the Share Certificate to endorse your name on the Share Certificate. Why you required first owner. Thanks
Hello Sir, Thanks a lot for this video. Its really helpful. I have one query. Ours is a Redeveloped Society in Mumbai. So, there are few flats which are sold by builder to new members. In such case what should we expect in Transfer Set from the New Member + Builder ? I am a Managing Committee member, so would like to verify from you.
Dear Mr. Nirav Desai Ji, Greetings! Thank You Very Much for watching my RUclips videos. Please Subscribe my channel and Share with your family and friends. Please go through the terms of your Development agreement.

@chandana966, Thanks for watching my RUclips channel. I am so sorry for delay in reply. In the limited capacity of my knowledge i can suggest that in case of the death of owner, if there is a single heir then he can make an application with death certificate of the owner with Appendix 17, Indemnity Bond and Appendix 3 in case of more than one heirs they can apply jointly with the death certificate attaching the same set of papers mentioned before. Actually, it depends on the situation. Thanks
Sir my parents have passed away last year.what documents i require to transfer flat?i was nomineee do i need noc from my sister?do i have to pay transfer fee?
Saini Saab Ji, Thanks for watching my RUclips videos. Please share in your known groups. Please keep supporting. If the flat is on the name of your father then in case of his death all legal heirs are having equal rights on the property. If you want to transfer the property only on your name then you will required NOC from rest of other legal heirs. If you are the only legal heir then Application, Death Certificate of Father and as you said you are only nominee then approved form of nomination to be submitted. You should pay Rs. 600/- cheque on the name of Society. Thanks
Hello sir thanks for information. Pls make video on trf in case of death of one of joint owner of property. my father has died and nomination was completed before. Now we legal heirs want to trf flat in mother's name( mother already joint owner with father). We have submitted all req docs such as application under bye law 35, Noc of other legal heirs, form 19(a)(iv) ... All these notarized from advocate. Now society want legal advice on advocate letter head .... This is no where mentioned in Bye-laws. Wht should we do?? Pls reply sir
Mr. Bhavesh Agarwal Sir, Thanks for watching my videos. Please go through with other videos also. Referring to your query, In the capacity of my knowledge I like to inform you that Managing Committee can take legal advise for any complicated issues but I don't think asking you to produce Lawyer's Opinion is correct. If they have any doubt then they can take lawyer's opinion and expenses they can show it as legal expenses. Please keep supporting. Thanks
