In same vein as story 4, there is video footage of an incident in China where an inspector entered a raw materials loading area of, iirc, a porcelain factory without making staff aware of her presence. The men are intent on their tasks, it'sa normal, probably loud, workday: she is scooped up by the bucket with a load of material. No one is looking in that direction and the bucket driver can't see because ... well, the bucket is ahead of him. So the first these poor guys know of her is when her head and shoulders pop up above the rim of the rock-crusher they feed everything into. There is a moment of visible struggle, and then she vanishes downwards. You can see the horror in their posture. There was, fortunately, no audio.

My deepest condolences goes out to everyone in each story.
The whole "Trash The Dress" trend is pretty trash, in my opinion.
Instead of destroying a perfectly, beautiful wedding dress, why couldn't they have just donated it, frame it in a shadow box, or even sell it online. Anything is better than filling the landfills with good, still-wearable clothes.

It's very plausible that an employee being chewed up in a grinder wouldn't be reported in the local news. And the smaller the town, the less likely it would be covered. If the plant got shut down, a lot of residents would lose their jobs, so people kept their mouths shut about a lot of things.

Trash the dress is forgetting the past. Those poofy dresses get surprisingly heavy and cling, preventing movement. Add that few people could swim, and women more so. Falling into water, while attempting to cross a stream, or a ship breaking up, you'd be done for. Go ahead and experiment; wear three or four blankets and get the coldest water your tap can produce. Refreshing!

*meaning to come back to this later and edit it quite a bit and explain more, as a professional equestrian here, but, first*
WHY NO "CONDOLENCES" TO THE POOR INCINERATED HORSE WHO WAS ALREADY SUFFERING ONE OF THE MOST FEARED, ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC (luckily RARE?!) EQUINE ILLNESSES IN EXISTENCE?! And CONDOLENCES to that HORSE'S "OWNER(S) & FAMILY?!" Because THERE are NOT many equine medical EPM facilities around the entire world who even TAKE IN horses with EPM... these owners must have been paying a LOT of money for their beloved horse to get treatment for this God awful, incurable disease... and he... Was blown up/burned to death?! That makes me sick .. I'm sorry for the woman but, that poor horse's "family" already went through/was going THROUGH HELL since leaving of the horse contracting EPM, and then THIS?! if anyone should sue, it should be that horse's owners!!
(As well as that poor woman, agreed, but damn that poor horse....RIP, Buddy 🐎🤍❤)

You're right I should have sent my condolences to the horse and the horses family as well. Horses are amazing animals which I only have limited experience with, but I definitely dropped the ball a bit there. Appreciate you watching and commenting and sharing your thoughts on everything.
