You should check out the Renpho bodyweight scale. This one will upload all your stats to your mobile phone for tracking and syncs to other apps like Fitbit.
The scale goes by a different equation for fat percentage. You are not 13% bf. It also weighs 1.2 less then your actual weight. You have to read the instructions that came with the scale.

Body fat Percentage is extremely inaccurated, even the most expensive ones can easily miss by 5%+. When that's said it only differs from person to person. So it won't get your bodyfat percentage right but it will be able to track the progress very precise.

Sick video bro you're a huge inspiration man I've been using body weight bodybuilder for 85 days without any misses bro Monday through Thursday every morning before work and I've been tweaking it so I can add some weighted calisthenics in there every couple of sessions also bought a squat rack so I can do weighted squats and good mornings and deadlifts it's really been helping me get stronger for sure. Can't wait until I add those double dip bars to my equipment man they are going to be sick bro. Looking forward to the vlogs too man hope you had tons of fun.

Depends on your fitness level and will need to become harder as time goes on (Variations like archer push ups, walking jump push ups, muy thai push ups, superman push ups, etc.) Progressive overload is the name of the game.
If i where you i would choose a harder Variation of the push up 15 reps is just not a good amout to get bigger. Put on wights so you cannt perform more than 8-12 reps or use archers etc to get in a lower rep range
No it doesn't aslong as you lift weights safely and not injure yourself. Make sure your form is perfect on every exercise so i encourage you to search on RUclips for tutorials. Never try to lift too much weight either. Only increase the weight once you are comfortable.

No way he's only 48% muscle. I've just got one of these scales which also has handlebars so it actually sends electrical signals through your arms and legs to measure even more precisely and I'm getting around 42% muscle and 16% fat, but don't look anywhere near that good(in fact I kinda look like him 4 years ago). Plus it says in the instructions that this method won't show correct results for obese people, bodybuilders and highly trained athletes because it was calibrated for average people.
Hey Austin, I don't want to spoil your new acquisition, but bear in mind that these impedance scales are not very accurate. From the wikipedia article (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bioelectrical_impedance_analysis) "BIA is considered reasonably accurate for measuring groups, or for tracking body composition in an individual over a period of time, but is not considered sufficiently precise for recording of single measurements of individuals." So I wouldn't take the absolute body fat value too seriously. If you want a more accurate data point ask your gf to do a caliper measurement.

I went to Walmart and got a 20 pound weight vest and a 40 pound weight vest...Still doing deadlifts and squats included too.
