You should have included the story from the Arkham Asylum hardcover where Harvey is cured. Sort of. The doctor was able to get Dent to stop fixating on the coin. It started simple and slowly progressed from a coin to dice, a deck of cards, etc.. The problem was there so many possibilities made it impossible for Dent to make any decisions at all.
