Love this. Thank you for making it easy to understand as I'm a beginner.
You are the best instructor I’ve been blessed to find. Thank you
I love your video’s you explain everything throughly and I have learned so much in just a few days. Thank you so much.
THANK YOU! I’ve been wanting to make earrings. Terrific tutorial. Now I feel I’m ready to make some.
You are definitely one of the talented crafters! Plus, you are a great teacher, which is not easy to do. Thanks for the great video. It was very helpful.
Thanks for a great tutorial !
Those holographic are beautiful!
I must try this
Love it..The Dog says Hello at the opening..
Funny
You are one of the talented ones!
Oh my goodness, never knew this. Thank you so much!
Love these!!
Excellent tutorial! Thanks.
I hope you do these again.
Thanks for your lovely Tutorial 👍 I’m getting ready to make these cute earrings.
Let me know how they turned out, okay?
Very cute😄 I have made some earrings but those are really cute!! The one
that I made I cut 4 for 1 pair, then glued 2 together so it would be nice on both sides. Now I’m gonna try the holographic iron on on them😃!! Thanks for sharing & for your great ideas!
What kind of glue did you use to stick the layers together?
Miss Rita To The Rescue! I used Aleen’s Quick Dry Tacky Glue, but the glitter glue that you use may work also . I used the Brayer after gluing them together to keep the earrings from being lumpy from the glue. The glue may ooze a little just wipe it off. I think I would probably do the iron on before gluing the 2 pieces together.
I cut my purple mat out by cutting the larger explore mats
Can you cut the earrings on the soft side of the faux leather as well? I am wondering.
Yess
I don't have the “I” to choose a grouping?
Do you have the triple dots?
How come when I choose an image it comes up not compatible with my Cricut Joy?
Some images are either too big or have actions such as scoring in them. Readjust size so that it’s only 4.25 on one side and or remove scoring or foil from project before cutting it.
Can one iron on a print and cut image on faux leather?
Hello I usually buy faux leather material from hobby lobby there not thick . Do you think this circut joy will cut through it ? I make handcraft bows and I been cutting all by hand. Wanted something to use for faster cutting and making
It’s possible. We don’t have HL here in New England, so I can’t confirm.
Thank you this helped me so much it was made simple for me to understand
where did you buy your faux leather? I tried the ones sold at amazon by its not cutting well with my cricut joy.
I’ve only ever used the faux leather from Cricut. It’s really thin and cuts beautifully on the Joy.
How do you cut through the thick faux leather? I have the joy even on the most pressure setting it doesn’t cut through after going through three passes. Would another setting could be used to cut deeper? Any thoughts?
Sadly, I don’t think the Joy would cut through thick leather, even if it is faux leather. The only machine that consistently and thoroughly cuts through leather is the Maker, because it has the Adaptive Tool System.

So would I just be using HVT for the iron on design sections? Thanks!!
Yes!! Cut them out using your Cricut and iron them on the faux leather
@@MissRitaToTheRescue thank you
I wonder if they make templates for dog bows.
There are templates for little bows. Not sure if they’re for dogs or other purpose.
Thanks again. I just made patriotic earrings. Came out nicely. Since I’m so Cricut challenged I do have a couple questions. How do you “hide” an image? Couldn’t see the options you were selecting at the bottom of the iPad. And, how do I “bookmark” the heat guide?
PS Then how do you “unhide” an image? I apologize for all the questions.
To hide an image or just part of the image you locate the eyeball and click on it. When a slash appears on the eyeball it means it’s hidden. When there is no slash it means you can see it. The hide function is in a different place on the desktop app than on the iOS app, but it is there.
To bookmark the heat guide, open it up using a Google browser (or other browser). On the top of the page you will see an open book. You click on the open book and add it as a bookmark. Then when you want to see it, click on the book again and it will be listed.
Thanks a bunch!
How do you get the earrings to lay flat?
You can place them underneath a book or just roll them in the opposite direction
Are you in design space on your iPad or the App? Can I do all this editing from my IPhone? Thank you
I am in DS on my iPad, but you can definitely edit from your iPhone or even an Android
Hello
Hi! Do I need to pay the Cricut Access to get the designs or can we get them for free?
Some designs are free, but many, many more are part of the subscription service, which costs less than $10/month. You can try it for a month to see if you use it. There are lots of benefits to the service, including discounts for materials. Most people say they love it.
SO YOU WOULD HAVE THE HTV ON HALF CUT
Lol yes...Karate Kit Movie 1984
Thanks for the great tutorial!
