8semesters means 4years and is all funded. KAIST lecture in English. You will learn Korean as part of courses offered that’s if you wish. Hope makes sense now?
Is this stipend to live there or we have to ask for money from home because my financial background is not strong so this stipend is enough to live there for four years or not?
To be honest the stipend is not enough to survive in Korea but you can aim to study korean and get other internal scholarship like Samsung scholarship to support you.!! Hope it helps

First thing is to check application timeline!! Then start preparing documents needed & GPA , English proficiency unless your country is exempted etc.
