it will depend on how much you are gonna pay. For example, if you're gonna pay an upward of 80k USD a year, then I'd suggest founding a startup in India. But it will also depend on the type of institution in india. US universities are way better than the ones in India.

Hello! I'm a Cambridge A-Level student from Bangladesh looking to study Computer Science in the USA or UK. I'm currently in grade 12 and considering whether to pursue my Bachelor's or Master's degree abroad. My parents lean towards me going for a Master's, believing there are more scholarship opportunities at that level, though I'm unsure if that's accurate. You can always check online for schools with good business programs. Check on their website. Also, if you'll be done with highschool April 2025, then apply this admission cycle. If you apply this admission cycle and you get in, you'll start college Aug or Sept 2025, sometimes you'll start Jan 2026, depending on the school. Get a list of the schools you're applying to and check on their website.

financial aid is awarded much before student loans so there is no relation
