Have corporations, big law firms, partners in publishing, advertising, media outlets etc. Necessary evil of big labels, especially when lawsuits are a frequent occurrence, from breach of contracts, copyright issues etc. So, there is a lot more $$$ that a bigger label would have to put out and/or risk before they can even start to make a profit off an artist or recoup the signing $$$. And, many times they are lucky to break even on most artists. I think amongst the 3 of them it's more of a partnership at this point. No disrespect to Nova, who is unbelievably talented & creative in the work she puts into the production of Tom's vids, but it's not like her or Brandon's masters are really worth much. And if he was to keep them, I'm sure there would have to be some type of contractual agreements made for Tom just to own them without Nova or Brandon being compensated.
