He isn't making fun of anymore,he's stating the simple facts that white people are very often if not almost all the time are labeled as a villainous because of the shit they us have done in the past that are related to certain people of their family. Even going as far discussing you shouldn't hate someone by just because they're white and and have had a history of slave owners in the past. Love them for who they are and not for whom they're not.
