This video continues the series of warm-up exercises. If you're a total beginner, practicing these will help your coordination and set you up for drawing all kinds of things. Each exercise will come back later as a component of drawing forms, buildings, plants, etc.
If you're comfortable drawing, these will be useful to do before a session.

Yes. These motions are all related to drawing basic shapes, forms, and perspective. So they have a very practical purpose, too.

Nope. It's just for warm-up. If you need a perfect circle, use a drafting template.
