It looked like both teams really wanted to lose this one, but the Bills really stepped it up with that 12 men on the field call.
This game was decided before those players ever got on that field. Congrats to the 87% of the public who lost money betting on the Buffalo Bills tonight. People wonder why they can't ever Win long-term when betting on NFL. These are the same people who believe the NFL Play real football and it's not rigged or scripted. I promise the NFL has fooled all of you.

One was a perfect ball that went through his receivers hands....
He has quite a bit in common with Brett Favre, both country boys/farmers, gun slingers/throw hard, impressive most of the time with completions and able to escape the pocket but both interception kings.
I gotta say, for a game that was being predicted to be a blow out for the bills. It turned out to be a VERY exciting & fun MNF game to watch, superb.

Lol surprising game yes. But this was the farthest thing from quality football ever. Literally both teams took turns trying to blow the game. They were literally competing to lose the game instead of win it. Bills won that competition by one-upping the broncos with that 12th man on the field penalty. At that point, Lutz knew he wouldn't get a ride home if he missed again, so it was finally worth actually winning the game for him.
The amount of ridiculous mistakes in this game was staggering, the performance from the bills was so pathetic for a team that's supposed to contend. This game was a total slap in the face to good football lol. A literal circus from the very first play

There is no doubt that Buffalo was the more talented team, but Denver kept finding ways. It was really impressive. Run that game again 10 times I think the Bills win at least 8. Credit to the Broncos for executing in the clutch over and over again.
They still had a staggering amount of terrible mistakes though. The game was far from perfect.

Russ gets a lot of criticism and hate so he deserves some love when he plays great. He didn’t have easy throws down field, he was rushed nearly every play and he just found a way to come through in many huge moments. He played great.
It's why I loved him in Seattle some games he'd put the team on his back and put the Seahawks in position to win.

I don’t think everyone realizes the genius of Payton setting up that 12 man call. He pulled all his coaches on the sideline with Wilson during Buffalos last timeout to tell them they were going to kneel it one more time and bring out the FG unit. No one expected them to come back out and start the clock again, including Buffalo. Then the FG unit comes sprinting out with 20 seconds to get their personnel straight, and they didn’t, giving Lutz two tries at the FG for the win. Brilliant coaching move

Everyone assumed they’d just kick the field goal and leave 20 seconds on the clock, but Payton had Wilson go out and kneel it again to start the clock and force the bills to make a game costing mistake.

Very entertaining game. As a Saints fan I say Broncos be patient. Sean is going to do some great things in the future. Josh Allen can definitely spin the football. Way too many turnovers though.

the issue w the bills is that allen has always been reckless w his throws. but he always had a great defense to bail him out and get the ball back. but w defensive injuries his turnovers are more devastating.
@@sixstrings1063 I don’t know. All I know is he took a year or so off, and mentioned that there were no hard feelings with the Saints management in an early interview after joining the Broncos.. I guess I assumed they gave him his walking papers? I just know he is a very likable coach from a fan’s POV.

Bills miss the playoffs
Broncos played with heart. Impressive by Russell and the Field goal is doing great.
Russel played awful had 1 good throw and just checked it down a 30 times with amazing field position. Even with the best starting field position of any game all year still needed a Bills choke to win.

LET RUSS COOK! All those who wanted him gone is looking really foolish now. He was horrible last year because Nathaniel Hackett was coaching him. Now that he has a real head coach, he’s back to playing like the old Russ. Hats off to Sean Payton for helping turn this team around, especially after that 70 point disaster.
