Also this is one game a week per team while mlb is multiple games. You need more hands on deck. It’s just a more difficult process for mlb. Still, it is super nice to get the nfl highlights this quickly.
Jake Elliot is unreal . To make a 59 yarder in those conditions and under that pressure is amazing
And to think we grabbed him from the Bengals as a rookie and he helped us win a ring

I’ve always admired Hurts. When he lost qb1 at bama… he kept moving forward and went to OU. Had success there, got drafted, led the eagles to the Super Bowl, kept his head up and has been pushing that momentum into this season. Very strong character… he deserves the success he’s found.

This feels similar to the divisional round vs the Chiefs were Josh allen did everything he could and gabe davis played his heart out, unfortunately our defense didn’t show up when it mattered again and now its going to be really hard to make the playoffs, congrats eagles that was game of the year

As tough a loss as I’m sure it was for a Bills fan, if they play every game like this for the rest of the year they’ll overtake someone in the wildcard race eventually. Since firing their offensive coordinator they look like a whole new team. This is just what the Eagles do, the loss just shows you that you can go blow for blow with the best of them. The Eagles just refuse to lose 1 score games. And every game is a one score game with them.

Last couple of Eagles games were like playoffs. Very intense and tough. Really loved it.
If there is one thing that gets overlooked in the NFL is maturity. Philly, led by Hurts, has proven they've been down this road before.

My son flew out from Colorado for his birthday to see this game. I'm from Philly. I told him at halftime about the last time I saw the eagles play in Philly was 1985 against the bills, and we came from behind to win it. What a great birthday win for him, the city and everyone.
Sick. I spent some time in Colorado. Such a beautiful place. When I got back from Iraq in 05, I was stationed at Ft. Carson and dropped like 800$ for two tix to see my Eagles squad play the Broncos at Mile High.
It rained the whole time, and The Eagles were getting blown out so bad that my buddy who came with me bought a Broncos Poncho and started cheering for them lol.
At one point, the Eagles mascot, Swoop, walked past me and we both shook our heads in disappointment lol.

The refs save the bills drive in overtime by calling that terrible roughing the passer to extend the bills' drive. The refs were bad on both sides but they actually kept the bills in the game. At the end of the day Josh Allen and Gabe Davis had a free game-winning touchdown and weren't on the same page, Eagles responded and won the game.

2 weeks from the Super Bowl and this game popped in my head at 6am so I smoked a bowl grabbed a coffee and relived how awesome this game was. Still hard to believe that Philadelphia team could go from this to where they looked the last 2 months of the season. It’s unfathomable.

Who knew that after this game that the 6-6 bills would finish with the same record as the 10-1 eagles at the end of the season with the afc east title and the eagles losing the nfc east to the cowboys
and going past round 1 while the Eagles didn't. It's all about getting hot towards the end of the season.
I loved this game a lot after the first half. It was like the Eagles were a totally different team after the half. They dug deep in their souls and pulled off a miraculous victory. Kudos to Buffalo, Allen & co. played a hell of a game. 10-1 is just nuts with their sos.
The NFL wants Buffalo out of the picture, the REFS made sure of that. I am a cowboys fan, but never seen a game more fixed by the refs then this one.

I say it every week. Philly is just comfortable in close, contested games. They don’t flinch no matter what’s going on in the game. Very resilient team and that will serve them well in the playoffs bc those games are typically tight. Eagles will be a tough out for anyone in the league

As a bills fan who has watched this team come out on the wrong end of "the game of the year" over and and over again.... it was actually totally believable.

I'm french so not a specialist at all, but this game shows the 2 "types" of QBs. On one hand, a very tall , nervous, but so powerfull QB, that jumps, runs and throws canonball passes. I like this guy. In the other hand, a cool guy, with a smooth body language, but his arm is like a laser that points a target. How precise this guy throws ! how also perspicius and lucid he is ! He is for me the best QB ever. Adding Mahomes, and you got the 3 best QBs for sure.

You just saw him come back from 17-7 on one knee without an all pro lane Johnson, and dallas goedert. Meanwhile purdy went 0-3 in that stretch, and still has yet to win a game when trailing from behind or coming up clutch. This game was wild, for both sides. But that field kick was absolutely insane.
As a "casual" football watcher, usually the plays just look like a jumble of guys crashing into each other. But that last play was so perfectly choreographed, it was obvious just how much these guys practice and perfect these plays for such a time as this. Jason Kelce's block to allow Jalen Hurts to run an unobstructed route was absolute perfection! Between the 59 yard field goal and this last play, this game kept you on the edge of your seat for sure. Fly, Eagles, Fly! 💙🦅

The Bills were instrumental in changing the rule that gave the Eagles the winning possession in overtime. A couple years ago the Bill's overtime field goal was game over. It was a good rule change, but worth mentioning.

This was absolutely insane. I knew it would be, especially with the weather. I actually thought the Eagles may lose because the Bills are great in bad weather. But I never thought it would end like that. And the Eagles deserve all the praise, especially the defense for keeping Hurts in this thing. That second half was nuts.

Yup it was either a collar tackle or roughing call the way they slammed him down, seen that get called loads of times this year but somehow it wasn't called. Refs always help the eagles, it can't be measured by amount of flags, it's always the timing in which they are called. BS
