  • Looks like I finished most of Eddie's exterior just before the snow showed up. Now I can focus my attention to completing the inside during the long cold winter months here in Canada. I had the added bonus of having my lovely wife help me on this one. There's nothing like working in the winter with a wood stove supplying the heat.

    You've got yourself some finished walls! Looking good.
    You'll both have something to be proud of when you're done.

    That shiplap is beautiful! Awesome job, especially with the window and the solar panel bolts. My door was thinner than my walls so I had the opposite issue with that window. Your solution came out looking way better than mine!😉

    Great video!! In the military they focus on “attention to detail” and I was curious if you ever served. First time watching your channel, thanks for a great rabbit hole. Take care!!

    Love the attention to the tiny details, as the end product will look like it was a professional doing to job. Keep up the great work and love to see your spouse involved.

    The plywood on the walls would greatly increase the strength. On wooden airplanes I build it key. You have me wanting to build a camper now lol

    Enjoying your videos. Seeing as you're using shiplap and not tongue and groove, what is holding the bottom edge of the shiplap down?

    Tell us about that blue router bit with bearing that you used for the window!

      MasterCraft carbide edge bit.

    • @charlevoix418
      @charlevoix418 Год назад

      @@DrenalinAdventures That's funny: all the bits with bearings I see on the web produce different round or curved shapes: the bit I need is the one like you used producing a 90 degree groove. Can you provide a more precise link or description or photo of what you used?
