A scenic drive along the Snake pass.

Welcome to another video.
Today we're going on a drive from the market town of Glossop in Derbyshire to Ladybower Reservoir near Sheffield. We drive along a set part of the A57 which is known as the Snake Pass.
Along the way, I will pass on some of the history of the road and how it got the nickname of the Snake Pass as well as some general information, and as we approach the end of the road we actually finish at Ladybower Reservoir. I will share some history of the reservoir as well as The Dambusters practice runs.
This is a fantastic area for walking and off-road cycling with plenty of parking and well worth a visit. Hope you enjoy.
