A lot of pitching wedges are as low as 41 degrees nowadays meaning it can mean carrying five! Though when I up grade I will put 46, 52 and 58 degrees in the bag.
Exactly, gapping is getting so much more important, it's always worth checking your specific PW loft, the highest loft you want to go up to in your bag, and working something out in between
Cleveland is a good place to start as they've got a range of models from bladed to cavity wedges and full-face designs too. They're also normally pretty good value amongst other wedges at that top end along with Cobra who don't have quite such a variety of options
Hi mark and team. Have you ever done a video on the forgiveness of wedges? Does forgiveness matter on chip shots or just pitch & 3/4 shots? I was sold vokey wedges but thinking of switching to Cleveland because I’m not very good!
Not such a general comparison, but we've looked at the Cleveland RTX wedges vs CBX (ruclips.net/video/rbu8R7G1VxM/видео.html) which is effectively the same sort of thing. It's definitely something we can revisit, it definitely will on your longer 3/4 style shots and possible your pitch/chip shots as well although bounce can help here too.
