Please, please do the right thing and warn people against buying from commercial pet shops or at least leave a public review exposing Pesjei. Pesjei is currently telling their customers that all of their dogs are tested for genetic conditions. If Nimbus’ condition is progressive, this is a huge lie! You can save others from the heartache of being lied to and sold a dog with a debilitating condition. Responsible breeders will be able to show you the conditions where their animals live, years (or decades) of testimonials, and a literal family tree for your dog. A pet store that sells dogs without testing certification is either not doing recommended genetic testing or knows that they’re selling sick dogs and simply doesn’t care. Both of these options point to the sourcing of animals from puppy mills. I can only imagine the horrid conditions that Nimbus’ mother was kept in.
See now this is the type of comment ive been looking for. These are the types of questions that should be asked and answered and payed attention to. I get that most shops are bad, but where he came from has literally nothing to do with his injury and his temporary paralysis so your comment, well probably well-intentioned, is a little out of place here. As a dog owner myself (with a dog I adopted from a shelter), I appreciate your sentiment, but it comes across as inappropriate being left in THIS videos comment section when again, the injury has no correlation to the dog's origin.

Can you try taking your dog to a holistic vet. The same thing happened to my dog and it ended up being an infection. We did cold laser therapy and two rounds of antibiotics and she started walking again in two weeks.
Sorry about what happened but you should've sat there and thought about why you bought a dog from a puppy mill... So many videos have been posted and none of them address the issue. People don't forget. I'm sorry
My dog had to be put down because off the high bills, in total the price would be 15k+ and we didnt have that kind of money at the moment. I feel so bad for her. Everytime I think about she would be alive if we had money makes me break down mentally.
I’m so sorry for the loss of your dog. It hurts to think of that- I think you should think about the fact that there is no guarantee in life and who is to say that if you had had the money that it would’ve worked out.. when we get a pet we take on the responsibility of them and it hurts- it hurts but we have to make awful decisions… I know it hurts to think about but I know your dog is at peace now.. i had to put my cat down last year and I told myself I wasn’t doing that again but then a couple of months ago I found a kitten in my engine… she found me and chose me and I couldn’t say no. She has brought so much joy to my life and even though I am terrified of losing her I know we are a blessing in each other’s life. My dads dog is elderly and I get so worried about anything happening to him because of how devastated I know my dad would be- I just have to remember for myself too that we can only do our best for our animals… and I’m so sorry again for your loss..
“To each their own” is definitely true, don’t get it twisted… but I will never be able to comprehend how people can claim to love and have compassion for animals yet look past every shelter like they don’t exist and give money and support to breeders and puppy mills. Even “ethical” breeders are not the way to go. What’s the reason other than wanting a specific breed? There are so many animals in shelters and more are born every day for no other reason than rich people wanting specific breeds for aesthetic reasons. It’s pathetic. This girl knows what she did is wrong and refuses to address it. She treats the dog like a king, I know, but it still does not change that her decision to shop there was wrong in the first place.

Guys !!! He fell from the couch for God's sake ! I fell in my stairs in 2016 and I'm in a wheelchair since then with my right leg paralyzed and I didn't come from a puppy mill ! And if someone answers to me that the stress and traumas I went through during my childhood are what caused my problem I'll be really f'ing mad ! Being born in a gutter has nothing to do with the fact that I damaged my nerves when I fell and this poor doggy is sadly in the same situation as me ! 😤 Yes puppy mills are disgusting but breeds in general are based on inbreeding and selection and practically every dog breed suffers from health problems because of this so EVERY breeder in the world is bad. Chihuahuas ? Bad teeth, heart problems, stress. Daschund ? Horribly painful back problems. Really big dog breeds ? Lifespans which rarely exceed 7y. French Bulldog ? Horrible respiratory problems. Bernese mountain dog ? Cancer in every part of their digestive tract when older. The genetic pool of every breed is too small and the selection is not turned toward improving the dog's health but toward really precise beauty and behavior standards which is the big problem. My dogs and cats who were purebred were all really fragile and died of "typical" health problems for their breeds, my three dogs and cats saved in shelters and in the streets who are a heck of a mix ? Absolutely no problems at 12y for the dog and 16 and 18y for the cats. (The breeds I owned were a Bernese mountain dog, 3 Parson Russel Terrier, a Newfoundland dog, a Landseer and a Golden Retriever. For the cats they were 3 Highland Fold, 1 British Longhair, 1 Siamese, 2 Persians and a half European Short-hair half Savanah). My animals eat only dry food with 80% fresh proteins and 20% vegetables and steamed vegetables with raw fish or meat multiple times a week because we have a butcher and a fishmonger in the family so the health problems didn't come from the food nor a lack of care. My animals are treated even better than me because they're my responsibility and deserve that I give them everything I have and all of my heart every day. Breeds are just a nightmare and breeders should stop to work with the stupid official standards !
Gosh this is why I adopt & seek out mixed breed dogs or breeds that typically have few health issues. Not gonna shame anyone for getting a dog from a mill unless they knew how garbage they are beforehand, but they're the worst!!
I understand where people are coming from about the puppy mills and pet shops but would you rather leave them their to be abused or give them the best life you can because what’s worse letting and animal be abused or taking them in if you ask me letting them stay in the puppy mill is worse
Either way there is a bad outcome. Either the dog stays in the puppy mill or you pay money which also goes to the puppy mills so more dogs get to live in crappy conditions. She also doesn’t seem to give a shit because in one video she said smth like “Everyone and their mom gets their dogs here” and it was some popular puppymills/luxury pet store for tiny puppies that some celebs have gotten dogs from
For the people in the comments saying he was paralyzed because she got him from a puppy is ridiculous. This is very common in small dog breads. My dog is a chiwennie and this happened to him as well. I took him to several specialist and they all stated this is common in all small breeds.
small breeds and brachycephalic dogs are bred to death with genetic conditions and bad quality of life. i honestly feel really bad about them and believe that puppy mills + brachycephalic pet breeding shouldn't be allowed
You guys are ridiculous, this can happen to any dog regardless if it’s well bred or not. If she decided to buy a dog from a puppy mill or a well advocated breeder, it’s ultimately her choice. People need to use their brains and decide whether it’s worth the risk to buy from a puppy mill or not. This sort of thing can happen in smaller dogs, especially when jumping into furniture or beds… it’s not even the breeders fault lol.
please be a decent person and apologize for supporting and praising the puppy mill. It’s not that hard to get ethically raised puppies from reputable breeders especially with your status and you not saying anything really shows.
John 3:16 KJV: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Romans 10:9 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” King James Version
I find it very disgusting how some people in the comments are saying she is a bad dog mum like she used every single minute of her time to make Nimbus feel better like what the heck
And it could have all been avoided had she done her research and got a dog from a reputable breeder. She bought her dog from a puppy mill that specialises in designer dogs. She got him as a fashion accessory then bragged about it on social media. She deserves no sympathy
Since these people in the comments know it all.. someone give me a proven fact that the shop she bought nimbus at is a inhumane puppymill that is unethically breeding their dogs. I dont wanna hear oh puppy mills in general do this… i want to hear a real fact about this exact shop that will spread awareness to others about buying dogs there.. paragraphs and hundreds pf comments but no one is stating any real information about why people shouldn’t buy dogs there.

Bruh, the puppies are taken away from their mother before 8 to 9 weeks, they're too young to be away from their mothers and siblings, and puppies are constantly being pumped out everyday, you don't get to meet the ""breeder"", you just buy a puppy that came from one of the puppy mills that supply puppies for them, the parents are in a separate place suffering in cages while being used as breeding machines all for money. They do no health testing and also breed designer mixed breeds that have no standards. And every pet shop is a puppy mill. No reputable breeder sells out their dogs 24/7 with zero breaks and zero health testing. Do research and stop defending a person who bought an unhealthy dog from a KNOWN puppy mill. And she also condoned it and said she'd get another puppy from them, and that adopting is below her. She's just gross. Also even the smallest breed in the world (the chihuahua) should not just be 1 pound, the standard says not exceeding 6 pounds, but on average they're 2.5 to 4.5 pounds, the 1 pound dogs the puppy mill sells are sold as "teacups" which are not recognized, NOT healthy, and are not accepted by the AKC, UKC, or FCI.

@@bimates2690 Nice strawman. I don't have to entertain this comment but I will because this is a really dumb idea. You're aware somebody can care about more than one thing at a time right? I can care about all of those problems and ALSO care about puppy mills being abolished. It just so happens I'm a dog groomer and I volunteer for animal shelters, so my entire world is dogs and I see more dogs than I do people, so I tend to have stronger opinions in subjects I have knowledge on. That doesn't mean I don't care about other things. In fact, on other platforms I talk about those problems often. This is one comment you've seen while scrolling RUclips shorts so you don't know anything about me lol.
@@bimates2690 Lmao i hope when yo7 go through something rough someone tells you the same thing you commented. "THERES A TON OF BAD SHIT IN THIS WORLD SO EITHER YOU CARE ABOUT EVERYONE OR GET OVER IT"

I really feel bad for u but I just love nimbus sleeping there with his paws and just 🥴 but I actually feel bad for you and I watch your vids all of the time and I love nimbus and you I can’t tell u how much I appreciate you making my day at the first I saw your channel and I hope nimbus is well ❤
I remembered him so much while watching this……
Maybe not get your dog where “all the celebrities and their moms get their dogs then” 🚩oop
poor Ashley is smiling through the pain😕😕
Can you try taking your dog to a holistic vet. The same thing happened to my dog and it ended up being an infection. We did cold laser therapy and two rounds of antibiotics and she started walking again in two weeks.
My dog broke her leg, we rushed to the hospital, it was about 1am, Thankfully she was okay, she was coming back slowly but surely.
wah im crying 😭
Sorry about what happened but you should've sat there and thought about why you bought a dog from a puppy mill... So many videos have been posted and none of them address the issue. People don't forget. I'm sorry
My dog had to be put down because off the high bills, in total the price would be 15k+ and we didnt have that kind of money at the moment. I feel so bad for her. Everytime I think about she would be alive if we had money makes me break down mentally.
I’m so sorry for the loss of your dog. It hurts to think of that- I think you should think about the fact that there is no guarantee in life and who is to say that if you had had the money that it would’ve worked out.. when we get a pet we take on the responsibility of them and it hurts- it hurts but we have to make awful decisions…
I know it hurts to think about but I know your dog is at peace now..
i had to put my cat down last year and I told myself I wasn’t doing that again but then a couple of months ago I found a kitten in my engine… she found me and chose me and I couldn’t say no. She has brought so much joy to my life and even though I am terrified of losing her I know we are a blessing in each other’s life.
My dads dog is elderly and I get so worried about anything happening to him because of how devastated I know my dad would be- I just have to remember for myself too that we can only do our best for our animals…
and I’m so sorry again for your loss..
I would say first but

but your dog is so cute ngl!!!
i would think he would be banned from jumping on the back of the couch now.
She has all right not to address so you commenting isn't gonna get her to talk about it.
@@iyyihcore I didn’t ask to be addressed by her or for her to talk about anything??? Maybe read it again, babe. I have every right to comment regardless. You commenting isn’t gonna change my mind but you still did it right? Same logic. It’s RUclips. Cry me a river. You probably have a puppy mill dog too.

Where's part 2 ?!
My dog died like a week ago
im crying for m fav dogs
Dang so many people ate actually doing it💀
you got your dog from a puppy mill, and the neglect and abusive breeding conditions that he was born in most likely contributed to his paralysis. i understand you love nimbus and you want him to get better, but i can't entirely sympathize when you got him from a puppy mill instead of a reputable breeder or shelter.
I feel like you just wanted to make the puppy mill comment when he literally was fine before hand....
@BURGER he fell from the couch for God's sake ! I fell in my stairs and I'm in a wheelchair since then with my right leg paralysed and I didn't come from a puppy mill ! 😤
@@Mazi511 puppy mill puppies often have poor, weak genetics, and can be predisposed to disease or illness. Even if the puppy mill doesnt cause his injury, it could halt his recovery

@BURGER why is it bad

How do people even know where she got him?
Im pretty sure she posted a video about it, i just tried to find it and i cant find it lol

Yes puppy mills are disgusting but breeds in general are based on inbreeding and selection and practically every dog breed suffers from health problems because of this so EVERY breeder in the world is bad.
I'm sorry 😞
I understand where people are coming from about the puppy mills and pet shops but would you rather leave them their to be abused or give them the best life you can because what’s worse letting and animal be abused or taking them in if you ask me letting them stay in the puppy mill is worse
Either way there is a bad outcome. Either the dog stays in the puppy mill or you pay money which also goes to the puppy mills so more dogs get to live in crappy conditions.
She also doesn’t seem to give a shit because in one video she said smth like “Everyone and their mom gets their dogs here” and it was some popular puppymills/luxury pet store for tiny puppies that some celebs have gotten dogs from
lamo your point makes no sense, by “saving” them that’s just contribution to puppymills
Maybe because you bought a dog from puppy mills that are famous for breeding designer dogs that has lesser chance at a quality life? Yeah. Maybe.
Cause dogs aren't meant to be that small. That's why it's an common issue.
I think they're saying that cause she bought him from a puppy mill and then condoned that same puppy mill in a video.
And it could have all been avoided had she done her research and got a dog from a reputable breeder. She bought her dog from a puppy mill that specialises in designer dogs. She got him as a fashion accessory then bragged about it on social media. She deserves no sympathy
u can’t rate my personality 😌

So sad… only cares about animals as cute fashion statements
girl don’t lie just say you’re dog’s from a puppymill that’s literally the reason
You know this is incredibly disrespectful to comment expecially on this video.
The thing is some pups from shelters ARE puppy mill dogs. If a dog doesn't get sold the puppy mills owners usually end up Abandoning them
That happen to jennie
Since these people in the comments know it all.. someone give me a proven fact that the shop she bought nimbus at is a inhumane puppymill that is unethically breeding their dogs. I dont wanna hear oh puppy mills in general do this… i want to hear a real fact about this exact shop that will spread awareness to others about buying dogs there.. paragraphs and hundreds pf comments but no one is stating any real information about why people shouldn’t buy dogs there.
Did you even watch the video where she visited the place she got the dog from?? Anyone with commonsense could tell within seconds that place was a puppy mill
@@ftw7026 common sense could tell? Cuz the dogs are 1 lb? Its NOT impossible to breed small healthy dogs. A bunch of people chose to attack her and her morals off what THEY THOUGHT LOOKED LIKE something. But not one individual has been able to expose that exact shop with real information about how they are mistreating their animals and then demand she address it.
@@bbycherub2420 not every pet shop is a puppy mill. U listed a whole bunch of shit that goes on but not how her buying a dog from that shop amongst other customers makes her responsible for all that. Gross? Lol.. u wish.
