  • Before the end of the year, before a new one begins, we find ourselves in the space between, where we encounter the opportunity to rewire ourselves, to untangle some things and to restructure others.
    This video begins with a conversation about the liminal space, the opportunities that it presents, and how to embody it, using a teaching from the Vijnana Bhairava (a text written in India in the 7th or 8th century). We then bring the teaching into practice through the body with movement and breath. We will end with a short and sweet meditation.
    This practice will open your hips, strengthen your legs, and stretch your thighs and your spine, leaving you grounded, energized, and spacious..
