I can't imagine the time and effort spent trying to update the textures and models for this kind of quality. I'm glad people still love this game enough to feel the need to go this far.

First sign of a Blinx remake I've ever seen. I think it's missing some of the gibberish banter Blinx gives off during certain bits of gameplay. And why is a lot of the floor so shiny? EDIT: Never mind, those are just the puddles.

THIS IS REALLY COOL! I can tell you had a blast with it in Unreal! I´d advice making the UI a bit simpler, the added detail makes it a bit hard on the eyes! Also, the camera is a bit too near to Blinx, otherwise, the slowing time with the UI is a fantastic touch! Implementing the time abilities must´ve been SO hard as modelling the levels and doing the textures in substance! This is really good, I hope you continue it and make it even better!
Not a fan of the chronoblob's new more cartoon y eyes, but this is awesome. I would buy it in a heartbeat (and see if I can beat forge of hours 3 this time)
Needs a little more work in terms of user friendly info in the HUD like vacuum tank capacity, time command capacity, gold amount, and collection, and some work on the physics interaction of objects as most break when hitting an enemy which they don't here. But as it stands this is an exceptional proof of concept and with some more work ya got something really great there.
OMG if you continue this and eventually finish the full game, I WILL DIE a happy man!!!! but imagine an alternate mode with Blinx 2 mechanics, you kinda got it with the aiming mechanic.

Time controls, I’m personally mixed on, as I like the combination system, but the game has to be tailored for it to work, but I dislike how you don’t need crystal combos to get powers. Health, I actually really like the one hit death with rewind system, and I thought it made the game super satisfying and engaging. All of this is super personal though. If he did implement them, it would be cool to have a toggle for each mechanic rather than just a “Blinx 2 mode” that uses all of them. Modular difficulty is a good thing in my opinion.
Man I only know this game exist because I owned a old Xbox and it had games that were demos and this game was one of the demos and JSRF but that one was just a trailer of the game. From looking at the game it had some tricky puzzles with the whole powers that Blinx has to use I honestly would play it on Xbox one just to get a feeling how the game is and it is sad tho that he is not the mascot of Microsoft he has that iconic cat ears and what not, but what you going to do Microsoft picked master chief I belive but that was unofficially and I believe Microsoft games picked Cuphead & Mugman that what I heard anyways I liked the way you polished the game it looked nice, clean and silky and Blinx looks like he got a upgrade kinda looks like you put a lot of heart to the game.
Well, this was a nice surprise! Looks amazing so far, though I can't hear the music very well. I hope this will be completed one day! now if only someone could do this to balan wonderworld lol

Dude, that’s so rad! I know this is a demo, and I certainly don’t want to pretend that this isn’t impressive, but I would like to offer a few points of constructive criticism, since I know it’s a work in progress. 1. I think this would benefit from the ui for trash being slightly smaller. Like, .75x the size. This would be especially important with sweepers that carry 10+ pieces. 2. Blinx’s running animation looks a little stiff when compared to the original. I don’t know exactly why. Maybe his arms don’t move quite enough, or maybe his torso doesn’t twist quite enough… but I think it would be worth tweaking a little bit. 3. I think the goal gate should activate once the last enemy dies, rather than when Blinx gets close, as the only reason it’s closed in the first place is because the monsters are there, and also because seeing/hearing the gate from afar was such a cool effect in larger levels of the original. 4. I kinda miss the “hee uppa!” At the beginning of each level. It added a lot of charm to an sleet charming character. Just food for thought. These are tiny nitpicks on an otherwise stellar recreation, and you should feel very proud of your work. Damn, I’m excited to see what comes of this! You’ve done something really special here!
Oh man, if this is still being worked on my only request is that you make the character like 10-15% faster. Blinx was such a fun concept but the character controller was just so incredibly slow.
