1. A Minecraft player making a beautiful house cinematic view. 2. Two Minecraft friends fighting with each other. 3. A Minecraft player surfing on a boat. 4. A Minecraft player killing ender dragon. 5. A Minecraft player mining diamonds
A beautiful female protagonist riding a white Arabian horse through the streets of Saint Denis in Red Dead Redemption 2. She accidentally bumps into a police officer, who begins to arrest her. The protagonist dismounts and surrenders peacefully amidst the bustling, foggy city with cobblestone streets and vintage streetlights.
Have you ever tried some really weird stuff that should not at all be in the training data or just very little? Basically probing out of distribution generation. Like... - an elephant with eagle wings flying through the sky during sunset - numbers floating through the sky and aligning themselves to form 3,14159... - honey being poured onto snow / stone / a window / a book - a man standing in a gym tearing a book apart with his bare hands while people around him are in shock of what they see - a tree suddenly coming alive and eating another tree in the forest - a hand writing "Veo 2 is crazy!" with a bottle of milk I know, not **really** OOD but I would still expect some really interesting results 🤔 Or if you want to go really crazy, here is what Claude gave me to genuinely test OOD: - A crystalline elephant whose wings are made of flowing water, flying backwards through a sunset that's happening in multiple directions simultaneously - Mathematical equations that rain upwards from the ground, transforming into butterflies when they collide, forming pi in 3D space - Honey that flows in reverse gravity while freezing mid-air into geometric shapes, landing on a book whose pages are made of mirrors - A bodybuilder in a zero-gravity gym tearing apart a book that bleeds neon liquid, while spectators float around him turning into paper origami - A bonsai tree uprooting itself to perform ballet, while consuming larger trees that dissolve into musical notes - A hand made of morning dew writing with antimatter milk that creates temporary holes in reality, spelling "Veo 2 is crazy!" in languages that don't exist
Even if you had the technology you wouldnt be able to create gta 6. Too much engineering, design know-how, and optimization and special artistic touches go into that game that I don't think any group of people can achieve it yet. Imagine rockstar using this tech + all their knowledge and capital😱😱.
*Revelation 3:20* Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. God bless. *Revelation 22:12-14* And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
Wow. I'm actually shocked. I didn't think it would be able to make such game accurate bits of footage. This truly has me excited about the idea of procedurally generated games. Could be absolutely crazy.
In the future games could be made in seconds with just you typing a prompt and an AI making it also you could be able to edit it with more prompting. Creator of chatGPT says that this year we may get AGI and another person said by 2030 we could have super intelligent AI
@@you-are-the-tharpsterswe couldn’t guess what we have today and we can’t guess what we have in future. For sure it still will require effort and time to do something great. Anyone could do random ai content.
its crazy to think how not even last freaking year did anyone expect to see such a thing as we witness today! At least i speak for myself when I didn't know ai could get so accurate!
2-3 years, it will be real time and interactive, even tho mostly 360-480p and some memory limitations, but still, entertaining potential is very impressive to say the least.
Maybe in a year, since there’s an AI that created Minecraft and that was more than a month ago, so probably in a year it will be much better. And if you look at AI video creation in 2023, it was pretty bad, but by the end of 2024, there has been an incredible evolution.
As an intermediate Game Dev (wannabe/but kinda got overwhelemed and life got busy etc/also I suck at programming and art too kinda), this is really insane for me and inspiring in some ways! It will be really amazing if I can use my simple skill set(good at level design/world-building/game-testing/making fun mechanics/some music composition) in combination with AI in the future to become a professional and make very fun platforming games. The Mario with somewhat underwater/land physics that you showed at the end was very fascinating (although a bit plain for physics, seemed like an endless runner). It'll be really interesting if it can make something in the middle between Mario and Celeste, and to see what type of new assets and physics it can create or come up with. Really wanna see this not just as a video, but in the physics part of the game engine or actually animated in the game engine in real time, so we can play and test it out, and build many worlds and full games with the technology. Right now, it just seems to be generating videos and that can be cool for cut scenes of the game, and to draw a lot of inspiration from/brainstorm with, but AI can still improve a lot in game design and have everything implemented in something for a more rounded experience that can actually bridge the gap from more beginner game devs to even advanced ones. Whenever I see improvements in AI I always think about "how can I use this in my work-flow or to make a comeback in X-field" and still see a lot of limitations, but potential too.
Undertale is one of the most famous games of all time and it was made by one dude who basically only had a fun concept, music skills and perseverance. Scott Cawthon has been making tons of weird sh1t for years until in FNAF all his very specific skills and tastes aligned just right. Granny is literally a piece of rock when it comes to... like literally every aspect of it, but its style, atmosphere and simple characters resonated with a lot of people. The point is, just make something if you want to make something. Think later.
Not exactly. You can look at the trend of CG artistry since the 80's and watch as the tools and skillsets evolve into more focused, efficient, and simpler methods that decrease the amount of work an artist has to do. Many of us over the years have sought out methods that reduce certain tasks, allowing us to focus more on the areas we want to focus on or need to focus on. For instance, creating an actual 3D model of a character with UV texture and bump maps applied, isn't always that enjoyable. It takes time. It's why to a large extent, photogrammetry has become the 3D artists favorite tool to use. It has in many cases completely removed the need to manually create 3D objects, which was a huge task for 3D artists when developing environments. You have to understand that AI won't just erase jobs. It gets integrated into social and commercial systems, and rather than just making human work obsolete, it will in fact do a number of things within industries. It creates additional jobs, decreases workloads, offers the ability to create references far easier, inspires creators, fixes errors, gives us new tools to learn, and provides pathways to more advanced opportunities. It's not without it's drawbacks, but it is a dynamic innovation that will evolve alongside us, not delete us from our own culture.
@@Recuper8 A 16 year old has been able to do a lot for quite some time now. I'd like to see if Veo 2 can make characters spell out words and follow more instructions in a single prompt. Here's the prompt : "Close-up shot on a 3D video game character with vibrant emerald eyes that sparkle with excitement, his pupils dilated and eyebrows raised high in wonderment. The character exclaims 'WAW!' with pure joy, his mouth forming a wide, genuine smile that creates subtle dimples. His hands rise up to chest level, fingers spread wide with palms facing forward in an energetic gesture of amazement. The camera starts focused tight on his expressive face, highlighting the micro-movements of his facial features - from the slight crinkle around his eyes to the upward pull of his cheeks. His stylish crimson jacket with gold trim catches the light as he moves, the fabric responding naturally to his animated gestures. The shot smoothly pulls back to include his enthusiastic hand movements while maintaining the face as the focal point. The character's hands show detailed animation, with fingers slightly trembling from excitement and knuckles flexing as he gestures. His skin has a warm undertone that complements both his emerald eyes and crimson outfit. Natural subsurface scattering gives his skin a realistic, vibrant appearance that enhances the character's lively expression. The lighting emphasizes the gleam in his eyes and the genuine enthusiasm in his expression, with a subtle rim light that separates him from the background and highlights the texture of his short, tousled brown hair that bounces slightly with his movement."
@jerrod_lew a man walks across the room, opens the door of the room, behind which there is space, becomes weightless and falls into space. A man with a cock tattoo goes and gently hugs several mannequins in funny clothes in turn. A homeless man boldly runs across a winter street and climbs a palm tree to a monkey A cat drowns in milk (or sinks into a deep bowl of milk) like a terminator in lava, giving a thumbs-up
If sth. sounds or looks too good to be true... it isn't. ;) And IF Veo 2 will be as good as their nice trailers are showing to us then you can be sure it won't be available for ordinary ppl or pretty expensive. This is the stuff to print money.
