I can't believe this album was released 18 years ago. It still feels fresh and new to me having bought it when it first came out. I was blown away by the heavier guitar sound of it thanks to Richie arming himself with a Flying V. I got into college that year partly because of the motivational and inspirational message behind it that speaks to all of us around the world as shown in the video. Love the smile that Jon does at the end of it, he’s always had a very welcoming vibe about him.

I first saw this video back in 2002 when it was released and I thought that the location was the absolute coolest setting I'd ever seen. Just the VLA's and miles of expanse (as Richie put it), I quietly put this location of Socorro, New Mexico in the back of my brain for a time in my life to visit. 2 and half years ago, my wife and I we're able to take a road trip from Vancouver, BC all the way to Roswell, New Mexico and on the way we spent a whole day out at the VLA's - at the exact location. I'll always remember knowing that the guys we're standing in the very same spot with amazement of the landscape all around you. Love the 'Bounce' record and this video tremendously. I can't overstate it enough.
I think the last rocking album was Keep the Faith, from Crush onwards is more or less very pop or ballads all over the records with a couple of exceptions such as Hook me Up, Bounce, Everyday or One Wild Night...

I first saw this video back in 2002 when it was released and I thought that the location was the absolute coolest setting I'd ever seen. Just the VLA's and miles of expanse (as Richie put it), I quietly put this location of Socorro, New Mexico in the back of my brain for a time in my life to visit. 2 and half years ago, my wife and I we're able to take a road trip from Vancouver, BC all the way to Roswell, New Mexico and on the way we spent a whole day out at the VLA's - at the exact location. I'll always remember knowing that the guys we're standing in the very same spot with amazement of the landscape all around you. Love the 'Bounce' record and this video tremendously. I can't overstate it enough.

I think the last rocking album was Keep the Faith, from Crush onwards is more or less very pop or ballads all over the records with a couple of exceptions such as Hook me Up, Bounce, Everyday or One Wild Night...

todavia recuerdo cuando salio.mtv y much music lo pasaban todos los dias, telehits empezó a pasar musica en ingles. la calidad del video era lo mejor y tenia un sonido nuevo tipo rock alternativo mezclado con estilo de siempre. hasta ahora le siguen viendo los dientes blancos que fue lo mas llamativo .. y es. buena cancion.
