Had a very serious surgery, removing a large piece of dead/infected piece of intestine. Had a very hard time starting to work out again after two months when the doctor 'okayed' it. This really got me back into workout mode! Thank you SO MUCH! I'd another love handles work out with an Empire of the Sun song!!

+EjectPrev , work your way down, hon. Go as far as you comfortably can, at first. When your body is used to moving this way, it will get easier. Start out in baby steps with all these workouts until you get more comfortable with them.

If you feel like you back is hurting its probably because your back wasn't straight when u were doing the move, if you don't feel anything in your sides its because your arms aren't straight your elbows have to be touching you head lightly. I don't know that much about this but i had the similar problems and this helped me
i have done this a few times and find that stretching out your obliques and core afterwards help a LOT!!! i suggest doing cobra and strecthing side to side. also whe nyou do this be careful not to only bend ur shoulders but REALLY tighten and use your core!!!
Mine did too because I had shoulder tendinitis and a just healed torn rotator cuff the first time I did this. stretching out your shoulders is really important because if you dont you could develop what I did and its suuupperr painful so try looking up some stretches to do before doing this workout!
