    I wasn't dead.. Til I stood up of the floor! I completely lost the balance and fell onto my bed cause it was near me. My core, obliques and love handles are shaking! Somebody is going to be totally sore tomorrow.. Loved it though!

    I'm literally obsessed with this workout, Cassey! It's one of those ones where it's not really out-of-this-world difficult to finish, but somehow I'm sore the next day every time! It's not until I finish the workout that I'm like WHOA that KILLED! Thanks so much for this one :)

    Had a very serious surgery, removing a large piece of dead/infected piece of intestine. Had a very hard time starting to work out again after two months when the doctor 'okayed' it. This really got me back into workout mode! Thank you SO MUCH! I'd another love handles work out with an Empire of the Sun song!!

      +EjectPrev , work your way down, hon. Go as far as you comfortably can, at first. When your body is used to moving this way, it will get easier. Start out in baby steps with all these workouts until you get more comfortable with them.

    Hi Cassie!:) This is one of my favourite movement, it's so effective, I love it! Thank you for sharing it.
    Im doing your excercises every day, and I can see the change in my muscles, I got really strong ,but I simply can't loose weight. I'm also doing cardio 4-5 times a week (30 min of running or cardio dance) What can I do wrong? I have 5 kilogrammes that I want to loose.

    Wow. I'm on my 2nd day of her beginners calendar and after doing the 2 videos for today I felt like I wanted to do a little more to try and get rid of my love handles faster. After doing this video all I can say is wow.. even though it's painful and burns I love the feeling! You keep me motivated to keep going. Love your videos!       I had that problem at first to I just kept my arms on my side for a while than stuck one out at a time. makes it a bit easier.

    Omg i love these 5 min challenges even beginners can do them. I was never a bieber or 1D fan. I love 3 Days Grace, RED, Paramore, Within Temptation. To me those are better bands than 1D could ever be.

    If you feel like you back is hurting its probably because your back wasn't straight when u were doing the move, if you don't feel anything in your sides its because your arms aren't straight your elbows have to be touching you head lightly. I don't know that much about this but i had the similar problems and this helped me

    i have done this a few times and find that stretching out your obliques and core afterwards help a LOT!!! i suggest doing cobra and strecthing side to side. also whe nyou do this be careful not to only bend ur shoulders but REALLY tighten and use your core!!!

    Mine did too because I had shoulder tendinitis and a just healed torn rotator cuff the first time I did this. stretching out your shoulders is really important because if you dont you could develop what I did and its suuupperr painful so try looking up some stretches to do before doing this workout!

    substituted this for my abc abs workout on the beginner challenge and I LOVE it!!
