    I measure my BP by doing a 7 day 21 entries and then doing an average after adding up each value and dividing each value by number of entries. And then I get my true BP number.
    I keep note’s each time I check it and you will see it is normal for your BP to rise and fall during the day. And yes my BP is very low in the morning.
    My number is 125/75 for this month . One or two reading’s at the dr office doesn’t warrant an ace inhibitor for the rest of your life.

    Sir what should be the pulse rate ..I mean heart beat per minute if you have hypertension?

    • @DrZainMD
      @DrZainMD  Год назад

      Normal heart rates are 60-100 but can sometimes be outside that range depending on the person. There is a wide variety of heart rates and what is normal or abnormal for each person or situation could depend on a lot of factors. You could measure your BP and heart rates and review the list with your doctor to see if yours are normal for you.

    A lot of hypertension diagnosed is due to incorrect measurements. Look at the videos on how take blood pressure.

    Okay real talk is 130 to 140 really bad? I keep getting this reading on my current gym bulk no matter what time. Should i stop? Or is this okay? I'm 25

      130 and up for the systolic (top) is technically hypertension. It depends on the person, but on average, the higher the blood pressure is above normal, the higher risk of death from any cause. If you're 25 and your blood pressure runs consistently high, now is the time to see a doctor and confirm your home blood pressure readings and figure out how to keep it under control if needed. That way you can avoid decades of high blood pressure which means avoiding decades of accumulating damage to your blood vessels and other organs.

    If you measure your BP in the morning, every morning, and it's around 118/80 but later in the day it's 130/86 and then again later it's 144/90, d but the next morning it's back to 118/80 again, do you have high blood pressure?

      The very same thing happens to me. I was taking my BP mid day - perhaps the busiest part of my day and on average it measured me stage one hypertension. Yet, when I switched to taking morning readings I, too, get readings some 10-20 points lower systolic and 5-10 lower diastolic. My BP usually reads higher at Dr’s office because I have white coat syndrome. Often, I can take my BP and it will be elevated and three minutes later take it and it’s normal. If I get an elevated reading, I can take 5 minutes to do breathing technique and it’s back down to normal. But, like you, my morning readings are very healthy. I’m to a point where I’m going to ask for a 24 hour BP monitor because all this up and down is unnerving.

      In normal Human body blood pressure n blood sugar keeps on fluctuating , once the cause of Blood Pressure is caught n treated it normalises without medicine. In My case Cause of High Blood Pressure was Dehydration , 70% of Human body made up of water, now no hypertension. 😁😁
