Realme has better camera. No doubt..Also the battery part, it was misreviewed I think. Coz considering the battery pack of realme and charging speed it should have the score. Wireless and reverse charging aren't really necessary as chrging wireless does not give you same result in time versus charging it directly on the port. Mind as well reverse charging, I mean who would actually wants share your phones battery life and you need another phone who support same thing for you to actually share your battery life. I would rather save that for my entire day of usage and for emergency.

A realme user here. Of course I will be bias a little bit, but I will try hard to be objective. If you are looking for better day to day performance/for gaming purpose/watching some movies and other medias, go with Realme GT 2 Pro. If you use fan grip, you can play Genshin all day long! The bigger screen also helps to enjoy contents. For the same price, you will get a better camera, video, and audio on Xiaomi 12. The compact size is also a plus, especially if you prefer it that way. But then again, with the same price as 12GB RAM Realme GT2 Pro, you will only get 8 GB on Xiaomi 12. Choose wisely. But you won't regret any of them. It's flagship anyway, so any sacrifice you made won't make a huge difference. Except if you compare the camera of both of these devices to S22 Ultra or iPhone 13 Pro Max, those two are still king. No debate needed
As someone who has had both phones - the battery on the GT2 is MUCH better than the 12 Pro. It lasts for significantly longer and charges up a bigger battery in only a few mins more than the Xiaomi.

And also deadboot issue.. so I bought my realme gt2 pro and now I'm very happy with my phone.. it gives me what I really need for a phone..

Edit: they did the 12 pro v the gt 2 pro whereas this video is the basic 12. By the way, I got the 12/256 from the Realme website (UK) for £570. It was 100 off for the early bird deal (which stopped on Sunday despite having a week left?) and then I got 5% off with my old student email...

Chigz, can you do a in-depth video on Android devices that support a second space / multi user. I have a Xiaomi phone and know how it works (fingerprint can log me into first space or second space) (if I'm in first space I can have notifications pop up if I have a message in second space, and vice versa) I'm thinking of jumping ship to Realme and want to know if their UI has the same second space features. I think Huawei also has something similar but who the fuck buys Huawei these days lol. I think if you did a detailed video it would do well because there's no good videos on RUclips.. there are only two things. If you prefer battery life then the GT2 Pro. If you want a compact device with a normal battery life then xiaomi 12 or 12x with 1 hour more battery hour survive because of the Snapdragon 870.
I disagree with the last decision. Wireless charging is absolutely useless. It's slower, heats up the phone more. Worthless. The score ended 8-5 not 7-6
One year later and the gt2's price didnt go down by a lot, while xiaomi 12's price went significantly low, so nowadays the xiaomi 12 would actually be a better choice as price to quality ratio

REALME GT2 PRO is the real beast flagship killer..

My thoughts on them is wouldn't be purchasing either of these for no information and lack of software and android updates.
I believe both brands offer around 3 years of total Android/security updates, which I think is quite reasonable.
