After years of searching for tips, I finally found this video and I started practicing for about a week now.
I like the way my armpits feel after the massage and for some reason it doesn't sweat as much compared to when I used to scrub it so hard.
I also use less deodorant(I watched a vid about the particular type I use about it being not that nice and friendly), I have finally being able to notice the effects because of this care tips from you.
I am gradually reducing the use of it till I can get a better brand.

You just need to be consistent and use better deodarants too.
do you massage with lotion? It hurts my skin when I massage with a closed fist.

I use Baby oil or good Olive oil. Anyone available to the moment.
Rub a light sheen on your armpits before you massage it. .
Also take it easy on the massage, don't go too hard 💞

Gente, eu vi ela fazendo um mesmo vídeo só que um tempinho mais atrás. Ela mencionava a massagem na hora do banho e eu venho dizer aqui q é SURREAL! Eu venho fazendo isso cerca de 1 mês e sério, ajuda MUITO. Minhas axilas eram muito mais escuras e agora estão clareando. É claro que o processo não é nada fácil e também não melhora da noite pro dia. Tem que ter muita dedicação e força de vontade!
Quem quiser seguir minha rotina q particularmente está dano certo pra mim tá aqui:
-Massagear a região conforme ela ensina (toda vez q vc for tomar banho)
-Usar de forma correta as giletes e antes, colocar algo pra não agredir a pele conforme ela ensina
- 2 vezes na semana (eu escolhi Domingo e Quarta) eu n esfolio pq n tenho esfoliante mas oq ajuda muito tbm é a Argila branca com um pouquinho de óleo rosa mosqueta. (Deixo agir por 15 minutos) e durante a noite (SOMENTE A NOITE) eu coloco o óleo de rosa mosqueta.

I have stopped using deodorant for more than 5 years now and i can confirm it'll lighten your armpit. I use Alum stone powder as natural and WAY cheaper alternative, i barely sweat nor smelly.

Querida Soyeon este video es increíble, ayer lo vi y en la noche cuando me bañe probé lavar mis axilas con la mano abierta de forma suave, y luego la lave con el puño (dolió 😭) luego hice el masaje como dijiste, hice el procedimiento dos veces en total (en la noche y en la mañana) y el resultado fue casi inmediato!! mis axilas se notan más claras y saludables

That will only work if you are born with less armpits hairs. My armpits hairs are thick and it a bit hairy, but not as bad as others that I had seen. If I shaved mine today the next day the hair is already showing. If I plug the hairs, it last about a week. I don’t plug it every week. I do exfoliate and apply lotion. Overall mines is ok. It just suck more for people who have more hairs and it is thick.

I bought the razor that pulls out hair by the roots and I use it on my armpits, my God, never in my life did they hurt so much from irritation,so yeah 😢I will never use it again, I also do the massages since I thought mmm if irritation comes from scratching it's better using the fingertips, now I only use the blade but always without passing it more than 5 times in a gentle way and with enough soap, my armpits look very good🎉 the others tips I learn from my older sisters,the mistakes they made, made me a good watcher 😅

Acho que é um produto exclusivamente coreano mas acredito que se você não encontrar algum outro parecido, você pode usar lencinhos umedecidos comuns. Se você soa muito e fica com mal odor facilmente então recomendo aqueles sem cheiro (as vezes pode acontecer de você passar e ficar com cheiro do lencinho mas ainda com o cheiro do suor, é bem desagradável). Vê o que é mais adequado para você. Também pode-se utilizar absorventes próprios para as axilas, da uma pesquisada que você encontra :)
