How often do you use it now Nan?
I still use it the 3 times a day, sometimes twice a day. The more you use it, the more your tremors will reduce so I’m still going to see if it will take the rest of my hand tremors away fully ❤

I was diagnosed a couple of years ago with ET and only have tremors in my right hand/arm. Will this work for me or is primarily for people with full body tremors. Love ya Nan and appreciate what you do. God bless.

Amazing still. I am now using 2 Vilim balls at each session, 1 in each hand. The second device was a used Vilim ball from another ETer that it didn’t work for but it did work for me. I have now been using the Vilim ball for 4 months and I feel great. Thank you ❤️

@@tinotomy1521 DBS worked quite well for a couple of years but subsequently the ET problems arose again and so I enthusiastically underwent DBS thinking it would resolve my tremors at least 80% but it wasn't like that! But to try to get better I had no fear in undergoing the surgery which lasted 12 hours even though I was aware of the risks I was running!
