    A few things that actually helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I quit wearing ponytails because it leds to tension breakage. (2) I started massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to safeguard my hair from pollution. (4) Using mild shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

    • @Rishavnainital
      @Rishavnainital 2 месяца назад

      I experienced hair fall issues prior to using Cocoonioon shampoo, but after using it, hair fall significantly decreased. However, it doesn’t give you much shine. You will experience frizzy hair after using, for which you can use any conditioner.

    The most important thing is that when you notice it, take action right away. If you want to keep your hair that is. It can really sneak up on you and some people don't realize it until it's progressed pretty far. In my case, I noticed I looked different but couldn't put my finger on it. Mostly because going bald at a young age never occurred to me and I didn't pay much attention to my hair. It wasn't until a family member made a comment that I realized I was going bald. Now that I notice it, I see how bad it's gotten (and it's gotten bad!!!). There's not much I can do to fix the areas where I lost my hair apart from having a hair transplant. So act early!

I believe that a diet high in meat, processed sugar and dairy is correlated with MPB. you won't hear this from a doctor as they tend to push finasteride and minoxidil and discredit diet when dealing with external body problems but read up on it. Actually, meat is high in protein and minerals. Sugar is a key element to hair growth seeing as haircycles use glucose. And dairy is a rich source of progesterone, which is a precursor hormone to testosterone etc. Indeed they are co-related, but in a positive way. The one major flaw in our current diet is polyunsaturated fats, they increase inflammation and are quite toxic. They also promote estrogen aromatization, and with estrogen levels high and testosterone therefore low, your body starts to create more DHT to cancel out the devastating effects of estrogen. Now if that goes on for many years ur head is probably full of pgd2 and fibrosis, hence reduced blood flow, therefore tissue DHT doesn't rly go anywhere. Couple that with a thinner dermis and it becomes impossible for your scalp to produce terminal hair follicles, and u are left with vellus hairs, since they sit quite high near the epidermis.
      finastride and minoxidil, yeah lets kill the body m
      ore lol

    I wish there was more in depth information on this subject. I went through a divorce, lost my job, got into a relationship too early and got hurt, moved back home and noticed I started losing hair. At the beginning of this year 2018. My hair was fine. I am half Mexican and half white and have/had thick hair. My hair fell out hard for 2-6 months. During this time though my hair has tried to grow back. It felt like sand was all over my head. The main hair loss was at the crown of my head. I also lost hair from the sides and back of my head, my pubic region and eyebrows. Now I still have some regrowth on my scalp/sides/back of head. I don’t use minoxidil or finistride. I just don’t know if I’m balding or it’s Telogen effluvium. I have hairs that are colorless and super thin. Does that mean I’m balding... but everyone I talked to who has went bald never had their hair try to grow back. I just don’t know. Once I figure this all out I’m going to make an in depth video to help everyone out. No one will read this lol

      @LilPGKing 6 лет назад +1

      MarkiTheSharki ! Hey what’s up? I’m sorry if I’m a little late on this but apparently, there is still hope for your hair! There’s this thing called PGD2 receptors that block your hair follicles from growing out of your scalp and really, it’s nothing to worry about. What these receptors do is that they make your hair follicles deep inside your head dormant/asleep so in reality, you still have hair! It’s just dormant, waiting to be activated. One way to lower your PGD2 levels and to start regrowing your hair now is to drink this thing called red tea. I recommend doing some research on this special tea that reduces PGD2 levels. Another way of lowering your PGD2 (and i think this is the most effective way) is to EAT FOODS WITH LOTS OF PHYTONUTRIENTS!!! These nutrients also lower your PGD2 levels and like i said before, you’ll start seeing that beautiful regrow this in your scalp that you’ve always wanted to see in all your life! Start searching up in the internet foods with high phytonutrients in them and try to maintain a healthy balance of these nutrients because too much of this isn’t good for your body. I hope this information was beneficial to your future wellbeing and I really hope you start to take action. Let me know how it goes for you and how effective it was for you. Remember never give up and persevere! It’ll be a rough journey but it’ll be worth the hassle! God bless!

    • @LilPGKing
      @LilPGKing 6 лет назад +1

      MarkiTheSharki ! P.S. also don’t try and stress too much because stress is what makes your hair loss even worse. Try to keep calm, massage your scalp every day for 10-20 minutes, eat healthy, and do lots of exercise! All of these little things will definitely help you combat PGD2 receptors. Try and investigate more about PGD2 receptors so you’ll have more experience with dealing with baldness.

    For all you gents i was going bald but i did a routine and now my head is full of hair thank god.
    1. Firstly shave off ur hair completely. Scrub ur scalp to get rid of any dandruff and dirt blocking ur follicles for a fresh new batch of hair. (Your balding what do u have to lose)
    2. Massage ur bald scalp gently everyday for about 10 minutes. Dip your fingers into coconut oil as well. the oil will make your small hairs growing very healthy
    3. Leave your bald scalp in the sun EVERYDAY for at least 20 minutes. Vitamin D is crucial!!
    4. Buy Biotin (500mg) and horsetail grass vitamin take one of each every single day. The biotin and salica strengthens your roots like crazy.
    5. Go to the docter and get fineasteride prescribed to you. It is expensive unless u get it prescribed by a doctor. It prevents the stress hormones to get to your hair and will prevent it from falling off. Especially for all you stressers
    In other words number 3 regrows thick hair and number 4 keeps it there so those two are VERYYYYYY critical gentlemen.
    GOOD LUCK!!!

    • @vlcheish
      @vlcheish 6 лет назад

      Thanks for the comments and suggestion but some questions
      1. Why shave it off? Buy a scalp massager and use that.
      2. I like the massage idea. While not 100% proven there is a lot of evidence that this method to reverse calcification and free up the blood and nutrients for your hair follicles. I used to use coconut oil a lot but did stop. One thing I don't know and need to research if using coconut oil is negative effects from using coconut oil directly on the scalp. Can Coconut oil on the scalp clog pores. I've read articles claiming this.
      3. Vitamin D from the sun is only possible to get when the sun is at a certain angle in the sky(little known fact most people don't know). You get it when your shadow is shorter than your height. So if you live in NYC for example getting vitamin d even at noon in Jan is extremely difficult. Typically vitamin d is achieved around 10am-2pm depending on your location and season on the globe.
      4. Good suggestions. I havent used horsetail grass but will look into it. Biotin is very popular.
      5. Be careful with finasteride because it can mess with your sex drive. So the idea with finasteride is to decrease DHT in your body and this allows hair to regrow and stop you from going bald IF your baldness is caused by a genetic predisposition of your scalp being sensitive to DHT. The other idea floating around on the internet on how to decrease DHT is to go on NOFAP since DHT increases after every ejactulation. This probably won't be as effective as a drug like finasteride but it's worth noting.

    • @qadoo11
      @qadoo11 6 лет назад

      Mike S. You are absolutely right with your points. However, when i mean i dip my fingers in cocnut oil i meant right when it newly grows out not when its newly bald.
      Scalp massagers are effective i used them before but honestly if you are going to strengthen your hairs its best to have nothing blocking your pores, no hair no dandruff, no dirt, nothin.
      You are right about the sun situation. I forgot to mention i am fortunate enough to live in california. During the winter I buy vitamin D-3 vitamins from trader joes or anywhere else.
      And last but not least, DHT kills the hair regardless of genetics so I disagree with you there. Maybe for a small pool of people you are right but for the average man, hair is very sensitive to DHT.

    • @vlcheish
      @vlcheish 6 лет назад

      Thank you for clarifying on the coconut oil. As far as fineasteride can you explain what you meant with "It prevents the stress hormones to get to your hair". Is stress hormones dht?

    • @qadoo11
      @qadoo11 6 лет назад

      Mike S. To be completely honest im not an expert on finasteride. All i was told by doctors is that stress hormones such as DHT, cortisol are why “we lose hair when we stress”. Finasteride pretty much blocks the stress hormones from even reaching ur hair roots. Finasteride doesnt regrow ur hair or make it thicker, rather it maintains what hair u already have now. Whch is why the other vitamins and remedies are required as well if one were to use finasteride

      @Tayler Miller exactly my situation.. The hairs that fall out are shorter and thinner than others... So I've theorized that once hairfall starts, a group of hairs fall and they keep growing thinner after falling out and this cycle continues until they no longer grow, only the stronger + longer hairs last.... which is a relief honestly, since I'm Okay with less dense but stable hairs

    The thing that men fail to realize is that hair isn’t everything. Ugly is ugly, Werner you’re bald or not. If you’re ugly before hair loss, it doesn’t matter if you go bald because you were ugly in the first place.

    I have that "m" shaped hairline at 17, but I never went through hair loss and It's been the same for 3 years at least. No one in my family Is balding or balded, my grandfather did lose a fair share of It after his mid 70's though. Should I worry?

    Drink plenty of water. Take biotin and folic acid everyday.
    Only shampoo your hair every 2-3 days and conditioner once a week.
    Ideally put a couple of drops of Jojaba oil in everyday

    I am female and got here by accident, but here's my two cents - as I know high level of DHT is may be caused by insulin resistance which can be fixed with lowering carbs intake (I am sorry for my english - not native speaker). Anyway you can research this topic on your own. Hope someone can find this info useful.

    If you are going male pattern baldness , you have a high level of DHT , your main focus should be on how to lower that level as much as possible . One thing to consider is that masturbation makes a hill lot of DHTs

    • @myjy6368
      @myjy6368 6 лет назад +4
