Another winner Scott! Thank you. Can you believe I just tried jasmine rice for the first time a month ago. I saw you used it on another dish. We liked it. A bit different from my usual favorite long grain and wild rice. Also like good 'ol white rice with butter and black pepper as a side. I'm putting more jasmine rice on our next list to go along with some haddock or cod. I gave up on tilapia. Most are farm raised and imported from countries I try not to deal with. Walmart has some good cod and haddock, wild caught from the USA !
