- I am excited to share with you our 30-minute total body dumbbell DROP SET workout using the metabolic protocol, muscle building hypertrophy movements and a drop set variation.
For most of these drop sets we will be moving from a heavier load using 2 dumbbells, dropping to a lighter load with a single dumbbell and then bodyweight…again for most drop sets but not all
Each drop set will have 3 exercises that focus on targeting the same body part or movement. No muscle goes untouched and because we are using metabolic resistance training, you are going to build lean muscle while burning fat!

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds one after the other with 30 seconds rest in between sets

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

Another killer workout from Sir Roberts and Lady Angela. As I don't have enough dumbbells and bars to set up to keep the momentum, I sub in with kettle bells where needed. I recommend this if like me you have lumbar spine probs (I have a long back and this is a vulnerable area) making moves like RDLs next to impossible. Here I went for alternating K Bell swings with full squat which I can manage well by comparison with far less injury risk. Great for my 57 year old body - LOVE IT!

This has become my new favourite workout of yours along with the burpee shred. I do this with my wife and sometimes daughter (she normally only stays for one section). Just got some powerblocks and they are perfect for dropsets, love seeing you guys working out together. My wife always says that Angela is a machine this one looked like it was tough even for her! Thank you again for being gods gift to us who cannot afford a personal trainer. Your workouts have improved my life immensely. At the beginning of the video you state that this workout should be done once a week. The day after the work out I like to do yoga. I also do cardio three times a week. What do you suggest for other weightlifting workouts during the week. I would like to do an additional two weight workouts during the week?
