Aurora must be the most truly genuine artist out there today! And she deals with her little mistakes in just the right way. There's no awkwardness, she just owns it and moves on. And like you said, who wouldn't want to know her? Anyone that does, be it family, friends or through working with her, is really lucky. The world would be a lot darker without her in it...
Aurora is soooo nakedly genuine. Very pretty set of songs. This version of "Make You Feel My Love" was so tender. I knew Billy Joel when it was written and he loved the song so much and sang it with such beauty. But this version, Aurora is just priceless. "Exist for Love" was written for Kim and You. Did you shed tears more than a couple of times during this performance?
To hear Aurora sing "Make you feel my love" , I am Officially speechless! Bravo!! So glad to find this trifecta of songs that all really mean a lot to me. Saying the quiet out loud: Probably will watch it a dozen more times today!
Always makes my day to see Aurora pop up on your channel! Indeed, how could you not love her? She never fails to put a smile on my face, regardless of my mood.
What a wonderful way to start my day....thanks for this one Jeff. She really is quite something else! Rewatching some Aurora reactions tonight. Indeed, what's more impressive than Aurora the artist (which is elite level) is Aurora the person. While watching this again, I was thinking how cool it would be to be her friend, and then you said the same thing at the end. She's just one of a kind.
She truly is 'a different kind of human.' We all need a "WWAD" (what would Aurora do?) wristband to help us in daily life! If you get a chance, I'd love to see you react to AURORA live from COP26. It's a stripped back set of about 7 songs (I think,) just her, Magnus on Cajon and Frederik on acoustic guitar, but it is absolutely beautifully performed. Plus Aurora is her usual hilarious self too. I consider it 'peak Aurora.'
People who love and listen to him have one thing in common. The view of the world and the idea that all living things should be embraced. I've been watching reaction videos for a long time. But there are very few people who are as realistic as you. That's why I love you so much. I recently shared a link. The reason I shared it was how well it suited him to represent something in his involvement in this project. We are waiting for a reaction to "Aurora - Take me back home" after "Aurora - The Seed". I love you and her so much
I feel blessed being Norwegian understanding her. So much gets lost in translation and her Bergen dialect is just gorgeous. She's at least 3x as funny in Norwegian when you understand her.
ooh! I didn't know that.....and here I thought I knew everything there is to know about Aurora. lol Another fun fact, tho you likely know this already: The very exquisite and fancy looking pearl jewellery she wore in that video......she made herself. She said she went into her closet and found any clothing with pearls, cut them off, and made her headpiece and necklaces from all the various different kinds of pearls. So, it looks quite fancy and expensive....but it was all DIY secondhand and hand-made by Aurora herself. I love that little anecdote. Just that she cares enough to do all that work....but also that she shows you don't necessarily need a massive budget to make something of excellent quality.
I really love her humanity and how she’s not afraid to make mistakes and instantaneously recovering and moving forward with whatever it is in life. I think people forget how to laugh at ourselves sometimes and having someone like aurora showing how to do so with so much grace is a gift to us all and truly something we can learn from and hold onto when faced with similar situations. Humanity really needs to relearn and remember that it’s ok to make mistakes and that it’s ok to be human or to be flawed. Great reaction as always
I somehow really love her piano playing. While (as she says herself) she is limited in what she can play technically, the plays with so much feel and timing. Also (which is quite difficult to do, if you ever tried yourself) she can sing with a free timing while keeping a straight rhythm on the keys at the same time. My favourite piano playing is her "Across the Universe" cover and "The seed", both from the same "Like a version" sesson.
Sorry for being late to this. It does not matter if Aurora makes a mistake, Hearing her for even 30 seconds is so magical what ever happens is fine from there on.
maybe you like to react to another live performance of her: A Touch of the Divine was a "conceptual live experience". It featured several songs from the album and interludes of poetry read by Aurora, filmed in a cinematic, choreographed setting. ruclips.net/video/mo_PyfINCqk/видео.html
Yeah, A Touch of the Divine is pretty incredible. The scene with her singing A Different Kind of Human to the mannequin nearly made me cry. Just the undeniably genuine love and tenderness she showed to this inanimate head....clearly meant to stand in for all of us, her fans, was pretty emotionally impactful. :0 Also....have you seen the Q&A she did after the premiere of ATotD? It's on my Aurora playlist on my channel. It has very low views....so I think most people don't even know it exists. But it's about an hour long interview/Q&A with Aurora from earlier in 2022. And it's hands down one of my favorite interviews with her. She seems different....in a way that's hard to put my finger on. She seems almost more wise and serene and mature and at peace than ever before. But with this wild intensity and passion flickering behind her eyes. She's _always_ been like that of course....but moreso than ever in that Q&A. She just gives off this vibe of being supremely confident and capable and powerful....while being utterly serene and at peace. There's a certain self-actualized equanimity to her entire vibe that's really cool and inspiring to see. I think she's barely begun to impact the world. I think her best work is still ahead of her. You get that sense watching it. That she's hardly even started....and is more creatively potent than ever before. It gave me a lot of hope knowing she seems to be doing so well right now.
@@avedic Is it the Sheroes Mixed tape memoirs u are referring to? It is like ASMR listening to her and a wonderful look into her life 🥰 ruclips.net/video/HmXGMrYSm2g/видео.html

and I think you have not covered Queendom yet. The official video is actually pretty cool but this one is one of my favorite live performances because it's almost unplugged ruclips.net/video/zNQ-saX96cI/видео.html just in case.
You know how in the 'Bill and Ted' movies their music was supposed to heal humanity, end war and fix everything? Aurora's music might really do that. I'm surprised someone hasn't started a religion based on it yet. I might join. We'd have cool outfits.
I thoroughly enjoyed your reaction and the video I hadn't seen before. I really enjoyed your reaction to her Beatles cover as well, and your remark that you used to sing "across the universe" with your mother and it therefore being a special song was very sweet. Back to the video: Everyone makes mistakes and the only important thing is how you deal with them. I thought she did it in a charming way. With Aurora I wonder - not trying to insinuate that she made those mistakes on purpose, because she clearly didn't as far as I can tell - if she is constantly reminding people of her own humanity (like mentioning to her bodily functions or sniffing herself) to combat the constant remarks of her being otherwordly and the tendency of a part of her fanbase that's idolizing her to the brink of deification 🤔 I'm only speculating, but she seems to be thoughtful and aware enough to do something like that. Just a thought I had that tumbled through my head.
I have seen Aurora in concert. But I would trade an 1hr to hr and a half with her band....for this. Would love to walk into a Hotel lounge at 3am and see her at a piano....just doing this type of music.
Hey Stratele! (IS that your name? dunno) Anyway.....I was curious if you've seen yet the performance Aurora did on Gullruten of The Woman I Am? It was a Norwegian awards show....and her performance honestly blew my mind. The set design alone was gorgeous...this giant cross lit with LED lights, and tons of dancers below looking like flames or flowers. But the song...my god, the song. I don't know how this song had escaped me up till now... It's the latest single she's put out....seemingly made _after_ her latest album was already released. And good lord is it good. It's quite pop in a way....but, at least for me, deeply deeply emotionally cathartic in a way I genuinely can't put to words. And there's this little "ee ee ee ee eehah" vocal motif she does that is both supremely catchy....and makes my heart swell with feelings of hope. idk....it's just VERY good, the whole thing. That Gullruten performance is the one to watch tho....it's incredible. Hope to see it on the channel!! :)
@@StrateleStudios Ah cool...lol, is it a combination of Stratocaster and Telecaster..?? I myself am 100% on team Fender. Gibson guitars are ok....but I like the cut and bite of Fenders. Plus they just look cooler...imo. Especially telecasters. Hope you get a chance to do that Gullruten one! I think you'd like it. It certainly won me over...both the song, and that particular performance.
Actually…..☺️…..I did but it’s only available on my Patreon. I had heard there were possible issues with RUclips with that documentary so I didn’t want to chance bringing it over. ❤️
She's always forgetting her lyrics :D I love her so much, my fav artist of all time. An incredibly talented and intelligent human. Definitely worth watching (or reacting) to some interviews with her. I can highly recommend this acoustic concert in Glasgow, Scotland ruclips.net/video/qHPIPdPhUP0/видео.html
Maybe you haven't noticed yet, that Dimash Qudaibergen released the MASTERPIECE of XXI Century last 24th. September. A Requiem he composed in the last 3 years named #TheStoryOfOneSky. It's a mini-movie of 13:41 minutes long. I highly recommend you to wear Headphones and turn on English subtitles. Tissues are obligatory. PS: The script of the video is his too. Watch until the last second, please🙏 #WeAreChoosingLife🕊 👑#DQ_TheKing👑
Jeff, you are spot on with all your comments regarding this incredibly special individual. Here are two more examples for you. Firstly, at a recent concert supported by an orchestra in Norway, Aurora took her socks off during the performance, as she often does. At the end of the concert, she put her socks on her hands and left the stage making sock puppet gestures to the audience. Secondly, here is a Tik Tok clip of Aurora performing a duet with herself singing a Nordic folk song. It is very short but it is one of the most sublime performances I have ever heard,. I hope you can find time to enjoy it (ruclips.net/user/shortsDRS0t6a-res).
Nice to see another old fool fallen madly in love with this amazing person, lol, it makes me laugh (at me ;?) to find myself feeling like a teenager with a crush ;?)

She's very funny.
Hey Stratele! (IS that your name? dunno)
Anyway.....I was curious if you've seen yet the performance Aurora did on Gullruten of The Woman I Am?
I've not seen that yet! (Stratele is my nickname, Jeff is my real name) :)
@@avedic you got it right Strat-Tele 😊😊😊
Plssss react to Once Aurora Documentary! Thank you for this reaction, she's so cute haha❣️❣️
Watch until the last second, please🙏

Tuesday I post my reaction!

"I didn't rehearse because I had to put lotion on my feet, they are so dry" 🤣🤣🤣
🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Could anyone arrange for Aurora to get to meet Bob Dylan?
I think that would make her World complete.
Nice to see another old fool fallen madly in love with this amazing person, lol, it makes me laugh (at me ;?) to find myself feeling like a teenager with a crush ;?)
Hahaha! As you know the only thing that changes as you grow old is your damn body! 😄
