I currently own the Bose TV speaker and I love it and really Impressed with the bass. I want to upgrade to the 300 and my question is Does the 300 produce better bass?
Just buy the Bose Bass module for your Bose TV Speaker? The Bose 300 is not noticeably different ( especially for an extra $220) over the Bose TV Speaker soundbar unless you add the back speakers. That’s literally why (also WiFi/voice) you’re paying the extra $220 for the Bose 300 or the Bose TV Speaker. Really you should go 500 if you want better sound quality and can deal with same capabilities as the Bose TV Speaker. It’s hardware is basically the 700 without the WiFi and voice control.

I could tell the difference between the 300 and 900 but the difference between the 300 and 700 was negligible. I’m looking at using in my living room to improve on my old Sony tv using the optical. (Yes, as you said I could upgrade my tv but when you start looking at audio suddenly the bank roll isn’t enough to get everything at once 😂🤣) My tv is 10w+10w so anything will be an upgrade 👍

The 900 would be my first choice except missing the remote is an issue for what they’re charging. I don’t like/need body rockin bass. I would just use it as a stand-alone soundbar
Thanks for the informative video. We currently use 2 Bose Surround Speakers with a Bass Module that we bought about 9 years ago. We like the sound that we get (We mostly watch shows and movies, no video games). If I bought any of the three soundbars you review, I'm sure I could connect our current Bose speakers to them but we are trying to be more minimal. Would you say that using the Soundbar 300 alone be better than the two speaker and bass module we currently have?
i got the bose tv speaker a month ago and getting the 500 sub module tom and also thinking of upgrading the soundbar to the New bose 600 soundbar which has dolby atmos, I would recommend you instead of 300 just get the 600 because they are very similar in price but you will get dolby atmos. The 600 will release on October 20th on Amazon and 26th I think on bestbuy

Why isn’t the Soundbar 500 included in this overview? It’s missing the term „Smart“ in its product name, but is offering the same capabilities and is supposed to get Chromecast support this month.
Am I the only one who is missing the information on ports available? I've got an older 300 model and I'm reluctant to upgrade, because the 300 has two HDMI connectors, one OUT with ARC & one IN, thus I'm not losing an HDMI connector on my TV, because I can hook up anything that was previously connected directly to the TV to / through the soundbar. ARC is working & I still have 3 HDMI INs at my disposal. Plus I believe ARC is not only a format / sound quality benefit. You benefit from things like auto-ON, auto-OFF, which really improves a user experience. Am I off here?
@@Exuduce as of the moment with my bose 500 subwoofer, not satisfied. Idk how it sounds with the bose 700 subwoofer. The best combination so far I have had was the soundbar 500 and subwoofer 500 and the surround. Maybe my 900 is better when it’s paired with the 700 sub and 700 surround.
@@Exuduce it’s tempting to upgrade actually but once you already have the 900, it makes you consider to upgrade as well the subwoofer and surround. So extra unnecessary buys for the two. I could have just stayed with the 500 bundle.

I already wanted to buy 900 soundbar together with bass module 700 but then I found a lot of complaints about the sound quality and low-frequency speaker errors and malfunctions. So I'm not sure if it's worth buying this model or beter chooe another one like jbl 1000 or sony ht a7000. Any sugestions?
Amazon delivered my 900 yesterday, so far I'm pretty happy with it, I didn't want to cough up to $750 for the 7 subwoofer so I ordered the 5 subwoofer, that should be just enough base for me if I don't like my windows vibrating and pictures flying off the walls.
The Module 700 isn’t necessarily about making the house shake, it adds texture to the bass and can be physically felt even at lower volumes, having used them both it’s a much better pickup even moneys not an issue.
