Only the All Blacks could come back from 17-0 down. What a thrilling game of rugby, the skill levels on show are just out of this world. Hats off to the players on both sides. Great to watch.
so i am american and don't 100% understand the ruled this is so much more fun to watch than any other sport ever and this is the best match i have seen so far (i am in the Rugby rabbit hole & loving it)
If you live near a large metro area or are in a college town there is most likely rugby being played in the area at the club level. Find out where the games are played and show up. Someone will have you understanding the laws in no time. The beauty of the game is its free flowing nature.
Brother welcome to the rugby brotherhood (Yankee edition) Watch any match with Ritchie macaw as the all blacks skipper and you’ll be up to speed on some of the greatest rugby of our time roughly 2001-2016 Cheers
BB has the most physical ability I've ever seen in a 10. Only thing letting him down that can push him over DC to be the GOAT 10 is game management. Can't rely on straight talent and ability to win you games. When it's crunch time and your team is the back foot that's when the great players separate themselves.
BB scored the winning try??? he not only scores tries he saves tries and sets up tries. Been voted International player of the year 2016-17 & nominee 2018 he's one of the best, not many have 2 International player of the year awards. we can rely on him in a team game. When it's crunch time, he will put his hand up, which means "give me the ball" omminus signs, from a great player, there nothing wrong with his game management when he's a step ahead of the opposition. And normally it's goodnight nurse, turn out the lights.
When you score 3 tries in the first 15 minutes and think they gonna take it out already just remember when you play the All Blacks don't celebrate to early cause they will come stronger and better than ever🇳🇿⚔
aussie miss genia right now , we were bumbling for most of this one. great contest tho, 1 thing I notice in these games, bb is a better choice at 10 , he kicks to land, rather than to hand. mo kicks to hand. bb is better all round
cheika the thug had his hitmen in the Wannabes targeting players like Barrett that knee to the head was no accident. 2015 WC final was the worst off the ball thuggery ever. And he's a cry baby drama queen . Happiness is..... seeing Cheika crying in the coaching box
I wholeheartedly agree. Cheika is also the hypocrite extraordinaire of the rugby world. Will always cry genocide when something goes against the wallabies, but will be the first to back up decisions that benefit them specifically. Like the infamous penalty against Scotland at World Cup. He endorsed Craig Joubert's decision and praised him to high heavens, as if he was in any position to actually comment or give verdict on the matter. And that's but one example. Seeing Cheika crying and suffering is truly happiness.
New Zealand 🇳🇿 *Tries:* R. Ioane, A. Smith, B. Barrett, B. Smith *Conversions:* B. Barrett (4/4) Australia 🇭🇲 *Tries:* I. Folau, M. Hooper, B. Foley, W. Genia K. Beale *Conversions:* B. Foley (2/5)
What a great game! Just so riveting throughout and really well balanced. On reflection, it’s a massive shame that Israel Folau ran off his mouth in the following couple of years leading to as we know his dismissal from the Wallabies, because he is such an outstanding domestic and international talent and in the long term his absence has been a true blow for this terrific sport.
@@StretchFletcher…….of COURSE he’s entitled to his opinion, but it can only take a blockhead like you to miss the point COMPLETELY. Even though the great Wallabies have very recently woken from their slumber and are now showing real resilience to the form they’ve displayed in their brilliant past, just imagine how potentially dangerous Australia would have been had Folau remained with the team when it really mattered, eh? It’s clear that you’re simply another wayward Christian and probably a homophobe into the mix. Ever heard of the brilliant, but now retired referee Nigel Owens? Look him up I suggest, before I’m pushed into having to answer that question for you! So with that in mind I can not only suggest that you have forfeited your right to respond like a marginally balanced ape, so your lifetime sentence therefore is to remain incarcerated in Dicksville for the rest of your miserable life! Sincerely yours, Captain Nick 👨✈️
@Nick Purdy. So you don't believe in Free Speech? Israel was brilliant but because Aus had that mad lesbian feminist CEO, the hatred took off. Guess what, we've got her back now as head of NZ Sport. Put there by our woke Labour Gov't who said we want a homosexual woman this time.
@@sirgus8727…..you just fell into the same hole as @StretchFletcher (above) did! Following this ‘incident’, there were clarifications from the global rugby community that free speech in our Democratic system is an inalienable right. Correct. However - and this is where his behaviour crossed that red line - Folau had reached a professional peak in his career (like a number of other individuals in every sport) where he had become a highly respected and influential figure most especially for the generations of kids who had dreams of achievement whatever paths they would eventually pursue. It’s no one’s business should he want to express his opinions on particularly sensitive subjects like religion, women’s rights, the LGBTQ discourse and so on. But we now live in an age - I don’t know if you’re aware of it or not - where young people quite rightly are making more and more demands of behaving in a more tolerant way and their expectations of individuals like Folau are so high that they can only hope that he will set that standard, that example. Rugby is a highly visible sport and what with these new social platforms and the media, you cannot afford to mix your personal hang ups on the field to how you feel in private. It’s a simple equation really. He’s an intelligent man presumably and he must have been aware that by openly exposing his feelings of revulsion for anyone who doesn’t fit the bill - be it someone who is gay, disabled, of a different race and so on - he’s making it very clear to those who will one day fit his boots, that everything demeaning he says is acceptable. In all seriousness, do you not agree that this is an inherent problem? Embracing and accepting all the challenges which we’re faced with each day is enough, but where best a place to begin than realising that need in ourselves. Best to lead and not follow!

Watching this again and wondering, and not for the first time, how much crow the obvious biased announcers had to eat when that final hooter went... can't pick man of the match because the ABs are such a cohesive team. Love rugby...
People are calling the Greatest match ever between the ABs and Wallabies was the one in August 2000 at the Sydney Oval to the crowd of 101000, yes it was a bloody awesome match by far because it was not one-sided, NZ led the way to half time then Australia came back like the fighters they are. I am going to say that this match in Dunedin would be close to the 2000 match if not better (:
That start but. Goosebumps when Izzy picked that ball out of the air. And we wrote him off because his opinions didn’t match with a progressive agenda pushed by a sporting body. What an athlete.
@995sean Name one man of the match performance he's had against them? Name a match winning try? That's right zero. One flashy play and everyone blows their load over him.
@995sean 7 tries in 17 matches is "quite a strike rate"? Outside his Brisbane try, all those other tries were scored when the game was over. He made no difference.
@995sean Makes a massive difference yet they win 2/14 games against the ABs with him? That's what I call minimal impact. Didn't they win by their biggest margin without him in Perth last year? Really solid at the back yet the ABs scored their highest ever score (54) against the Wallabies in Bled 1 in 2017?

That bloody seagull. I tell ya. That thing was spooky. It'll try and tell ya that it was just getting in early for the dropped chips. I don't buy that story seagull. You are some kind of rugby wizard in disguise.
I love that these are from long enough back that I've forgotten the outcome so I can get excited all over again! 😄
Me too. Of course, I have a screwed memory so I can't even remember the results from this year.

Thanks so much for posting this!!
what a classic game, that last try was a jaw dropper. that catch and transfer in the tackle by TJ was amazing

Thank you for the upload. What a game!
Well lads that just warmed the cockles of my heart here on this cold rainy night, best regards from County Durham England.
Good on Australia for uploading this
What a tussle! Not a dull minute out of 80.
One of best test matches ever.
I am from UK My first Love ❤️ is Football but i do Love ❤️ watching All Blacks.

No one gonna talk about the Australian commentators?
Absolutely unbelievable bias haha
Yes,why is it always biased australians, they even get to do games aussie is not invoved in.
Ours are just as biased.
que partido impresionante!!! gracias ( the best game ever !!! thanks)
Love me some wallabies but the ABs greatest team to ever play rugby

Tell the commentators this.
2019
And 2023 ?
What happened to the Ball Sacks?
There's something about these two teams when they're on, THEY. ARE. ON!
aussie miss genia right now , we were bumbling for most of this one. great contest tho, 1 thing I notice in these games, bb is a better choice at 10 , he kicks to land, rather than to hand. mo kicks to hand. bb is better all round
Good. Video. thanks. guys. 👍👍
Too good AB's. Aussie commentators shattered.
Australian commentators so hurt 😂😂
I wonder if the aussie commentators are aware that there's another team involved in this game, not just the wallabies
Aussie commentators are never aware of the other team.
Best rugby refereeing I've seen since Andre Watson retired.
Rassie would still find fault in this effort by Nigel. Whining too much
what an epic! well done both teams
poor checkia, he ran out of emotions after the last try by the abs

No better referee to ref it then Nigel Owens
👍
🏴
Yep. Nigel is the best ref for sure.
He is good for Nz , he tends to like a game to flow unlike the stereotypical NH refs
the man does not like a long advantage haha
Foley must practice his kicking skills. He doesn't keep up with test match rugby, Australia could have lead the game easier...
@Alex John .
2/5 conversions
39:45 a rare steve hansen showing of emotion
Wow
Salute both teams
Wallabies great effort
All blacks brilliant effort
Butter a cupboard is a chair bahira Farmers UK
Brilliant test match
What can I say about, The Wallabies' Spirits! They know how to play, and what about Hooper, what a leader!
Beaudie runs such great lines. NZ is better in attack with him at the 10.
How times have changed.. Richie has put on a clinic every time he’s faced BB this season
Brilliant game !! ..I enjoyed that !
Epic game! Great refereeing.
still the best game I've ever seen
Great game but God those Aussie commentators are unbearable.

great match, thx
Is there no way possible this game be on here with NZ Commentary
Yea the Auzzy commentary is so.. Boring. I'm not a huge fan of Justin, but he has energy at the least.
The aussies sound whiney and they're biased
Not many teams 'play' rugby as in willing to run it and take chances and be fast and loose, that's why I like Aus and All Black games.
who gave the ball to Danielli? that pass was superb
Great game boys
Honestly the strat the All Blacks have with putting Aaron Smith first then when everyone is tired they put in TJ Perenara, is a great strategy.
Izzys early doors try woke 'em up! Such a pity that we shall not see him playing for Oz again.
hooper superb player..kiwi saying that.all good
what a game awesome
Checkia, the most successful salt harvester in world rugby.
Can you please put up the Wallabies vs England at Melbourne 2006? Would be great to see that game again.
Where was the Penalty try?? HOOPER WAS OFFISDE
AND IOANE WOULD'VE SCORED 100%
Can only imagine how well the Wallabies would dominate if the country actually took the sport seriously

All Time Classic.
Rob Kafer is a shocker.
3mins in, 5-0 down. Penalty, pretty easy 3. Kick for lineout.
ABs.....gotta love it.😁

27:23 when he talks about slowing the tempo down😅😅😅😅
Super match
Can always hear Aaron Smith screeching.
Beautiful Aussie accent... Sounds like my dog has the runs...with a slight twangralia..
Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. That 1st half was like watching under 5's play. Must have been a dozen dropped balls.

Gutted aye Aussie
Could well have been a draw.
Wallabies would have called it a win with their record against the AB JUGGERNAUT
These guys are the worst, most biased commentators in the world
Most of them are, but Greg Clarke is good. His team was just heartbroken but he still commentated the winning play with the deserved enthusiasm.
Commentary doesn't have to be objective, but I thought these guys called it pretty well. You can tell the respect the ABs a lot.
