- Hello everyone! In this video we will discuss how to set the scene and position your equipment to maximize your effort. I have found that creating a relaxed atmosphere can help set the vibe of the video. I hope you will enjoy and maybe pick up some tips or tricks to help you with your creation! So I get a common question from viewers quite often and this is, should I create my own ASMR channel? It can be quite intimidating to put your creativity out for the world to see but it can also be very beneficial in many ways not only to yourself but to those who view your content. I am hoping through this series to offer my experiences and advice for anyone who is contemplating creating ASMR. Please don't take this as the only way, of course everyone's path is different, but maybe I can answer some simple questions or help motivate you!

Yeah I learned something similar about this in mi Art school while studying graphic design, she was on point when she noticed how amazing she take it by herself

Not only was the video so helpful for me when starting my channel, but also it was such good ASMR. This is one of the most tingly videos (in my opinion obviously), and helpful! It’s hard to combine the two, but you did so wonderfully.

The thing where you mention about how most of the best asmr videos out there are the ones that are the most thought out, planned, rehearsed, scripted and researched etc. I AGREE 100%, I often find myself clicking out of asmr videos that look like they were made for the sake of an asmr video being made not for the sake of relaxation and actual asmr experience. I get really really sleepy when the asmrtist seems to have technique in tapping, moving, whispering and when the elements like the props, costume, background, sound design are purposeful. I find that when the asmrtist seems to really know what they're doing as if following a principle or guideline and when they are outstanding in the technicalities of asmr and video production it gives a sense of trust and safety that really relaxes me and I think it is why I keep coming back to your channel.
I completely agree about the camera angle. It really does suggest different moods

You have no idea how much I needed this, Maria. I just finished performing a musical for 2 weekends and my heart just broke when I had to say my last goodbye at our cast party. I’ve never been that happy in a very long time. I’ve just been so down ever since. More than I usually was before the musical. But when you upload, I just feel whole. Omg! The camera angle! I didn’t know why I felt so drawn to your videos until you explained the difference between shooting from below vs. above. That one simple thing shaped my entire asmr experience and I didn’t even realize it until you said it. You’re amazing. Wow it is absolutely incredible how much thought and work you put into each video. It certainly does show! For anyone who is considering making videos though, please don't use a green screen. It is very obvious that it is a green screen and it seems sterile and distracting. I would rather watch the creator in front of a blank wall than a green screen. I love simple set ups. They are genuine and bring comfort. Thank you for all of your wonderful advice and all of the love and care you put into the videos you make for all of us!

PS. I just would warn people to make sure that their lights don't over heat with socks on them. :) Some lamps run quite hot, and some bulbs do as well. :)

I believe she made these videos ahead of time.
She pre-filmed a bunch of videos before the baby's birth so all she would have to do is upload them so she could have time with her new baby but also give us content. She's super thoughtful ❤️
