It's funny how, in the outside world, people are "triggered" in a bad way when they are offended, but in the ASMR world, being triggered is the best thing ever! 😄

Actually, it's not supposed to refer to offense but to triggering a panic attack or PTSD flashback. The distinction is really important.
Jess Bruner actually in the real world, people dont get triggered by silly stuff. thats just tumblrs problem.
Rentboy refer to the comment above. When people say they're triggered to say they're just offended or uncomfy it's super invalidating to survivors of real trauma who experience ptsd. Triggers are things that make you relive traumatic events, have panic attacks, etc.

7 years later and I'm still not tired of this work of ASMR genius....even just the thought of listening to it gives me tingles...
I was in class watching a friend brush her mannequin's hair when I felt tingles. I had experienced it before over the years but never thought much of it. But when it happened in cosmetology class it was more intense so I finally decided to google why that happened to me. That's when I was first introduced to ASMR. I was reading an article and your channel was mentioned. Your hair cut role play is the first ASMR video I ever watched and I fell in love! I've been following you ever since and all of your videos are so amazing. I think I've watched every single one of your videos. And I just wanted to let you know that you are the first channel I subscribed to and you opened up a whole new world for me. And I want to thank you for being so kind and amazing and for doing what you do. ❤️

When Maria speaks, I get this safe and comforting feeling from her. It's beyond relaxing. She's got this motherly tone to her voice. It's like you almost feel as though you're coming home each time.

Maria I've never asked or requested anything in the whole 6-7+ years I've been subscribed to you. I've been subscribed for a long time, even probably further back than when you did the tapping and showing off of the handmade chess and chess pawns case.
I would love for you to give an up close breathy whisper of interesting facts.
The closest that you have given us of this was during your Chakra ASMR during the Green color of how it improves eating and a bit during your plastic bag blanket ASMR where you described certain things.
Not only would this be a good one to use, but would be a fun trivia maker for your listeners.

'Back to basics' videos are my favorite and I think I can speak for a lot of people when I say a series of 'Back to basics' would be tingle heaven!
Maria, you've done it again. Back to Basics? Nothing is basic about your voice, and Whispers. It always amazes me how a simple concept can accomplish so much. To one, this may be a single relaxing tingle sensation to fall asleep, a visual/audio portal to relaxation, while to others it can be a healing method from sadness/depression. Thank you once again, for continuing to provide love and support to those, current and new, who appreciate all the care and passion you put into these videos.

Maria - I STRONGLY prefer simple, whisper videos. A lot of ASMR artists are so into the newest audio and video equipment, and competing to see who can bring forward the most high tech videos. Those are ok, BUT - I prefer old-school, simple, whisper videos. So YES - please do a series of SIMPLE, WHISPER show and tell of your favorite thingsl. That's my vote. Thank you!

I love these videos! When some of them get too overly edited, they seem to take away from the real life experience. And I love that this is a whisper video! They always calm me down to the point in which I am then able to sleep peacefully. And soft spoken I can watch while I'm awake so that I don't worry as much. Thank you!

I'm not even 5 minutes in and i love this video. The volume is just right, the noises are so nice and the closeness of your voice is absolutely perfect for relaxation. Not to mention your nail polish is my favorite color :)
