I find myself running to your channel anytime I feel so sad and overwhelmed in life! Well I'm here again lol and ready for you to brighten my day with your smile and ideas and recipes.
I do the same thing. I just love her and Mr. Brown.
I feel the same…….I’m always disappointed when I check for a new video and she’s not there! She and Mr. Brown are awesome, aren’t they? 🥰🥰
Oh my goodness! Me too…better days ahead for us all! Keep looking up! 🙏
I do the same thing, when I'm having bad days , I binge watch mrs.lori & Mr. Danny .
Today I finally went out and purchased everything I needed to make homemade laundry soap , as when my husband went to Sam's over the weekend it's up to $29.97 for 106 pods .
I was done.
So I bought everything Mrs. Lori taught us .
I'm gonna send her a picture through email when I make it ...
Plus went to lowes to get 2 - 5 gallon buckets with a lid as Walmart didn't have lids.
I'm so excited to make our own laundry soap.
Plus I love putting towels, dish towels out to dry ...
I just love them both .
Their family Is so blessed to have them in their lives ....

I love to watch Ms Lori n Mr Brown! I know I maybe the same age as her but she has the same personality traits of my Maw Nichols! Her house and kitchen really bring back memories of in the kitchen with my Maw! Thank you for being just y’all! Good country loving people! ♥️🙏
I have done this with eggs, I beat two and put in small freezer bags, I’m a 70 year old who loves to cook and learn new things, I learned most of my cooking from my granmaw, my mother inlaw also taught me some ways to cook and freeze, now I’m teaching my oldest granddaughter how to run her kitchen, she’s getting married in two weeks. I’ve made her a recipe book of things I’ve cooked over the years. She cried when I gave it to her! Love your videos
That is awesome!
lol, I don’t measure when I cook so I had to just guess at how much ingredients to write down in the recipes, I only measure when baking cakes mostly! I’ve another granddaughter that’s 10 and when school is out in a couple of weeks I told her she’s gona learn how to cook some things,
How long do they keep in the freezer?
What an awesome gift..a personalized recipe book will certainly be a treasure for your granddaughter..of that I am sure! What I wouldn’t give to have received something like that from my Grammy…she was the best cook ever! And did it all on a wood cook stove until she passed at 82…she taught me most everything I know about cooking but I will never hold a candle to her…but I certainly try. I will always be convinced that her skills on that old wood stove was what made everything she made incomparable to anyone else! Blessings❤
@@donnamays24 I have only one recipe that my mama wrote in her hand writing, and I have one that my mother inlaw wrote in hers, I wish I had some that granmaw had written but I never saw her using recipes, I’ve got to get some pictures made of me cooking to add to this book for my granddaughter, and I have two other little granddaughters and I think I’m going to make them one and let their mamas put them up for them, I’m 70 I probably won’t be around when they get married,
May the Lord continue to bless this loving couple and all of their followers. I think we are all likeminded and enjoy the simpler things in life. Much love to everyone.❤️
Well said.
Amen 🙏
Yes, indeed. 👍☺💕
Definitely long for the simpler things in life. Blessings to everyone.

Well said. Sounds Delicious.
Ms. Lori, you make pie crusts look so easy. I just love your easy nature and the way you explain things. I sometimes find myself binge watching your videos, not just for ideas but for the calming nature of your voice and easy going nature. Thank you so much!
Pray for Central Texas. 50 tater plants - drowned out. 50 pinto beans, same. Pattypan squash, onions, my oregano, my maters- all drowned. I believe that the Lord has given me a chance to see if I can still plant and make a late spring garden. Maybe it will stay cool enuf that it won't burn 'em all to Hades. Poor hens don't hardly have pasture to roam in right now!
Prayers for God to strengthen you and supply all you need to replant and bring in a great crop to meet all your needs and allow for extra to share with others in need. God bless you.
I'm In east central tx 16inches at our place. A proper mud season lol my hens are wet bottom girls too!
Dear Lord, please help those that are in need of good health, housing, food and the ability to still plant soon and have a great harvest this Fall. In Jesus name, Amen 🙏🏼❤️
Sending prayers 🙏
🙏
I think I remember that you said you were retiring this month. Congratulations! I hope you and Mr. Brown enjoy your time together. I can see you work well together. That is one of my favorite things. Doesn’t matter if it is outside or inside. We are lucky to find the love of our lives.
Prayers for you two to be safe from harm during these terrible storms we’re having! May God Bless you.
We had so many tornadoes around us last night here in Missouri. Thank the Lord we are good. It didn’t get us.
Yes, I'm here in Missouri too. I'm done with these storms for a while. Glad your ok.
@@brendasellers3580 I’m so done with them too. It seems like it’s every day lately. I’m glad you’re okay also.
Glad your ok…must be so scary
🙏🏻
Stay safe
I live in Florida now but before I moved here I lived in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the foot of the Rockies for 30 years. Before moving to Colorado though I lived in Gallup, N.M. My husband had gone back into the service so he had to go to AIT and I stayed with my parents in Gallup. My twins were born there in Rehoboth Christian Hospital in 1975. At that time my Dad was working for the B.L.M. and my Mom worked at a bank. We learned so much about the Navajo culture. I loved that I got to share in that adventure. Thanks for sharing how to freeze eggs and make a quiche. The making of a quiche always seemed to intimidate me so I never made one but I will now! 🙏God Bless and prayers for all on this earth.
I make small crustless quiches a lot in a pan that can go in the oven if need. Cooks faster without the crust. And, I can not have very many carbs being Diabetic. Low carb is low breads. I do buy a few low carb tortillas and can use those in the bottom of a baking dish. Versatile recipes. Pizza quiches work with my Grandkids! 😋
Good evening ! You would not believe..I just said I need to watch some Whipporwill Hollar ... and I am making Quiche! I need to go play the lottery immediately!
🤣🤣🤣
You sure do lol…good karma is in the air for you❤
You can add Alabama, Tennessee and Arkansas to your storm prayer list! We had about 5 tornadoes in North v Alabama last night. Had some injuries and a lot of damage but, thankfully, no loss of life. Tennessee though had 2 killed. We will pray that you stay safe!
Prayers for God to hold and comfort all those suffering
The timing on this could not have been more perfect. I’ve got 9 dozen eggs to deal with. Thank you
Yummy looking quiche! Reminded me of Ribby and Dutchess and their pie party in Beatrix Potter's story.
I love seeing you just as you are, just like I am: a fan of the simple life. Quiches fit well into a simple life
Egg salad, steak and eggs, pancakes and eggs, ham and eggs etc etc
you are one of my "keepers"
That is exactly what I do with my eggs also. It works perfectly!! I make quiche and we love them as I always make 2 and freeze one for later. Thank you for your sweet words and kind prayers for everyone. Ms Lori you & Mr Brown are such a joyful inspiration, thank you. Hugs from Wyoming
I too have psoriatic arthritis am on methotrexate but it doesn't help much. I have lost strength in my hands and now my knees and hips . BUT I still love baking and looking after my chickens and dogs and cats ,my daughter and son help a lot and you two are an inspiration love to you both xxx
Hi Penny
Do you take any vitamin d?
Magnesium L-threonate. Many of us are very deficient on mag and it affects our joint health.
(Stay away from mag oxide, lowest bioavailability). Most docs don't check vitamin levels unless you ask. The mag L-theonate has the most absorbable bioavailabiity.
Hope this info helps. GoD Bless you.
I have a tip for you. When making pastry dough shed the butter with a hand grater in the bowl with the flour, it’s much easier to mix the butter easier on the hands.I know because I’m 75 and my hands don’t always work so good either.😊
I just love seeing a video from you. It brightens my day and brings me comfort. You all feel like family.
Thank you
Hi Miss Lori! As you can see I'm an older gal myself and I just love your channel! I live in Corning, NY and had never seen deviled eggs the way you did them! I buy my eggs and all my meats from a local farm so I made your recipe with farm fresh eggs and bacon! Delicious! Thanks for sharing your recipes with us...God bless you and Mr. Brown!
Oh that's wonderful
I just love Corning N.Y. My Mom’s best friend used to live there & my Husband’s Aunt’s homestead is nearby Corning. She raises Cattle for Beef. Nice to meet you . I m from Phil.,Pa but moved to Northern & Central NJ when I married 31 yrs ago. ~Anita3kids 🙏🏽🧶🌻
Just love the naturalness of you both. Yall are just yourselves and it makes me feel at home with you both. Loved how y'all sat at the table and just talked, ate and ended it too. Love y'all!
THANK YOU
I make breakfast burritos with tortillas, scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, potatoes o’brien and then wrap individually with wax or parchment paper and store in gallon ziplocs. It’s just fun thinking of different things to make them with, for example: bacon, chilies, etc.
That's good to know about freezing them
I always keep store bought pie crust in my refrigerator because sometimes you need quick and easy. Mushrooms, spinach, and swiss cheese are my husband's favorite combination for quiche.
Thanks Mrs. Lori for the tip on how to freeze eggs. Yall's supper looks so yummy! Have a beautiful blessed night. 🙏
I love a good quiche...but I've always added a 1/2 cup dukes mayo to my filling mix.
Don't you look absolutely beautiful this afternoon Miss Lori!!
I pray for your safety as these tornadoes are all over.. I am in Utah...love your channel and you both...
THANK YOU , YOU TOO!
You are just amazing. So much great information all the time. Your cookbook I bought years ago has a "wealth" of information. Thank you, thank you. ❤
Thank you for 'how to freeze eggs' instructions and recipe. One day I will stop by your Homestead, sit on your Porch and enjoy the view, then I will enter your cozy Home and walk through your kitchen, touch every table, touch every item on the walls, count all your canned vegetables and fruits. I appreciate that you share your Home and your knowledge with us. May the Lord continue to bless you
Greetings from New Hampshire
Thank you! I traveled to my son’s home in Oklahoma last week and he blessed me with 6 dozen eggs! I made a dozen angel eggs for Bible study for snacks but you can eat just so many eggs. I didn’t want to water glass them. This will be perfect!
This is what we needed! We have a whole bunch of eggs from our girls!
Crustless quiche is fine, but I just love crust!
ME TOO!
Oh my goodness! ❤ I love this idea! Thank you so much! 😊 Tomorrow I'm going to use my muffin pans to freeze my eggs.
Less mess and hassle here for pre made dinners and breakfasts.👍👍👍👍👍
This advice just saved me so much hassle! Especially when there's so much work to be done around here.
And I love making quiche...so many possibilitieswith it... 😊
Thanks Mrs. Lori! Your quiche looks great! Happy Mother's Day everyone!!Welcome home Mr. Brown! Saying prayers for you all and everyone in the path of the storms. They can be so treacherous! Be safe everyone!! God bless!! 🙏❤
Hello Mrs. Lori And Mr. Danny . Thanks for showing how to freeze eggs . And sharing your quiche recipe . Lord help every body that's in the pathway of the storms . In Jesus's Name Amen .
Hey, MS Lori, I always wanted to know how to freeze eggs 🥚🥚. Now I know after seeing your video. Thank you ❤❤❤❤
Simple Man… Oh my. ❤️
Lynard Skynard Simple Man!
One of the best songs ever!
I’ve been playing that song to my son since he was born. Btw, he is my only child, my only son.
( he swears he hears it in the night😂). Poor thing.
That just tickled me.
Love ya all, great channel.
Bless you and yours 🙏🏼
Thank you so much. It’s always a treat to watch your show.
Well, that solves that problem! thanks so much from the bottom of my heart. I don't have chickens, but have loved ones who do and those hens are happy eggers!
I have the same problem with my hands! 😮 But I praise God for every strength 💪🙏❤️!!!....
I also want to send prayers for those being attacked by storms or health problems. "PLEASE,Dearest Jesus I pray for those in this channel that are under stress of storms and/or health issues. May you give them strength to carry on and do your will" Amen✝✝✝
I used to scramble how ever many I wanted, then freeze them. But, about 1 1/2 yrs ago, I bought a freeze-dryer and have freeze dried my eggs. ...Thank you for sharing this video. God bless you dear Miss Lori and Mr. Brown...Sherri-Payette Idaho
Thanks for the prayers for everyone with the weather and health issues! Many people need those prayers! Thanks also for how to freeze eggs, I’m going to try to freeze them again now, how you do! Thanks! God Bless you all! Love this recipe!
Love you both! Always spreading sunshine! Thanks!
When ever I get an abundance of eggs, I spend the day making homemade noodles. I can go through 2 or 3 dozen eggs making egg noodles. Then I either dry them or freeze them.
That sounds yummy
I do this as well. My family loves homemade egg noodles.
My mom used to make egg noodles .do you know where I can find a good recipe?thanks
If there are any sponsor type companies out there watching this, can one of y'all donate
Ms Lori a lapel microphone. I'm not complaining, I just have hearing loss & sometimes find it hard to hear her well like it's echoey. But love the Browns so much! Love their lifestyle & their just so darn cute!! I can't wait to try this recipe. I always try to be sure I've eaten before watching whippoorwill hollar videos cuz I get so hungry with Ms Lori's cooking. Lol.
I make a bunch of different flavored crustless quiche then I cut them into single serving size pieces. I freeze the pieces on a cookie sheet then once frozen I use my foodsaver and seal up each serving. I let them thaw overnight in the fridge for my morning breakfast. You can either reheat them in the microwave or in a steamer pot. My absolute favorite flavor is peas and onion with cheddar cheese. I make all sorts of flavors, Italian, Mexican etc. Each of my quiche uses 9 eggs and I bake them in a 9x13 baking dish. Variety is the spice of life!!
WONDERFUL!
My mother did that with desserts too. She and Daddy couldn’t eat a whole pie or cake before it’d spoil so she always froze it in slices
I’ve learned on thing when I make quiche using ham. I used to put it in the quiche without frying or sautéing. My quiche would come out too liquified. Now I sauté it with my vegetables.
I'm one of your NM subscribers ! I'm glad you had a good experience out here and I'm looking forward to hearing all about it. Hope it's soon. Sorry you couldn't go, Lori.
It's so nice to hear your calming, comfortably voice. I've enjoyed you two for a long time now. Thanks for all the hard work putting out these videos for all if us. I will now be freezing eggs. Blessings and prayers for your family.
Thank you so much!
This was so helpful! Who knew eggs could be frozen? Thank you 🙏
New Mexico is beautiful land with beautiful people. Come on back and visit Santa Fe!
We've got most of our garden in this week. Lots of storms and rain coming thru tonite and high winds and hail..I pray for everyone in path of these storms and God Bless us all and keep everyone across the world safe! Take care be safe.❤🙏✝️🌹
Be safe
Miss Lori your hair looks beautiful today. That quiche looks yummy.
Frozen eggs that have thawed are great for making Dutch babies.
I just love you both! Thank you for sharing your life with us all
WE LOVE YOU!
Whenever I travel, I look for a bakery, and quiche!!!...😊❤
Thank you so much Mrs Lori. That looks so good.
Our prayers are lifted for all the folks in the storm's. Stay safe.
Very helpful to be able to store eggs in more than one way!
I enjoy serving my Family quiches. Thank you! 😋
That was wonderful GOD BLESS YOU and MR.BROWN!!! MAY God KEEP YOU'LL SAFE
Love you Ms. Lori. You and Mr. Brown brightens my day. Love your recipes.
I did not know that you could freeze eggs for later use, what a blessing to watch this video. Especially when eggs are now so expensive. some stores are selling 12 eggs here for 7.00 dollars so being able to freeze them is great. Now I can really take advantage of any sale. Thank you again Lori. I love to watch your videos, helps to cheer up my days.
You are so welcome!
I just love you Ms. Lori. What a great tip!!!!
And just like that, Ive fallen in love with y'all ❤
I see you're growing your hair back, looks great! I too had cut my hair short and normally I wear mine like yours, up, and often in a bun. I found out that short hair took longer to tend to on a daily basis and with my long hair, lickity-split, easier and less time tending to it...and I love it off my face! Thanks for sharing what to do with eggs! Hugs to you both! 🥰
Ooh Mrs. Lori thank you for the FREEZER EGG ideas ❤ such A great help... have A Blessed day!!!
You are so welcome!
Gonna make some Egg Salad tomorrow 😋 and freeze some eggs..
Looks delicious Laurie. Can't wait to see the pictures.
I love cooking and have always loved quiche. I lived in Ohio all my life so I just love to hear your accent and how you say things.
I love quiche!
LOVE, LOVE, your red and white mixing bowl!
I can’t put into words how much I appreciate you and Mr Brown. I come home from work and watch your channel, I can’t tell you the peace it brings to me in this crazy world. 🥰Truly wonderful genuine people. Thank you for bringing peace to my life, thank you for sharing all of your knowledge with so many people. I would give anything to have the marriage you do. And I’m sooo happy for you getting ready to retire. You and Mr Brown deserve all the happiness this world has to offer. Thank you for just being you. I pray God may Bless and watch over you and Mr Brown everyday, and bless you both with good health❣️✝️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

My mom used to buy eggs on sale (.29 a dozen) so that dates me right? And she would scramble and freeze them but I love your idea of using the muffin cups! Thank you for prayers. We had terrible storms. Many big trees down. Some people had major damage to their barns and houses but mostly big messes to cut up and get hauled away which is very costly. Insurance doesn’t cover downed trees if they don’t hit something. But our driveways and lanes were blocked and people had to hire help to get it done. Huge stumps were uprooted. Many roofs damaged. We live in southern Indiana. Love your channel!!
Love watching your video. Thanks!
I haven't had Quiche in a long time. Yours looks Delicious. I'll have to make one soon. Thank You for the reminder.
The quiche looks delicious. I don't have an abundance so I forget about quiche. This would be good to fix for my 90 year old mother to have in her freezer. Thanks
So glad I found you making a pie crust! This resembles my grandmother's recipe, which i had and cannot find now. So thank you so much. I wrote it down. I'll be making a cookbook for my family, and this pie crust recipe is going in it! ❤🙏
Wonderful Thank you
You, have some of the best ideas, you and Mr.Brown really relax me, Happy Memorial Day, Arkansas.
Eggs are rarely on sale any.ore.. but for folks like me that live in city and don't have chickens I buy a lot if they are sale. I like to store in baggies with the zip lick.. but I put them upright in the freezer.. to avoid any leaking.. Into a square freezer container about 4 X4 container.
Wow!… I never knew one could freeze eggs… thank you so much, great video
Hi Miss Lori, I have been watching you since the beginning but rarely leave a comment , Just wanted to thank you for all the great tips and recipes. This egg freezing sounds great I get my eggs from a friend and right now there are so many eggs but come winter not so much. I am going to start doing this to have them on hand, thank you so much💕
Thank you!!! This has helped me tremendously!
I have a keto breakfast “cookie” recipe that takes 4 dozen eggs per recipe. I mix up 48 and put them in a gallon zip lock put them on a cookie sheet so they can lay flat after freezing. Lasted us all winter before the girls started laying again. 😁
Thank you so much for the prayers, they mean so much more to some of us than you know. On Tuesday, my neighborhood and community was hit by an high end F-2 tornado. By Gods grace, and many prayers there was no loss of life and no serious injuries. Our neighborhoods and town are devestated, it looks like a war zone. The tornado was on the ground for over 22 minutes and covered over 11 miles, 100s of homes and buisnesses were destroied. It's amazing to see how God is already working miracles for us by bringing us all together and helping each other out in any way that we can. A very humble thank you to anyone who prays for others who are going through tough times in any way. You never know when it's going to be you or someone you care about. Please continue to pray for us and thank you for the warmth and comfort we feel when we are here with you . God bless you and your family.❤🙏
I have been and will continue to pray for all of you who suffered during these storms. I have family in Chattanooga and was quite concerned about them. These storms are scary. God’s Peace be with you.
Prayers for everyone
Good stuff, Mrs Lorie, you really know how to use your smarts. We learn so many useful tips from you.🙏❤️🙂
I pray that you both stay safe through all of this crazy weather. I am in NE Ohio and even we are getting crazy stuff. God bless you.
Love the egg freeze idea. I had no ideai you could freeze them. It"s my husband and me and i don't want to have my eggs spoil. Thank you Miss Lori❤
You are so welcome!
Oh my looks delicious, I will try your recipe, thank you for your prayers for health. 😊❤
thank you Mrs Lori for sharing this.. freezing eggs as I’m watching,. will try the recipes sometime soon too after I get time to write them down❤
I enjoyed watching and making Sausage gravy yesterday with Mr Brown and this today.. Just Wonderful
The weathers been very active that’s for sure for so many. I’m from Ohio so this time of year is very bitter sweet… don’t enjoy the tornados but love getting into the garden
THANK YOU STAY SAFE
Love you to. Always si happy to watch your videos. Blessings 🙏❤
Prayers for your safety during these horrific storms. If you can, please let your followers know you both are okay! God bless both of you.
Looks great and I know it tastes great very pretty colors
I live in Kansas and we've had some strong storms just one after another. Be safe when the storms come your way! God bless!!
The salt works to keep the egg from being so gelatinous like. I too have had good luck freezing them that way.
I’m not a big egg eater but I sure cook with them!
Oh dear perhaps you should explore more ways to enjoy eggs. I eat quite a few daily and a curry pickled egg done up in deviled eggs oh my hell! As well we do over easy fried eggs or a quiche with fresh homemade goat cheese! I also love Karens lemon curd frozen on a hot afternoon.
I will work on it!
I got 3 silicone muffin tins from Temu - very reasonably priced - - froze 5 doz eggs during the later part of the pandemic - - (admittedly most got to the dogs for their coats) it worked so well. Your video made me smile that I actually did something like you do cause you are my guru.
Good Morning Ms. Lori and Mr. Brown. I love making quiches for my husband. Lv and Prayers all. Keeping you all in prayer with these storms.
Thanks so much
When my life gets chaotic, I watch one of your shows. It’s very grounding. Thank you for your efforts. ♥️🌷🕊️
Wonderful! Thank you
Your quiche looks so good! 😍 ❤ I'm going to make this for my granddaughter this weekend. Thank you so much!! Prayers for everyone going through trials. ❤😊
