Thanks Tony! Great advice. My background and degree is in marketing but I have a consulting company that helps nonprofits with diversity, equity and inclusion. That happened because someone heard me speak on it at a board meeting and it kinda took off from there through connections and collaboration. End of the day you don’t need anything but god given wisdom and favor. Tony is absolutely right! You can do this! Don’t let these people make you feel less than because of your background.

I was thinking about being a relationship coach for a long time my friends tolded me i should be a relationship coach they will come to me for advice and when i was in high school i wrote a paper on relationship goals i got a A on my paper my teacher tolded me i did great on my paper and i should be a relationship coach she was so amazed i had wrote my paper with so much information about relationships.i was just online 3 days ago research information about being a relationship coach i went to college i have 2 degrees Associate and Bachelor degree in business management. Yes that degree is the most expensive piece of paper plus interest..... I make more with a job I didn’t need a degree, I just needed experience. If I took a job in my field to use my degree I would take a major pay cut and do way more work.

What if we help coach people to develop their own filter to distinguish what underlying ideas or values are conducive to their goals and mission, so they can have improved legibility (?) Of reading or seeing what will best promote their personal goals and hopes? Then their autonomy isn't compromised by arguing or persuading them, and they can trust us better, and this technique holds the belief that all humanity is innately defaulted to "good and sane", just like a bird naturally knows how to fly humans naturally know how to heal and help, and people just need gentle guidance that allows for people to develop their own metaphors or process for understanding the world instead of being forced to take on another person's metaphor because it's "better". Idk if this makes sense but just idea
