Silent Heart Attacks Signs

- The concept of a silent heart attack is when someone has a heart attack and doesn’t know it, affirms Dr. Jonathan Fialkow, Chief Population Health Officer with Baptist Health South Florida.
People can have heart attacks without having chest discomfort, sweating, indigestion and back pain among others, he explains.
The person who’s most likely to have a heart attack is someone who has already had a heart attack. If someone had a silent heart attack, the important thing is what it may indicate as a risk for future problems. **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

I just had the scariest experience..I was laying down on my phone getting ready to go to sleep and out of nowhere I started getting dizzy and feeling chest pain. My heart rate skyrocketed, my jaw hurt so bad it was weird and I got to scared because I felt like I was slipping away. I got up and kept pumping my hands. Moved around a lot and drank some water and tried to calm myself down. Couldn’t go to sleep for hours after due to fear of it happening while I slept. Gonna go to the doctor asap

Update?
@@kaoticmind09 I went to the Er but they said everything was fine they did X-rays and ekg n something else too but I can’t remember it’s name but it was trying to spot abnormalities in my heart rate. They said I was fine nothing wrong but I did notice my heart rate was 186 when they first took it and my primary had told me before I had high blood pressure so maybe that’s what it was ? I have a doctors appointment this week
@@IAmDyingHelpMe I went to all my doctors and they said I was fine that it was panic attacks so I’ve been talking with psychiatrist and a therapist. If you are having the same issues and are healthy maybe you should seek the same
They telling me the same thing and I feel for sure that it be a heart attack but everyone at the hospital kept saying my heart is fine that it might be a panic attack and tbh til this day I have no clue since I can’t even see my primary doctor til the end of this month 💔
I had all these went doc and they didn't didn't check and said its just stress, but I know for a fact it was a silent heart attack
Yup, I've never been taken seriously for my heart problems. They call it "just depression" and offer me antidepressants LOL
@@sw-hg8eq Same.
BUT YOU HAVE TO FIGHT FOR YOUR HEALTH.
This is what i have done,i have insisted and insisted
I booked an appointment, the cardiologist was there and i straight up told her;you need to get this check out.
RIGHT NOW.
I have done a ct and stress test and vouillà,i had a blood clot.
They are incompetent.
A bunch of incompetens
I had a quick but furious bout of indigestion checked blood pressure it was off the charts like 140 over 90 it was a silent heart attack I wasnt even surprised when the told me weeks later
Lol. 140/90 is not off the charts
what is indigestion?
140/90 is far from being off the charts. It is considered mild hypertension.. Since EKGs went digital, I don't trust those either because even the slightest movement can change the heart rhythm graft. Instead of believing everything your doctors tell you, do a little research for yourself. And a bout of indigestion don't necessarily mean you had a heart attack, silent or not since indigestion can be caused be something you ate.
@@seannewoods2296 they call that elevated blood pressure on the cusp of high blood pressure.
Hope you doing better I had a heart attack at my heart doctor office heart rate 120 blood presdure 189 over 90
Yeah I had one and didn’t know it

This sounds as if you are a bot. Why all caps? The timeline of events seem suspicious bc Iif you really were feeling like that why didn't you go to the emergency room? Sounds more like a made up story. If you are a real person and are still alive and haven't had that checked out by now you need to. That sounds like some serious problems you were having.
I had all the signs of a heart attack last night all at once except the chest pain didn’t come until an hour later (once everything else subsided and went back to normal). Very scary. I thought I was dying.
I just had the same thing happen to me last night
How are you now??
Thx know I know wat I should do
I have had on occasions a weird feeling in my chest not really a pain so much as a very dull uncomfortable feeling like a muscle ache on the surface in between my ribs in the center of my chest. Not really a squeezing or anything. It's hard to describe. I have been to the doctor about what I'm feeling bc I thought it may be COVID related but I test negative for COVID. The doctors tell me they don't see anything wrong. There's no evidence of damage to my heart and I have even taken a stress test to see if there are any stress related issues wrong with my heart such as blockages or something. Everything come back negative (fine).
It kind of hits me out of nowhere like an anxiety attack or something. I'm not known to have anxiety attacks but the weird feeling I experience does ramp up my anxiety bc I have no clue what the problem is. I know caffeine can be a catalyst for anxiety attacks but if that's the case why does it happen only every so often and not more frequently so I can know if that's what's causing these episodes. It's frustrating not knowing what is wrong with me. Sitting there feeling uncomfortable trying not to get over anxious about it really is trying my patience. I eventually get over it maybe an hour later sometimes sooner. What's funny is that this time I had taken a nap and when I woke up to do some work (lifting bending over etc) I felt a bowel movement coming on and went to relieve myself and then went back to work. After the bowel movement I started feeling uncomfortable. I still was able to work but I was feeling weird. I was sweating pretty good although it being rather hot and somewhat humid I felt like I was sweating more than I should have been. Then after I was done and went drive that's when the uncomfortable feeling come over me.
I have not felt well for a whole week and have had this lingering uncomfortable feeling the whole week but was still able to work and breathe well. The only other symptoms I have had along with it is a very light irritated throat and some very light infrequent chills. Only usually happens while sitting in a cool environment and just a sense of feeling cold but not in conjunction. Again two negative COVID tests so I can't figure it out.

@@mannyddavis5126 I guess you didn't read my whole comment.
Hey how are you doing now?
@@Carlos-jj5vh well to be honest. I feel pretty good now. I have changed jobs to where I have to do more physical labor and it has sort of been a blessing in disguise bc my other job although physical wasn't as physical as this job and so I feel more in shape. I guess I just needed to get off my ass and get more exercise to get rid of those pains in my chest. Too much sitting I guess
Just had a mini one and I thought I was going to die.
Oh no! Thank you for watching.
Mini? as in what symptoms did you have?
Three weeks ago I felt strange during dinner. No pain or anything. Just an uneasy feeling. I checked my bp and the monitor said irregular heartbeat. I checked it multiple times over the next couple of hours and 4 of 5 times it said irregular heartbeat. I did nothing and vent on vacation the next week. While there I had an instance of my heart racing for no reason. Ever since my heart skips a beat every now and then. Went to the Dr today and got an EKG. They said I either have a small blockage or I had a heart attack about two weeks ago.
Wow! Thanks for sharing to bring awareness.
@@AllHealthGo I’m just hoping it wasn’t a heart attack. I’m having to wait 20 days to get into a cardiologist. I felt the best I’ve ever felt ahead of this and feel great right now. Zero fatigue, no chest pain. Just don’t get it.
I just woke up in the middle of the night with this strange feeling in my left forearm. It felt like I just exercised my left forearm. It had that same burning feeling like when you workout. I had no chest pain at all. But I had this gut wrenching anxiety and ice in my veins. Almost shivering. Can somebody help me understand what is happening to me ? I’m only 28 and in fairly good shape. I smoke cigarettes but I don’t drink alcohol or use drugs for the last year.
