Does Martyn Ford actually fight anybody? All I see is him talking about fighting people brock lesnar, Iranian hulk, along with other people & now thor. He’s just a legend in his own mind

Eddie had an injured jab, he only fight with one hand the whole fight. Look again! His biceps tendon was torn and fresh repared and he cant use his left arm

Condition and technique first, then power, severe determination and control instead of wild emotional agression. a boxing match is not a street fight. these big strong guys in england don't seem to understand that. I like Martin but I think he’s underestimating Thor. You don’t have to be ‘nasty’ to box someone’s head off and at that weight you’d just gas out immediately if you went for the kill. Thor was technical and boxed rather than fighting
I do question why it's so hard for him to get a fight. Either he's ducking or their ducking hard to tell. Something inside screams he's the real deal and I would love to see it.

@@PTL0W51T yes defo has knock out power and that nasty edge, on the flip side that’s the fastest way to gas yourself out specially in your first fight when the adrenaline dump kicks in, and Thor could really fuck him up then. Would be very interesting hopefully it happens

Eddie didn't just "go in and hit him" like Martyn says he should cause he got hit with hard jabs and 1-2s. Knocked down a few times even. You get hit with a stiff jab from a dude that size it hits you in the subconscious as a threat.
I was rooting for Eddie, but he is not good at boxing. He did just kinda went in and hit him. He had his hands down the whole time and then just through bombs with his left hand that you could see coming from a mile away. Thor looked somewhat like a boxer. I hope Eddie fights him again and wins tho, I haven't been a fan of thor since the tear eddie won the strongest man and thor acted like a diva the whole time while looking a big baby

Knew nothing of Martyn. Huge respect for him after watching interview about Iranian Hulk . Very decent bloke . Not driven by selfish gains . All the best to him .

Did you see the whole vid it was edited it was a set up a act the hulk acted pissed off but in the scenes they were both laughing and saying good job definitely not real just acting and Martin is a good actor I haven't saw him fight.

Would be a good fight. Martin is the same size and height as Thor pretty much, so it'd be interesting. He definitely has a way better chance than Eddie did tbh and something about Martin makes me think he'd deliver a nasty knockout lol but Thor has been training a lot so I think it'd be a very close fight. They are both really fit for as big as these dudes are. They're bigger than all the UFC heavyweights 😂

He’s a clout chaser who trying to live in the footsteps of elite lifters like Thor and Eddie but hasn’t achieved anything. He’s basically the bootleg bodybuilder who just used size and tattoos to get noticed. He doesn’t actually have any talent.

But from a realistic point of view, he's right because Martyn's another random tall dude who got hired in hollywood industry due to his massive body, obtained with a lot of roids, just like dwayne, brock, cena etc...the difference between them is that they were already pro athletes while he never fought or was successful in any sport
For those who don’t know, Martyn has trained in martial arts and boxing for many years. Thor might have better technique because of his specific training, but make no mistake: Martyn is extremely fast for his size and can use his body in ways Thor can’t.
You can’t have watched him then. He’s terrible. Has zero fight experience. Is 40 years old. Thor would stop or KO him inside 2 rounds.

If Martyn moves as stiffly as he did in the Undisputed movie then he is going to gas out round 1 or injure himself ripping a tendon. Thor might look soft but it's the realistic correct way of boxing. Relaxed striking hits way harder than stiff muscle flexing strikes. From what I've seen Martyn fights like he's doing a bodybuilding posing routine, trying to look intimidating rather than being functionally athletic.

To be a successful fighter one things for sure fitness is a given.
Thor's speed and fluidity is getting there and if he loses some more weight it'll automatically get better, I know he's skinny compared to what he was but Vitaly, Wladamir , Deontay and other very tall heavyweight boxers that are just a couple of inches shorter than Hafthor generally weigh around 115kg or less , ,Hafthor at 130kg would be a lot faster than at the 150kg that he was when he fought Eddie , I'm keen to see Martyn and Thor go at it but from the little I've seen of Martyn striking I think Thor would win
I think Thor was actually just over 160Kg when he fought, which is even more amazing
Martyn talks a lot without fighting.
Martyn said he'd prefer MMA because he could show off more of his abilities. I like this, however, he went on to say MMA is more about strength. Is he forgetting that Hafþór was a strongman for years? Not just that, but he won Europe's Strongest Man 5x. Given the time to bring up his speed and learn the technical skills to be an actual competitor, he would be a nightmare in a clench or on the ground.
Without the technique, creativity and and experience, strength means nothing.

Thor still would dominate this guy in every lift known to human. Ford is huge, but far from being considered very strong for his size. And Ford seems to not have any real life fight experience whatsoever. This is bigger joke than Thor vs Fury where Thor at least got amateur ring experience and great fitness

I used to fight, thor does not have real power yet, but he is at the point where he could achieve it at any moment. Martyn is athletic, strong, and agile. Not sure of his fighting ability. Be a very interesting fight.

I think it was on his own stream, or on Mizkif's stream (Thor's in Texas right now, doing something called Camp Knut, which Is/was 30 days of a bodybuilder named Knut, also a streamer, training some of the bigger streamers on Twitch), but Thor said that he's not sure if he's gonna fight anymore. He said something like: ''Fighting has been too much for me'' or something. I'm sure you can find the clip on youtube, or the whole vod on Twitch.
I got newfound respect for Thor after he smashed Eddie, 100% but (and this is a big but), The first fight he had against Devon Larrat was just awkward, and then later when he fought Eddie, Eddie fought like he was in a barfight drunk out of his mind, he's still a bit too cocky thinking he can go up against Martyn Ford or even Tyson Fury. I think Martyn Ford would hurt him, but Tyson Fury would literally kill him.

Maybe he is legit and maybe not. I doubt there is any argument that he is a big guy so he has moved some weight in the gym. As to him fighting, I agree that I have never seen any videos of him fighting so you might be right there.
