I’ve had the two worst experiences with this dealership. It started when I bring my car to them due to an error light being on after a bodyshop did some work on my vehicle. They charged me a customary fee of $189 to assess what the issue was, and returned my car with the light off. About 20 mins later, the same light came on. I immediately called and the receptionist Cora, scheduled an appointment for me to bring it back the next day. (Quite an inconvenience given I live about 45 mins away in Downtown Detroit)… When I bring my car in the next day, I wait there for 3 hours for them to tell me “the bodyshop forgot to plug in a sensor”. “We’re just gonna charge you $200 for the labor”. Now mind you, I JUST paid $180 the DAY BEFORE for the SAME ISSUE that they failed to fix initially. We’re it not for my insurance adjuster saying “them charging you again makes no sense”, I would have paid simply to speed things along. Fast forward 3 weeks, I made another appointment because the headlight and turn signal in the bumper that the bodyshop painted were flickering (terrible body shop as well, I know). When they were able to accommodate me (no Leander car available) I dropped my car off Monday morning and heard nothing from them until Wednesday when the receptionist called and said “We don’t see anything wrong with your vehicles lights”. Much like the prior time, their tech’s completely missed the issue that was the cause of me bring my car to them. When I responded with a picture with the lights out, they said they would look at it again. This point, my car has been there THREE DAYS FOR A LIGHT. The next day they called and said that they see the problem and will fix it to the tune of $450. (Insurance was going to foot the bill but they refused to say “the damage could have been the fault of the bodyshop) so I had to come out of pocket. Now I would have replaced the bulb myself and not paid the $220 in labor they charged were it not for me dealing with my insurance company and wanting an accurate assessment. This situation prompted me to write a negative review on Google, to which an hour later I was contacted by Martin who’s a manager at Acura of Troy who told me that he was erasing all my vehicle records and saying I should never return there again. When I went to respond to him, he hung up. When I called back, he hung up in my face again. Absolute worst experience ever. Can’t believe this is a dealership’s service department. Couldn’t be more disappointed in how I was treated
Wow. That’s horrible on so many levels. I honestly have no idea how they’re allowed to stay in business. They also didn’t have any of my vehicles service records for Carfax either. 🚮
Why did you wait for your adjuster to say something? You don’t have a mouth? Also it sounds like you knew what the issue was from the beginning and chose to take it to take it to the dealer when you yourself say you had a body shop work on it. 😂😂😂 basically you could’ve avoided this if you took it to the original guy, but I feel for you. But also why are you trying to force people to say your light is broken due to another accident, only you would know that, the amount of people that come in to a shop and expect to put someone name on the line for a car you drive and should know like the palm of your hand. Frankly the way you came on RUclips comments, sounds like the body shop should have its name in here. But you want to blame the last person who touched it for and accident the body shop did.
You need to call Acura corporate. The most unacceptable part of this is the way you were treated by that service manager. What a complete jerk. As an Acura owner I’m extremely disappointed to see this.
That's bad business for that dealership & for any business to be caught on camera acting like that, but that was a great idea to take pics before the car is worked on anywhere not just at dealership
Bro, I'm a tech at an Acura dealership. At first I was saying you were nitpicking or splitting hairs about the bumper. But after seeing everything, that dealership did shoddy work. If you had the illuminted A badge installed, the bumper was removed and they probably didn't install it back correctly. You should've made a big issue about your wheel as you have it on video. Don't walk away from that bro, hold them accountable. They could've changed your oil and reset the oil life as well as put the correct amount of oil in there. It's work like this that make people hate dealerships
As a retired Acura/Honda mechanic (not a tec! I repaired not replaced) the man is NOT nitpicking at all. That car would have not left my bay with the bumper like that. I treated every car as if it was my own.
@kurtkissner1351 when I first started in the business, I was told techs are the ones who diagnose and replace and mechanics just replace lol, but to me, that's neither here nor there tho . I initially mentioned the bumper because I've seen cars come from the factory misaligned, and not much would be done on the dealership level. I initially thought that could've been the case here, but I realized the work was just crappy. Kudos to you treating cars as if they were your own. Haven't seen many do that
@@mrspencer72 when I was working on Hondas and Acuras the fit and finish was near perfect. Now not so much. My 2018 civic SI had horrible gaps especially the way the trunk fit or didn’t fit. I’m from the generation of repair the transmission steering rack engine etc. now they come out of a plastic tub. I have a 24 Type R now. The fit and finish is near perfect. I’ve looked at integras they’re pretty good too. The fit on that bumper needs fixed. As for the Rim. I’d still be standing in the dealership yelling.
I've always wondered why Acura and the NSX and such were not considered even remotely close to the Europeans in terms of luxury and yeah. This comment and this video explains everything. I cannot fathom buying a nearly $200k NSX and finding trash service at the dealer.
That was one of the most disrespectful things I’ve ever seen from a dealer. Elevate that shit as high up the corporate ladder possible. I would have lost it.
Agreed! I’ve been leasing Acuras since 2009 and have been satisfied with my Acura store service. I really feel for you man. What happened here is unacceptable!!!! Can’t go into the Hell I would raise if this were me!
Privately owned dealership franchises are not corporate’s responsibility. The only thing corporate can do is withhold stock to that dealership as a punishment.
Honestly, in the position you're in being the car youtube game, this is prime opportunity to put that dealership on blast. The service manager's attitude was awful. Taking a defensive approach is not the way to handle things, and as a manager, he should know that. This is one of the best cases ever to do your own work or take to a better dealership. I hope you let Honda head office know about this. Also, fitment of the front end of the ITS seems to be hit and miss, the first few batches at least. I looked a few last year and all the PWP either had gap issues or the colour was off. That clown of a service manager shouldn't be saying " oh they all come like that", that's bullshit.
I may or may not have been an advisor here for about 4 months… RAN FOR THE HILLS because customers come first and this place does NOT BELIEVE THAT. The attitude here is unreal. AMA:
That guy is going to lose is job over this. Contact corporate. You have the exposure to get this resolved. The rest of us just get screwed by jerks like this. 8 miles they drove your car. Someone went on a joy ride.
@@RichD321 The damaged wheel is completely unacceptable. The service manager lying is also unacceptable. That does not change the fact that after a major engine repair you have to verify the vehicle is operating as designed
@@CJV4588 my nissan dealer takes pics - i had it there years ago for a roof rack issue when i went to pick it up there was a scratch on the door - they paid to fix it - so maybve after a few incidents they take pics to protect themselves
For the people that don't know, dealers hate warranty work because they don't get paid the same shop time or posted labor rates. If the mechanic gets flat rate, he has to do warranty work for a fraction of his normal pay. As unacceptable as it is to perform that extensive level of work on the engine and not do an oil change, everything they do that isn't by the book per the manufacturer, they're not getting paid for. A great dealership would have given you free oil changes with the purchase of the vehicle and would have done it without asking. A good dealership would have resubmitted it to Acura to cover their cost to make sure it's done. An okay dealership would have called you and told you need to pay for the oil change. A crooked dealership would blame you for the damage (every single drop off I've ever done includes a detailed walk around to verify the condition of the vehicle). An evil dealership would give you the car back almost 2 quarts low after rebuilding the head after misdiagnosing the issue and having it for 2 weeks. Wow... Nasty work
Not accurate. A good technician can pull ahead billable time by being efficient and quick with warranty repairs. If Acura, for instance, credit the dealers labour on a warranty repair and your tech can complete it under the book time, he and the dealership do well. Piece work they say
im losing my shit watching his, you handled it rather calmly. hope you get whats owed to you and an apology + compensation as well... dealerships have usually been garbage but this is a new low for me to see
@QueTheChaotic I'm pretty big on Google reviews and I just blasted them on there for you. Just terrible way to treat you, brother. You are too kind of a person. I would've completely lost my shit on that smug asshole of a service mgr.
thats crazy, to think i live 5 minutes from this dealership in troy and they offered me a tech position, glad i went to a GM dealership instead, I wouldnt work as a tech for a place with advisors like this...
I just did my first free oil change. Went as soon as they opened and waited for it. The mileage out should be the same as the mileage it. Going from the parking lot to the service bay.
Don't ever do an oil change at a dealer, only go to them when you have some huge warranty issue. These dealerships are so full of cars they don't take care of anything, just get it out quickly. I went to my local BMW dealership with my G80 m3 for the brake-in oil change and they left the oil filter cap off and started the car, it shot oil everywhere and when I was driving it the oil on the cats started smoking like crazy. I didn't make a complaint since they came out and apologized and cleaned it all but I should have 100% called corporate, I don't know how long they ran it without oil and if there is bearing damage thanks to the 19 year old kids that got out of mechanic school and dgaf about anything.
Dont they will destroy your engine with bad old oil, and will take your car for joyrides, just pay the $40 to get it done properly and quickly right in front of you.
That is freaking wild man. Absolutely blown away about that service manager or whoever. SMH. Man when I drop my car off, im taking a picture around my vehicle before I leave. Terrible customer service.
@@QueTheChaotic It's never a good idea to lose your shit. It's always best to stay calm but be very insistent and explain carefully what you expect to happen. You did well to start but need to continue insisting. Next step now is definitely to call Acura headquarters and have them watch your video.
As a Honda tech, I’m sorry you had to go through this. And the way you were treated COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. The Service Writer or Manager. Is a complete waste of space in that dealership and puts all dealers to shame. You are doing right in expressing how you feel and what you have experienced. If you haven’t already start with the survey and a google review. Rail them even on Yelp. Because to be denied wheel repair is beyond disbelief! We don’t take these situations lightly where I’m at. And personally I would have gone the extra mile and checked your oil percentage and done it for you. I do it all the time when I see people come in for let’s say. Suspensión or Brakes concerns, if they buy the service best believe I’ll throw in a free oil change because in the end of the day it’s at our disposal and cheap as hell. Plus the type of work that was done, if that tech used any brake clean around the area where your valve cover sits while it was off, best believe I’m draining that stuff out! Sorry about my rant too but I believe you deserved a better experience. And hope all gets situated!
It's on the dealer to video or photograph the condition of the car when you bring it in, absolutely insane to be that combative as a service advisor for no reason. Cars get scratched, they should just pay to fix it, no big deal, nothing to be mad about.
He may or may not always be like that. I’ve worked in service 7 years- could only last 4 months @ that location. Holy crap they don’t value customers and make no money because of it. Currently at the best and biggest (other brand) dealer in the state and LOVING it. This place scarred me for life.
Was looking into one of these because someone in my apt building has one and they look nice, but this video has convinced me otherwise. Hope they take care of you man, this is unacceptable.
That’s terrible service. You have a strong complaint case with evidence. Not changing the oil or at least topping it off after a clear oil leak is wild.
I know you did an IS and this car comparison. Now compare dealer service. There is a known issue with front bumper/sagging on the IS500. I pointed it out on my 2023 and the dealer looked me straight in the eyes and said: Yeah, that's an embarrassment for Lexus. We will put the note in your file so you won't get dinged out of warranty for the complaint as it's a known issue but they have not received and TSB for it (ie: no fix in the near future but we don't want to bone your for it). I know there are some online fixes for it, but it seems to be that that fix will put a lot of stress on the section of the bumper where it joins the fender....so I decided to wait for a Lexus fix. Also, they offer a free car wash with every service but warn it is not touchless and ask to verify if I want it or not for this reason....just class. I have heard rumor that Honda quality is sliding a bit...looks true.
Definitely take this to corporate and keep us updated. As an Acura owner, this is extremely worrying. The community would appreciate if we can get dealerships like this exposed and confronted.
Tell them maybe you should have went with a Lexus since they know how to take care of their customers and that will get their attention! Just kidding do not feel bad since coming out of the pandemic and supply issues every single brand has experienced quality control issues. My company purchased me a 2024 Ram 2500 4x4 for work and its horn blows off an on when it feels like it. Mostly when turning left so I think its in the steering column somewhere. I got to bring it in for that issue at 8k miles. The prices they are asking while having this kind of quality issues is mind boggling! I would also send a copy of this video to Honda customer care!
Yo, the service guy was super defensive. Maybe he curved your wheel. I would 100% file a complaint. I bet those wheels are not cheap. And the fitment on the bumper looks terrible.
I brought my 1995 Acura Legend into Ray Laks Acura in Buffalo and they treated me like I had brought in an Alex Zanardi NSX so thankfully I live near a dealership that are professionals. You should file a complaint given you paid $60k for a f’ing Integra
My personal experience with this dealership has been absolutely terrible. My '23 ASpec Intgra has been suffering from the sticky-steering issue. I was planning to wait until an actual fix was in place before going into a dealer, but when I had a check engine light for an emissions leak a few weeks later, I figured I may as well bring it up. The service department here tried to tell me that the reason my steering stuck was due to the computer being messed up by the emissions check-engine light. They completely ignored that it had been present for weeks before the engine light, and that it was still present when I returned after the light was cleared. Screw this place. I went to Jeffrey Acura in Roseville afterwards, and the service advisor there immediately knew what i was talking about, had me leave the car there to run some tests, and got a new steering rack on order. When I returned to the Roseville dealer last week I planned to ask if there was any news, but I didn't need to, THEY brought it up for me that they were still waiting for it, meanwhile it's been radio silence from Troy on the fuel filler neck that they claim will somehow fix my steering (not that I'd take it back anyway). To quote the service advisor in Roseville, "If i had a nickel for every bad thing I've heard about the Troy dealer, I could retire right now."
Wow. This is something they would do too. I should have gone to Jeffrey as well. I bought my A spec from them and they even changed my oil before that goofy 15% rule
@QueTheChaotic I think I remember running into you there, both test driving the manual they had. I had my '90 miata with me at the time. I ended up picking my integra up at a dealer down in Ohio, but Jeffrey is gonna be my go-to around here now.
What state was that in? You mentioned other cities in Ohio, was this dealer in Troy OH? BTW, if you look at your still image of the wheel from when you dropped it off, then look at the wheel in the service bay, you can easily tell you are correct. Look at the wheel center cap and think of it as a pointer. If you rotate the wheels and align the emblems, the damage was done in the area clearly visible when it was dropped off. Best off luck.
I have owned so many Hondas and Acuras over the years and because of stuff like this, I have ditched Acura completely for Lexus. I am trying to convince my wife to sell our 2019 Acura MDX. I sold my 2019 Acura TLX A Spec because of all the issues. Tons of issues and that advisor is absolutely horrific.
@@QueTheChaotic Look up replacing the power steering hose on a Lexus RX300 and you will see why these cars get junked young. I wouldn't buy a Lexus, Honda, etc. because I am not a masochist...
I sent a link to Jon Rivers. Lets see if he responds. This is the guy responsible of making the Integra S possible in Acura. I have exactly the same oil leak. Just took it yesterday to the dealer. They put in some dye in the oil to pin point the source of the leak in the vacuum pump area. Got the car back and will return in a week. You gave me a good tip for taking a video of the exterior before handling the keys.
I greatly appreciate that. I couldn't remember his name. I hope he responds. I see him on the FB groups from time to time. I hope they take care of yours and its as good as new
I wouldn’t have left without a new wheel ordered on them and I’d probably be in jail after dealing with that service manager he’d remember me 100%. No way I would have been disrespected like that. Pure shame he did that to you! Everything is a shame but this is the typical dealership experience and that’s sad and why I never go to a dealer unless I know someone on the inside doing the work and handling my car.
You are a Saint Que. I can't believe you stayed so calm. The only good news I can give you is that this video was so awful, I wouldn't be surprised if Acura offers you a brand new car if they want to avoid the publicity this may bring. Is that guy Charlie LeDuff still doing those videos where he confronts terrible businesses in Detroit? You should send this to the local news.
Curbed your wheel and placed the blame on you! Dude that is absolutely wild… props to you for keeping it together, I would’ve been LIVID. Is there any update on the wheel since you posted this vid? You definitely have a case - it’s clear as day there was no damage to the wheel from that still shot in your video.
You can change the oil yourself at 1,500 like I did on my car. Or you can pay someone else to do it. You don't have to wait for Acura. Holy sh*t that service manager should be fired! Can't believe he blamed you and said you were hiding it. Unreal!!!! I am a lawyer but not in your area. I would take that case just for the fun of it.
I had an MDX and the same issue. I was at like 8,500 about to go on a long vacation drive and they said ahhh to early. I complained and they eventually did change it. But now I have a 24 VW Golf R. Same 10 k free change crap. I just took it in at 5 k and paid for it myself. Good thing about getting oil change at dealers unfortunately is that’s in the cars service history on car fax. So when you go to sell or trade it helps with the cars resale value IMO.
Bro, that service advisor should lose his job, Thats the way they came? with mis aligned bumper? they probably have cameras to check.. maybe he did curb the wheel, they probably either did not adjust it, OR broke a clip, instead of saying, let us take care of it, trying to blame the customer, you are missing a qrt. of oil as well....
That front bumper part is actually easy to fix. Theres no clips on the body portion its just 3m tape and 1 clip near the end. You can shimmy a tool and rip the 3m tape off, realign it, replace the 3m and stick it back on the fix it. I misaligned mine when pulling off my front bumper to put my front lip on and realized you dont even have to pull that portion off.
I plan on getting an Integra here in the next few weeks but this video is actually scaring me away from Acura... Sheesh. Hope they aren't all like this.
That curb rash was 100% fresh. The 8 miles between dropoff and pickup is bs. Some young porter was ripping on your car while it was hurt. You were surprisingly calm about the whole thing. I woulda lost my sh t!
Kudos for keeping your composure. I'm going to document everything on my Type S. Hopefully Acura sees this video and reaches out to you to address these issues
100 percent why you don’t go to dealerships. Join a car club and find a mechanic that owns the same car and have that person do your work period. 60k car and this runaround. This is why I don’t trust dealerships. You need to report them to Acura Corporate this is totally unacceptable they joy rided your car scraped up your rim and that advisor treated very poorly (unacceptable advisor was very defensive and rude to you). I would show this to corporate and demand full repair and compensation this is unacceptable. As far as oil changes do it yourself every 3k miles screw them. Also if you get any warranty work you need to tell them that your are documenting the miles in and if they show anything higher we are going to have a problem. Always take pictures before. Most dealership take pictures before they check in your car. make them pay for your rim.. I’m mad this is unacceptable. I never take my Corolla GR to the dealership I have a friend that’s a master tech at Toyota that does my maintenance in front of me. I’m good with handling things like this.I feel like advocating for you. Total BS
Wow that’s ridiculous. Would complain to Acura corporate and never go back there. Your front bumper to fender definitely has a panel misalignment too smh
@@QueTheChaotic I found that the panel misalignment normally comes from the dealership incorrectly reinstalling the front bumper after installing the blacked out front emblem also.
1st oil change would be at 1,500 miles if it were mine. Would not care what the dealer or book says. Oil that comes from the factory on a brand new engine should be changed early to remove break in metals. 2nd oil change would be at 3,000 miles. Then every 5-6k after that
Does Acura realize every prospective buyer of the Integra and Type S brand has a high probability of coming across this video, eventually? Most interesting thought is the horrible marketing this video is for the Acura brand in perpetuity. As a previous Acura Integra owner in my youth, I am the target audience for this vehicle. Yet, recently, directly because of the insights learned here, found myself more attracted to and more aware of the Toyota Brand, even Honda and Subaru. Trust is my most important factor in the buying process. Trust for the reliability of the vehicle and its future servicing. Additionally, Toyota (GR), Subaru (WRX) and Civic (Type R) are still produced in Japan, which highlights the trusted contrast in reliability as I know these vehicles were made well (statistically speaking). Most serious buyers will run away from anything gimmicky, Acura certainly appears gimmicky and criminal here. The open dishonesty and lack of concern of this dealership and the corporate brand is reflective of a mindset that only cares about cost savings and cutting corners. Poor quality / workmanship and service = look elsewhere.
Fuck that service manager. It says oil filter, oil, and the drain plug gasket. I’d go straight to corporate and send them this video, the guys customer service is absolute shit. The guy knows that they screwed up and he just doesn’t want to be held accountable for it.
I started watching your videos about 3-4 months ago, and to be honest you are very thorough it appears in most things you do. As someone that is considering a Acura Integra Type S for their next vehicle this is flat out discouraging. I live in the NY area and the mark-ups are insane! If maintenance for the integra is going to be this much of a hassle I might just pass altogether smh. It’s ridiculous man, I hope things get straightened out for you.
Dealerships need to be very careful with who they employ because that service advisor you were dealing with was so bad he makes all of Acura look bad, I was thinking of one day adding a Type S in the garage to compliment the Type R but after watching this video I don't want to buy an Acura ever, just because I don't ever want to risk having to deal with such a low life individual like him. It was already bad seeing a brand new car leaking oil like that, then the fact that they didn't seem to want to fix it under warranty, then their shoddy workmanship with everything they touched, then to actually curbing your wheel and trying to act like you're the one that did it... They make all of Acura look bad.
I can't believe how calm you were! I am new to Acura and have taken my car there twice. Thank you for posting this! I have some work that needs to be done. They quoted me $2000. I won't be back to this dealership because of this video! Nobody should have been treated that way!
Also, another option, buy those rim protectors for aftermarket wheels and use them when you drop off for service. Sadly, we can't trust service folks all the time...
U know they curbed that rim when u realizes dude who’s supposed to move the car couldn’t even disengage the e-brake, that dealership is tacky u can just tell by their attitude and how they handle customers.
Man this is upsetting, but props for maintaining civility. The service manager/tech probably took it out for lunch on the basis of 'checking to make sure it's not leaking' damaged it and refused to accept fault because they would likely get canned. you handled it well my man
You should give a call to Acura USA and share your experience that you had with this dealership maybe you can even send the video to them. I don’t know how you could be so calm listening to all that bullshit service manager was telling you. I bet you if you did that to their loaner vehicle ( if they even offered one) they would charge you way over what the fix would cost.
I had the same issue with one of my vehicles with the curb rash. I had it serviced, noticed a curb rash on my wheels that I know wasn't there before I dropped it off and the dealership got mad at me for accusing them of doing it. This was 2 years ago, and I've gotten in the habit of taking pictures of my car before dropping it off. I've also stopped going to that dealership that curbed my wheel since they didn't want to take responsibility. I hope you get a better outcome then me!
This hits close to home for me. Brought my car in for a recall once and someone grounded something electrical and I had a permanent check engine light after that and they would never admit they did it. I haven't been to a dealer for a repair in 15 years unless I absolutely had to. I feel you with this one.
They must got some rookies at that dealership. Soon as I saw you put the camera to your tire I could see that curb rash and yeah the front bumper thing does look off to me. Edit: WOOW they trying to play you. Smh. I had made this comment a second too early. Need to finish your vids first lol
Wow, unbelievable. You're handling it exceptionally well. Sorry you have to go through this crap.... dealerships are the worst. Who talks to a customer like that?
No they are not. They just have a better fit & finish because the Japanese workers are afraid of being black listed. While an American can always find a new job, instead of being made a "gardener of the factory grounds" like in Japan...
Sorry you’re having to deal with that Que. You were way more patient than I would’ve been. That service manager is horrible and somebody at Acura corporate would definitely be seeing this video. You also need to go to the general manager as well.
@@QueTheChaotic Try a Google. Search for the dealership name general manager and he/she should come up. If they’re close to being a professional they should at least have a linkedIn page.
Service centers are used to dealing with people who don’t really care about their car or who know nothing about cars. My GRC CE had poor alignment since I got it; finally brought it to the dealer and they confirmed what I was feeling and fixed it. But before I left I saw they scratched the center console. The service manager was gruff, never introduced himself and made me feel like I was being petty. The car had 900 miles on it. They still haven’t fixed it and it’s been three months.
As a service Advisor at a dealer I’m pretty used to all shades of people tryna 1 up on us, but this dealer sucks. The service manager or whoever that was, came off very unprofessional and did not know how to speak. No good.
The fitment/alignment on the front bumper is a manufacturing QC issue. I had the same issue on mine. They ended up replacing the entire front bumper for me to finally get it to align properly since it was warped a little.
I’ve had a similar warranty experience at Acura of Burlingame. It’s such a bad feeling like they are just trying to avoid warranty work and deflecting. Never bought another Acura because of that experience.

@kabnoot my reply here was to this comment about an oil change. Not the OP service video. There's no test drive for an oil change.

Thanks a lot! I wish more dealerships had your same approach
It's on the dealer to video or photograph the condition of the car when you bring it in, absolutely insane to be that combative as a service advisor for no reason. Cars get scratched, they should just pay to fix it, no big deal, nothing to be mad about.

Way too keep calm man I tell you these workers everywhere are terrible nobody wants to do they job
As a service advisor, the service managers attitude was insane.
I’m surprised they also don’t take any before pictures during check in.
Thank you. This is Michigan
You handled that situation better then I could. I would call the police and make them pull video footage to prove they didn't scratch my wheels.
That’s what I was thinking
I have owned so many Hondas and Acuras over the years and because of stuff like this, I have ditched Acura completely for Lexus. I am trying to convince my wife to sell our 2019 Acura MDX.

Then every 5-6k after that
wtf...dude that Acura service manager was a POS...Thanks for the update..Yeah a video prior to a service appointment is a great idea

Bruh! It felt just like a prank video. I wish it was. Yeah I don't want to promote a product that they won't even properly care for.
I would be furious. That Mgr needs to be fired ASAP.
Your front end has bigger gaps than someone that has never brushed their teeth!
Unbelievable, Acura really needs to step up their game on ensuring proper service across their dealerships. Thanks for sharing.
You took two snacks? Damn, you're an outlaw. 🤣
😆😆😆 I out one back. It’s not vegan. I knew you’d catch that 🤣
Wow bro. Tht service advisor needs to be held accountable, he handled tht situation very weird. It’ll work out bro. Sending Blessings 🙏🏾

IMO Japanese Honda/Acura are better built .
No they are not. They just have a better fit & finish because the Japanese workers are afraid of being black listed. While an American can always find a new job, instead of being made a "gardener of the factory grounds" like in Japan...
@@davidhollenshead4892 I didn't say why....Just said as fact they are better built.
There is plenty about what people say on Japanese culture.
Sorry you’re having to deal with that Que. You were way more patient than I would’ve been. That service manager is horrible and somebody at Acura corporate would definitely be seeing this video. You also need to go to the general manager as well.
Sad part is they don't have one listed on their site. Just sales, service and parts teams
@@QueTheChaotic Try a Google. Search for the dealership name general manager and he/she should come up. If they’re close to being a professional they should at least have a linkedIn page.
Customer service... non-existent.
No good.
I can't imagine how frustrated you must feel, you kept your cool tho seriously.
Extremely man. I had to keep it cool and not snap on him
The fitment/alignment on the front bumper is a manufacturing QC issue.
