Living in North Idaho, I appreciate this video and you sharing all of the beauty of our area. I will note, however, that locals prefer the term "North Idaho" to "Northern Idaho". Just an FYI for your next visit.
That was an inviting video about Idaho. I love small towns, passing through, meet the locals.... and feel the vibes and the food. I am impressed with the culinary skills at some of the Inns, although I am a good Chef-at-Home. I reside north of the border and easy to get there anytime, the US Customs only a few kilometres south of Creston or Yahk BC depending on where a traveller is coming from. Thanks for sharing Alice, and next time please bring me with you. 🇨🇦🇺🇸
I live in Coeur D Alene, and I love the places in this video and learned about some new ones! The Canadian geese flying in a "V" is how my handle name on RUclips came about "This One's for you"! My Mom said that when things happen in nature that bless us, it's like God saying just that. I loved the horses, Kootenai Falls (That area in Montana is absolutely gorgeous), your love for adventure like zip-lining and mining, FARRAGUT park (all-time favorite) and Bayview, the Pulaski Trail... ALL such goodness to explore! Thank you for such a wonderful video!
Love this Northern part of Idaho. There is just one caveat to the area... All that mining years ago has created multiple superfund cleanup sites and left many heavy metals in the mud along the otherwise beautiful rivers and lakes. Great place to explore as long as you don't stir up the bottom.
This episode reminds me of the animated movie Coraline for some reason. B&Bs are a good way to go in many places in the US, Canada & Europe, hostels are too much like army barracks, only takes 1 person snoring to ruin your night.
My wife, kids, and I live in Post Falls. Looks like you drove right through here. North Idaho is a perfect place to raise a family. This video was awesome.

What's your favorite indulgent breakfast meal?
Eating waffles in a restaurant in Belgium. A traditional B&B breakfast in the UK is probably healthier.
@@2011woodlands yes that’s true ha
Egg Benedict 🥚
Glad you enjoyed our town and our area of the country. FYI we call it “North Idaho” not “Northern Idaho”
hahaha even people from the southern part of the state have a hard time with it LOL
One more lesson for you. The Spokane river does not feed into CDA lake. It flows from the CDA lake into post falls and into Spokane.
Correct. The Coeur d'alene River and the St. Joe River feed into Lake Coeur d'Alene.
Nicely done! I'm from north Idaho and have spent time in most of these places, though more hiking than town activities.

Thanks so much Radisson. Will do
Thanks Alice. After a long day at work I needed a relaxing video to watch.
Glad to hear it!
You should be here now! It’s not very quiet and peaceful during the summer time. Good video. You did a great job showing Northern Idaho!!! 🤠
Great scenery Alice! The farm reminds me of a backcountry lodge I stayed at near Banff.
Alice you always put a smile on my face :). You make the world a better place.
So cool! I’m adding this to my bucket list. In another lifetime, I too, was a cowboy! Thanks for sharing.
I love that :)
I'm from Pocatello Idaho. Believe it or not I never ventured up North. Very informative, you did a great job. Love it.
Thanks Rod, well you have a big state. And such diverse landscapes, lots to see

My kind of outdoors, interesting and you are looking good.
Magical scenery ! You didn't even have to hire a stunt double !

Thank you, yes I spent my last night in Post Falls and have visited before.
Awesome! Thank you!
Beautiful
It’s a beautiful area.
Love North idaho!
I'm 42 and went to 1st grade at the Northside School in Bonners Ferry. It's crazy to see it on RUclips now.
I bet that’s a trip! Have you gone for a stay there, if not you should, maybe you can stay in one of your old classrooms
아름다운 자연의 경관을 영상을 통해 편하게 시청했습니다. 호텔도 좋지만 숲이 저에게는 마음에 와 닿네요. 항상 건강과 행운이 함께 하기를 응원합니다.
I see the Alice Ford marketing machine in top gear here.
that is top trip,so long,😊
Alice,I had no idea that Idaho is so beautiful, my only experience is eating Idaho potatoes. Thanks Love Jim
Yes more National Forest than any state in the lower 48 🤩
Not so turisty but looks beautiful and interesting.
That’s for sure but that’s part of what makes it so great
N. Idaho looks like B.C. without the raging seas.
❤❤❤
A cool and beautiful girl

No one's making you watch .
