11:40 the only thing I don’t like about band assisted fl pull ups is that it’s very easy to incorporate a lot of momentum into the reps and it feels kind of like bouncing on a trampoline in a way
Went on holiday for a couple weeks and couldn’t train as effectively, but I’m getting within afew weeks of full planche I think and flpu are feeling strong still Nvm got a 3 second full hold on my attempts today 😂🎉 after 5 minutes saying I was afew weeks away, Took me just a little over a year to get planche overall
@@teacherangry121 last year I trained Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, full body and legs on Sunday, for planche I did psuedo planche push-ups, psuedo planche presses, box Maltese for core, van gelder with dumbbells or bands, afew assisted full holds, no straddle or tuck attempts only full attempts. But you can get it a lot faster, the first half of this year I really wasn’t training properly and also got injured for a few weeks
I love the chain up exercise but unfortunately I play for a week and two weeks then I have pain in my right wrist every time and I leave the chain up and go to the urine up
Your Front Touch has got some really good style to it, bro. ✌🏻

Depends on how much resistance you are using with your bands. It sounds like you are using a relatively heavy band then
@ no even with a light band it feels like that
