The reason the actors "mess up" in the commercials is they are having normal people imitate the disabilities they are actually marketing the products to.

I was watching this show called Worlds Dumbest and there was an episode called Worlds Dumbest Inventions 7 or something and they showed a thing similar to the shake weight and one of the comedians is on a green screen of where one of the scenes for the commercial was shot and he’s shaking it around and goes “Hey!
