@@thepepperballprepperlessle6486 pretty impressive still my brother , if i were you , i know , i know , people often cringe at the thought , LOL , but get your favorite color or clear paint and carefully spray paint the rounds you want to add size to , people often say wont that leave some paint in your barrel ? , it could especially with rifled barrels , but we are dealing with smooth bores here ! decades ago when i first began experimenting with what i called at the time , not so deadly , lol , our resources were very limited , i have made some ammo by turning wood into slugs and filling them with poured lead or lead shot and glue . but all paintball markers just shot balls back then so i began making my pain staking ammo , one by one , and trying to keep the round shape . one of my favz were wrapping steel ball bearings or glass marbles with paper freezer tape and gluing them in place with quality carpenters wood glue . having such an extensive knowledge of real firearms and black powder weapons i knew even way way way back then , proper ammo matching to the uniquely sized bore was key for pressure build up before sending the projectile down the barrel . ever seen the china ball and rubber hose guns we made decades ago , a section of water hose , perfectly fitting china balls from trees , a tree branch you cut and sanded down to little under exact size , it was used for pushing , you placed two tight fitting china balls in hose several inches apart , then when you ram the stick in the hose and pushed the first ball , it developed pressure in between the two balls , sending the second ball out with much greater force , it was crude , but kids like them lol . back to our main subject , lol , even spray painting works great , even painting .177 cal bb's which are really just .172 , the barrels of bb guns are .180 to .190 ???? so bigger bb's develop much more fps and makes even a daisy red ryder a tool for taking down birds efficiently !!! for the paintball markers , you usually can find 16mm glass marbles and with days of spraying can turn them into the perfect size to be used in the markers . it takes 3 to 7 or more complete coats to achieve this , its a lot of trouble but worth it , you lay them into a glass or metal pan and carefully spray them , when dried in a couple of hours , you turn every projectile over to be able to spray under side of each one , when dried measure , keep doing this till you have the perfect sized ammo . now this works great with pre made ammo also and requires less coats to acheive the perfect size . just like a china ball gun , you want as tight a fitting ammo without being too tight , it will create explosive pressure rating s before pushing ammo out the barrel . to me , i wont use ammo that rolls out the barrel , i like the ammo that has to be push out to get it to exit . in my hdp's with tuning barrels , i use 12.6 to 65mm steel balls , they weigh 8.39 grams instead of 8.53 grams like the 12.7 mm 1/2 balls . i have tried the 12.5 slightly lighter one but found , it allowed to much air to be blown around ammo before the ball even made it out the barrel . now if you sprayed these to exact size , they would be perfect to use , you know how you roll your ammo down barrel to see if its tight enough to stop on its own and you have to blow really hard to get ball to come out the barrel ? you are exactly right , its common sense right , tighter ammo just works better in all guns !!! now an extra special tip for pepper balls , you can spray these with clear paint to make them come up to a better fit , plus the paint will stiffen up the very fragile plastic so there is less chance they burst in the barrel . i seem to be 30 ,40 or more years ahead of the game my friend , some few things i invented years back eventually came to the surface , like 12 g shotgun shells filled with different sized shot , when hunting squirrels , they are sometimes on the run , so shooting a multi shot shell is the best , the bigger # 6 shot gets to the target faster and spreads less , but in case you missed , the smaller # 7 1/2 and #8 shot is just micro seconds behind traveling slightly slower and at even a wider spread and increases you chance to get your target, squirrel runs right into it LOL ! also i invented using fishing weights ,split shot , in shells also , i even modded wire cutting pliers to cut existing buck shot 75% in half so when they hit the target they break in two ! turn your 8 or 9 pellet shells into 16 or 18 pellet shells LOL . yes , 30 ,,,,40 years later , some companies finally put them on the market , just like some other inventions of mine , dont fret though , i have many more ideas to come out if i ever get the money to do them right , the process is very expensive . i have some awesome ideas for ammo for all sorts of things , especially for paintball launchers that would revolutionized the less lethal industry , stuff that would blow people's minds !!!! i have also invented stuff for the fishing industry and lots for the archery world as well , lots !!! NOW ,,,,, on the ball detents , i used small steel balls that went in the chamber front of barrel held by tape or rubber or plastic strap 3 or 4 of them , holes must be drilled slightly smaller than the ball size so just 25% or lil more comes through , and tape or strap keeps slight perfect tension on it , i also used magnets nack then also to keep balls in !!! believe or not , heres the thing , when tighter more perfectly sized ammo is used , you dont have to worry about the damb balls falling out the barrel in the first place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. . the reason we use detents is so the ball is held in place and doesnt fall out the barrel right , well if tighter balls are used , then no problem keeping them into the chamber !!!! believe it or not i found the best detents back then were the clips on clickable ink pens , the shape worked really good for keeping tension on ammo in the perfect spot !!!! cutting slots in barrel and attaching C_CLIPS work ok also !!! i hope these balls mercury rise is made out of Delrin , they will create a more lubricated surface and they have great strength !!!! i fear i will die , or SHTF will happen or the 7 year tribulation will start the end of days before i can make a buck or two on my inventions , oh well thats life right , lol !!! again i really enjoyed the video as always my brother , keep up the good work my brother !!!

That or pistelette x will be my next launcher along with either salt supply s2 or HDR 50 or 68 cal revolver, I think if these launchers are stored in a climate control place seals should never wear unless it was water damaged, in extreme heat without shooting it with oil in it once a year especially if carrying it in weather, I think pcps have to be shoot every year are seals will dry because they use dry air instead co2 oil carts, and that may wear them faster if I'm right?.

I was sold on it until you mention the puncture valve is the same as the S2! I have two S2 valves leak /hiss on me, and did not even have 100 rounds thru each of them! I tried a tip off of YT and and now seems to working.....for now at least. The tip was to spray the white O-ring with some silicon oil. May have to advise other folks of that situation. way to much time between shots, do a mag and shoot normally one after another so we can see the drop, in a situation you will be shooting faster and the freeze effect will kick in, but either way thats sick for a co2 pistol, but lets be real you aint getting those numbers if you shoot in semi fast shots :)

I like watching your videos pretty informative
i saw a few negative comments from people that are never satisfied , i am a leader not a follower , i like the damb thing regardless of whatever !!!! . i wanted it at 38 joules because i knew i would get it to 50 easy , now its really 50 !!! . the video i saw must have been used with smaller than bore ammo , that why i been spray painting ammo for 4 decades , ammo to bore size is everything , thats why you wrap a .50 cal ball with a piece of cloth when shooting balls from black powder rifle !!! lol . in ballistics ,size matters !!!
good show bro !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@@rick31869 thanks. Yes when I used Alien play aluminum and Homewrecker rounds I got around 34-43 joules. Still great. But the JulV3s and the Salt kinetics were outstanding
