  • Sorry this video was so rushed, but my phone has limited space and I fit it into that. My a.c. began intermittently working sometimes and not sometimes, and then finally quit coming on at all. This was because the blower was going bad. Usually there is a resistor that can be replaced instead of the entire blower, but on these 4th generation rams, that's not the case. the resistor is made onto the blower so the entire thing has to be replaced. This video shows a super quick version of the repair (that only honestly took probably 15 minutes by itself anyways). The only thing I can think of that I didn't mention in this video was the wires ended up being a little shorter because of the angle of the new connector, but if you slightly pull them it will give you another half inch or so and I was able to plug it in just fine. An extension cable adapter would have been nice, or either adding to the wire, but I don't think there is really any need. It's tight, but I think it's going to be fine. For this repair all I used was a ratchet with a short extention, with a 1/4 inch socket on the end with a long t25 bit that goes in an impact driver. I used a pair of needle nose pliers to remove the black clips that hold the carpet up in the floorboard. That's basically it! Hope this video helps someone out! the dealer had told me the right front fender was going to be removed so I am glad that ended up not being the case haha. Take care everyone!

Is this the same process for a 2020 rebel? And also where did you get the part at ?

I am quite sure it's going to be the same process... I am almost 100 positive this came from auto zone? It was either that or advanced auto parts.

I just got my truck but I was used and the ac when I have it at full blast I can barely feel it but I’m not sure if that’s how they are or if I need to change the motor

And I’ve looked at all the parts store near me and they said it’s still too new and they don’t have it

According to what I found, the 2019 and 202 are the same blower motor. Blower Motor - Mopar (68396057AC)
