The earth-shattering sounds of Strega through distortion! ⚡🧙

Strega's distinct echoverb circuit is full of character, grit and personality. It can sit in a mix with ease, all while maintaining its unique voicing. And, as it turns out, Strega is also a great instrument for patching into distortion!
Here we've routed Strega through a vintage ProCo RAT with its Distortion cranked and its Filter wide open. The result is a huge, crushing sound where one note seems to melt into the next. If you have a distortion pedal (or plug-in) definitely give this a try!

Headphone output to a 1/8” to 1/4” adapter cable to the pedal, as shown in the video. Then out to your amp or mixer.

Awesome! I use my 0-Coast with a Blue Marvin 2600. I have two different old Phase 90s on the output. The Rat setup’s got much better harmonics. 😅

Substantive text edit: make that 0-CTRL. If I had a 0-Coast, it’d sound more like the Buchla 100 I’ve wanted for 45 years.
