I'm pretty sure that they won't touch it *BECAUSE* of this video. Think about it: how many hours did he have to dedicate to get to a place where it didn't work anymore? How invested was he by that point? How many others who try it and fail will then buy the DLC to try new characters that might be able to sustain the meme?

As someone who played Naraka way before I have something to say: 1-the game is nice, no cap, gameplay is interesting (I dont like playing online games alone but I spent ~5 hours in a row playing Naraka) 2-your pc will burn (if they havent optimized yet) 3-they deleted booba physic Btw. seing you do some ridiculous stuff in multiolayer is hella fun
I've never played this game, but it made me really happy that it credits the voice actors right on the character select! I feel like voice actors are super underappreciated so it just stuck out to me.
The only take away I'm getting here, is that if I join a lobby and run into Lemon, I'm trying a different lobby, or just avoiding Lemon... or offering ammo pouches as a sign of peace, until last man standing... if I live that long.

Every other content creator spends maybe an hour playing, doesnt learn the controls, learns nothing about the game and just gives surface level thoughts about the games they are sponsored to play its so freaking lame and boring and doesnt entice you to give the game a try. I hate battle royale games, but I’ll check this one out just because it looks so fun and different, it’s also probably the best looking BR game by a mile! Man the movements, weapons, arenas, and flashy effects are all gorgeous to look at! The only downside is the awful UI… that UI is buttcheeks. It took me half the video to figure out where your health was and it’s all way too tiny and cluttered for how fast paced the game is… if they adjusted the UI it would be a nearly perfect looking game.
The amount of pride I am feeling as a Chinese person right now… Great job Lemon! That triple fireball strike was -chef’s kiss- and I think you may have singlehandedly made ranged combat a dedicated character niche!
I bet the real reason the devs were trying to discourage you is because they didn't want you to end up accidentally breaking the meta and having to nerf the crap out of ranged weapons. Honestly, I bet you could actually learn to dominate ranked with ranged weapons only, if you played long enough and really dedicated yourself to it.
Yeah, every case we see him fail in he's trying to go at things up front-like, instead of being sneaky and opportunistic. If he got a repeater crossbow I'm sure he could deal with those scenarios better, too.

The sponsor worked, trying it out now. Tried it at the very beginning and didnt like it too much, but this reminds me of New World now in a way just way more fluid. Almost identical UI's except for a few things.
Taking two hours to design a character is definitely something I have done. I often just use default characters when playing games like Mass Effect or Dark Souls, but I love customizing soldiers in games like Xcom. This is especially fun in Xcom 2 with all the mods so you can have Claire Redfield, Ruby Rose, and Doom Slayer all fighting alongside each other supported by a ton of Shinra infantryman.
Not gonna lie, I played this game day one when it came to gamepass, I was expecting a Chinese, poorly made BR that was absolutely unbalanced and totally pay 2 win... I had so much fun with this game though that I legitimately though that something was off, like there was something right on my face that would completely ruin it for me and I wasn't able to see it, but yeah, turns out the game is really just that good. Btw I would totally be on board with Live streams of naraka
Ranged weapons work in naraka because of the movement options of Naraka Harder to git gud with so provides a unique challenge and make great sub weapons It doesn't take away from the "feel" of the game because the movement isn't "shooter slow"
