Are you kidding? "Rory can hit 330 yds carry and middle the fairway almost every time?" From the PGA site, highest ball speed I was able to find for him is 185 mph. Hitting 5 deg up, at sea level, no wind, Rory's optimized carry is about 320 yds. Best case scenario here. Unless it's condition assisted, he can't carry 330 yds "almost every time". He doesn't have the ball speed.
