Also my main Joker I'd imagine would have his be stacking Eiha or Eigaon on his opponent... though preferably a weaker version of it, dealing 20% off an Arsene pummel sounds like a nightmare lol

Ivysaur's special pummel is my favorite, nice to finally see the Poison status effect on a move other than self-inflicting it through Hocus Pocus or getting hit by Rathalos.
This works better than I thought it would! That said, I wish the teleports actually let you move to the side with the opponent. As it is, they're just...throws.
This idea was so good that i tried to give a special Pummel to every character, here's how it came out: - Mario And Luigi use the Firehand and Thunderhand from Superstar Saga for a special "throw" - Donkey Kong would get a new Forward Throw and Cargo Throw would become his Special Pummel (Just like Kragg's) - Link would drop a Remote Bomb at his feet - Samus uses the Ice Beam from her series and freezes the opponent in place - Dark Samus would be similar to Samus's but with Phazon, dealing a lot more damage but without the freeze - Yoshi would instantly use Egg Lay - Kirby would instantly Inhale his opponent and copy their ability (No option for spitting them or Kirbicides) - Fox would do a flurry of lasers that rack up tons of damage, it would be one of the fastest but weakest special pummels - Pikachu and Pichu shock the enemy using Nuzzle, a weak electric type move that always paralyze in the opponent, it would be a set-up tool (Pichu's deals more damage but forces self-damage) - Ness and Lucas would mess with the opponents mind with their PSI, dealing tons of damage and making his next throw more powerful (Only Damage, i'm not giving Ness Back Throw more Knockback) - Robin's is at 2:50, could also cycle through his other tomes if Nosferatu isn't active - Shulk's would allow the player to choose a Monado Art Safely from the wheel by holding a direction quickly - Bowser Jr's puts down a Mechakoopa that walks on, allowing him to set up without risk - Duck Hunt is at 5:07 - Ryu, Ken, Terry and Kazuya have an additional throw based on any of their fighting game appearances - Cloud would slightly charge Limit out of Special Pummel - Corrin powers up his next Counter (More Sm4sh rep yay) - Bayonetta's would put a mark on the opponent that sets them on Witch Time after the next throw or Special Pummel - Inkling takes out a splat bomb and inks their opponent completly (Requires about as much ink as a normal bomb) - Rool's would be a armored slam that restores some of his Belly Armor - Incineroar's is at 4:10 - Piranha Plant is at 5:26 - Joker casts Eiha on the opponent, dealing curse Damage overtime and powering up his next attack if he hits the opponent during it (Similar to technicals in P5) - Hero restores MP instantly, the amount restored is randomized (MORE GAMBLING) - Kazooie lays down a Grenade Egg and Banjo instantly catches it - Byleth would be a throw Special Pummel that changes weapon depending of which direction you hold (Essentially a new set of throws using the relics instead) - Min Min's would no longer get the stronger laser for her Dragon Arm unless she special pummels her opponent - Steve and his opponent would rise up as Pistons are right below the ground they are standing on, creating iron blocks below them at the same time - Sephiroth's is at 2:27 - Pyra and Mythra can swap using a Special Pummel and deal either Fire or Light based damage - Sora uses one of his reaction commands from KH2 - The Mii's Special Pummel change depending of which Neutral Special is currently being used by them (So they have 3 Special Pummels each!) If you have any other ideas just let me know, i can't get so many without giving some characters the same thing
really glad someone did a list with every character, this was well thought out! a few ideas i wanted to add: - since yoshi's egg lay neutral special is already similar to a grab, i dont think making it the special pummel as well is necessary since it would be the same move with a more complicated input. maybe he could do the egg lay but then throw that egg in one of 4 directions? - instead of throwing the gyro at point blank, i think rob would benefit more from a special pummel where he charges it up in front of the foe, and the gyro spinning in place is what deals damage (although this last part does sound a bit forced) - i would like to suggest a stasis special pummel for link and one for the ice climbers where nana grabs the opponent instead and holds them in place for popo to do a different attack, but i'm not sure how balanced stunning would be

I would love it if the next Smash replaces counters with Perfect Shield, that way characters with counters have a new spot for a special attack; their Perfect Shield would activate their respective counters.
2 ideas: Sheik: Her special pummel would deal 0 damage, instead at the same speed of her normal pummel, she would ready her needles, 1 needle per pummel. Inkling: Dump a bucket of ink on them
There are so many possibilities for this concept. Inkling's special pummel could place down Toxic Mist and opponents become slower the longer they stay inside it, Link's special pummel could be Cryonis and it would function similar to Wrastor's special pummel, Toon Link's special pummel could be the same as Link's but with the sand pillar, etc. The ideas are honestly endless.
I think a really cool one for Kirby would be for him to use the Copy ability from Kirby Super Star to get a copy ability from the opponent he's grabbed without having to inhale. Despite dealing no damage, this would be one of the fastest special pummels in the game, allowing Kirby to get throws in much earlier than other characters. While I also like your Meta Knight idea, I think something cooler for him would be to take out of Wrastor's book and allow him to drag opponents upward with his rising slash from his Star Allies boss fight, though compared to Wrastor's equivalent this would be slower but actually deal a bit of damage. Also I think Dedede's special pummel should just be him stuffing the enemy into his mouth for an instant inhale. It would be funny I promise.
Kirby’s special pummel would obviously just be swallowing the opponent, but what if he already has an ability…? Yep, he copies their special pummel. Kirby feature-creep has reached its final stage.
Ganondorf's could be like an extended version of Flame Choke where he's holding the opponent up with one hand, but with a heavier amount of the purple flame? If you wanna be evil, maybe it deals a bit of chip damage for a little bit, like maybe 5 seconds or so
For Chrom I'd like to see him shoulder bash like one he does in the "Cataclysm" cutscene he does in Fire Emblem: Awakening. Which either trips opponents or puts them in a tech situation.
Ridley and Ike could get unique throws with this system. ridley could be a slightly weakened skewer and Ike could use his neutral-B, spending all of its existing charge.
I've been thinking about how Smash could implement air smash attacks in the game. I was thinking of making the similar to Slap City's air strongs where smash attacks would get their own button and each character getting at least one air smash (I went with Slap City's one air strong mechanic instead of NASB2's 3 air strongs because coming up with 3 air smashes for almost 100 characters was too much for me). Some examples I thought of include Megaman using his charge shot in the air, Robin being able to freely switch between using his broad and Levin sword attacks, and Samuas swinging her arm cannon forward like her melee counter from Metroid Dread while Dark Samus sprouts phazon tentacles all over their body. Edit: I forgot to mention Gannondorf's air smash would be him throwing a projectile at a downwards angle.

What if you pulled the animation from Ridleys win screen where he's ripping his opponent to shreds for his special pummel? Also Joker could shoot his gun right above the opponents head which leaves them in the dizzy shield break state for a brief period cause the gun is so loud. It would be cool if you could use Little Mac neutral b while he's grabbing someone. Thats all I got thank you for your hard work love your mods
Since Sakurai took away puffs combo throws from past games and puff doesn't have any kill throws, I think it would be cool to have puffs special pummel change her throws. Finally. up throw -> rest
It's definitely be neat to see since most smash characters don't have the centralizing gimmicks the rivals special pummels are based around. Giving Ivysaur a poison move is cute.

Ridley and Ike could get unique throws with this system.
ridley could be a slightly weakened skewer and Ike could use his neutral-B, spending all of its existing charge.

I've been thinking about how Smash could implement air smash attacks in the game. I was thinking of making the similar to Slap City's air strongs where smash attacks would get their own button and each character getting at least one air smash (I went with Slap City's one air strong mechanic instead of NASB2's 3 air strongs because coming up with 3 air smashes for almost 100 characters was too much for me). Some examples I thought of include Megaman using his charge shot in the air, Robin being able to freely switch between using his broad and Levin sword attacks, and Samuas swinging her arm cannon forward like her melee counter from Metroid Dread while Dark Samus sprouts phazon tentacles all over their body.
Edit: I forgot to mention Gannondorf's air smash would be him throwing a projectile at a downwards angle.

@@CSharpM7_ I had no idea you made this, but I do like the idea of changing one move and making the old move the air smash. Like giving Dedede his down air from Brawl where spins his hammer downwards, and his air smash could be his current spiking down air.
What if you pulled the animation from Ridleys win screen where he's ripping his opponent to shreds for his special pummel? Also Joker could shoot his gun right above the opponents head which leaves them in the dizzy shield break state for a brief period cause the gun is so loud. It would be cool if you could use Little Mac neutral b while he's grabbing someone. Thats all I got thank you for your hard work love your mods

Since Sakurai took away puffs combo throws from past games and puff doesn't have any kill throws, I think it would be cool to have puffs special pummel change her throws. Finally. up throw -> rest
either that or she gets double slap from the anime

Whay if Mythra's special pummel could briefly give the Foresight effect? Or swap between the two?
Some characters would be made more top tier
It's definitely be neat to see since most smash characters don't have the centralizing gimmicks the rivals special pummels are based around. Giving Ivysaur a poison move is cute.
duck hunt and olimar are cool, but snake is far too powerful for the same reason you made incineroars a throw
