Having taken delivery on three CSC motorcycles I can attest to the great customer service provided. Sarah was a joy to work with. Waiting for the actual delivery is like being 6 and waiting for Santa....the time seems to drag on even though it's usually not that long.
Just received my City Slicker yesterday; I was super excited! Nine days from online purchase to delivery in suburb of Kansas City. My charging effort failed, though, so something is wrong. Had it plugged in for 7 hours, charger turned green, but display still showed 0%.
Same! Thank God it will be a high of 19° this Friday in Pa. Otherwise I'd be a bag of nerves like that guy portrayed in the video waiting for delivery. I won't be able to enjoy it until late in Spring when temperatures improve. 🛵
Just took delivery yesterday on a 2021 RX3. The bike was still on the boat when I bought it. When it reached CSC, I got a call from TK about completing payment and about any accessories I wanted to add. Within a week the bike had shipped, and it took another week to arrive to my house. Unboxing/unpacking took half an hour at most. This bike looks absolutely amazing; the fit and finish is every bit as good as any of my Hondas. It's not tagged yet. But there's steep terrain here in the Ozarks, and our yard is huge, so I rode up and down and all around before finally putting on the top case and windshield. This bike will be perfect for our winding and hilly roads. If anyone is looking for quality and appearance at less cost, I'd recommend talking to the people at CSC. The only downside for some people might be their willingness to do routine maintenance on their own bike - it's a must. They're located in California and don't make housecalls.
This brings back memories when I purchased my TT250. The process went super smooth. The fact they post informational videos like this proves they care about the customer and are there to help along the way. Best customer service ever!
I purchased a TT 250 and this company is awsome to deal with, Sara went through everything with me and got my bike delivered to my house, it had a new battery, fuel and all i did was put on the mirrors and i drove it off the crate, the bikes are completely gone over at CSC, i've had my bike for almost a year and it is a great mild trail bike and also gets me to work, CSC also helped me get the bike titled with a quick phone call with more detailed instructions, i liked dealing with CSC so much that i am ordering a RX 4 . Price and warranty is a great deal.
It is funny to still see these printers but It is actually quite common to see these I've noticed many dealership finance and paperwork offices as many regulatory carbon documents are still done on that old perforated paper
CSC Motorcycles is pretty good at what they do. I have a 2020 CSC RX3 Adventure motorcycle and so far, I have ridden a little over 1300 miles on it. I really like it and think that the RX3 is a 'hidden gem' of a motorcycle.
How do you buy a motorcycle without ever swinging a leg over it? What if the ergos are all wrong? What if it's just too big for you, or too small? That said, when can I order the Wolf 125? 😅
Too bad my clutch lever was loose when I received it and is getting worse now to the point where I have to install a washer to keep it in place. Would have been nice if CSC took care of that before shipping the SG250.
May I ask what happens if you take receipt, open the box, and find damage even though the box looked ok? Don't know if happens but figure I'd ask. Thanks
Out of curiosity, having watched MANY vids about Chinese dual-sports, are there any other 50 state [brands] for Dual Sports ? I email numerous importers and manufacturers, and RARELY get a response ... POOR 'marketing' being so Unprofessional .... Separately, this is a Great vid with surprising Good Humor

If there is damage to your motorcycle before uncrating it, simply contact us with pictures and we'll do our best to remedy the situation.
