For Fukurodani it isn't just Bokuto who's good. They are a consistent national team, all they're players are good. During the training camp in the 2 season it highlighted that they don't need Bokuto to be good and they can hold their own without him, even though he's their best player.
I think they left out a really important manga scene out of this OVAs (well, a couple, actually). In which Kuroo defends Nohebi from a couple of guys that lost to them and were dissing on them. Long story short, Kuroo understands that Nohebi doesn't only use their "dirty tactics" they're also really good at the game. And told them that they'll probably lose to them again if they didn't start understanding the way Nohebi plays. You also heard the Mika-chan (girl at the end) saying "Sorry I said you were boring for only caring about your club" this guys practiced hard as well, nobody gets into the semi-finals just by playing dirty, they were just going the "extra mile", obviously, it's just that their way of doing things is what we could consider less-than-ideal sportsmanship. But if this were poker, this wouldn't be "cheating" like getting an ace out of your sleeve, this would be more akin to "bluffing" to get under your opponent's skin to gain an advantage. And by the way you reacted, it's really effective. So, in the end, please stop dissing best trash-dwelling-snake Suguru and his team, he really tried; and even Kuroo is buds with him.
I mean sure... they are still ass holes for cheating, sorry. In the end there's a line you don't pass, especially in sports where fair play is something you teach kids as they grow up. This type of play is a dishonor to the sport and the people who play, watch, etc. I feel no pity for how people reacted. If you don't want people to react negitively to you cheating, then don't cheat.

YUUUUUUSSS
Petition to start educating sooo many dumbasses who misunderstood what kuroo was saying during the training arc.
He didnt say that sakusa is #1,kiryuu #2 and ushijima #3..... he just said that they are the top 3. That would be like saying, the top 3 tenis players are federer, novak and rafa, even though novak is currently 1,rafa 2....
From the manga we learn that ushijima beat both kiryuu and sakusa when they were younger, and its shown that both sakusa and kiryuu look up to ushijima and respect him throughout the manga. Therefore we can safely assume that ushijima is the best ace during his 3rd year of highschool.
look up / respect doesnt equal the best..
@@rex8814 ushijima has a winning record against both kiryuu and sakusa, which is why they respect him so much.... so in this case, respect does equal being the best
They didnt even know Sakusa, One of the top Caliber Ace in Japan.... Shame.
How the hell do you expect them to know when they never showed his face yet. You expect them to remember a back shot of him.
hhahahahha, i was just kidding... tho im not good at being sarcastic hehe, i thought if i put "shame" in the end y'all will get it... my fault
@@animeamv9099 i understand ur point lol but they posted their reaction to S4 Ep 1 & 2 first before this OVA actually. They've already seen Sakusa meeting Kageyama, even Jerry said "Here's the new enemy" and Wellz said "Top three spiker". But I dont care much if they dont know who that is in this scene bcuz only Sakusa's back is shown.
