  • Continuing on the foundation we have built, we work our way into the "contact staff" style of movements that we can add to our foundational movements and start creating routines. You can still create a routine with the foundational movements but you can increase the difficulty of your routine by adding more unique movements. Stay tuned!!! Much more to come!

Thanks Man. I was thinking about it for a couple of years, and now I finally bought a fire staff, and went to a workshop on Indian Spirit festival in Germany to learn some basics. Your videos are helping me a lot in my practice. I've only had it for a short time, and I feel good already ;-) I haven't put fire to my staff yet, but I will very soon. Stay blessed..

Thanks for all the tutorials. May I ask if the main reason you changed to a 7/8 inch aluminum cuz of weight or else?

Where did you purchase your staff? Or where would you recommend buying a beginners staff? Great skills !

The aluminum tube by itself? I'm not sure. It's too light by itself, which is why I adjust the weight on the ends. I try to mimic the feel of the fire staff with my practice staff as much as possible. I have a tutorial on how to make a practice staff.
